Safari and iTunes download isn't working. Anybody help?
Safari and ITunes isn't working, can anyone help? Apps aren't able to open to www.
I'm sure that a little further explanation would help. What does "Safari and iTunes isn't working" mean exactly? They are crashing? They will not launch at all? Really ... come on ... help us help you ... Explain what is happening.

From Apple website when I go to itunes update to 10.3 I am not seeing the left column to download itunes 10.3. Does anyone else have this problem? I tried yesterday as well. Today, I threw my itunes 9.1.1 in the trash and emptied it... and then rebooted. What am I doing wrong?
What operating system are you running? I doubt it's an iPhone OS on a Mac Mini, but if you meant to choose 10.4 then you're out of luck. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ At the bottom of the left hand column on this page, you'll see it requires OS X 10.5 or higher.

My I phone5 works perfectly fine when I reload it's monthly plan but only for a week or so.

I need help.!You only bought it four months ago, so it's still under warrantly.
Call Applecare or call your nearest Applestore to make an appointment. Tell them your mac has serious technical issues, describe them shortly. -

You can't change back to the U.S. Store without a credit card or at least a gift card, or any valid payment method.
The none option would only appear when you create accounts. The iTunes Store requires that you provide a payment method and a billing address to change stores in order to validate your residency in the country you're changing to. -
Time Capsule and iTunes set up not working, please help.
I have moved my itunes library to my time capsule and changed my itunes preferred path to its time capsule location. However when I restart my apple laptop, after having shut it off for the night, and open itunes (time capsule is visible and accessible to the laptop), itunes has reversed the preferred path I set to point to my time capsule to my local laptop hard drive instead. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have looked in other discussions concerning lost itunes file paths, however I never had this issue with my wired external drive; and I only start iTunes after I am sure that my computer can access the files on my time capsule. Thank you.
My laptop is a Macbook Pro 2.3 Ghz running Mac OS X (10.5.2)If you're still experiencing "disconnects," even with the earlier firmware, but not experiencing these at all when directly connecting your computer to the modem, there is a good chance that one of the following may still be the problem:
o Bad Ethernet cable between the D-Link & TC.
o The TC is faulty.
o The D-Link is faulty.
o The TC & D-Link are just not compatible with each other.
o The ADSL signal strength, coming from your ISP into the D-Link, may need "tuning."
I'd start with trying a known good Ethernet cable. If that doesn't resolve the problem try contacting your ISP/ADSL-Provider next to see if they can run a ADSL line diagnostic to verify that there is a good signal to the D-Link; While you have them on the line, see if they can provide you with another modem.
Finally, if available to you, try temporarily replacing the current TC with another TC or another wireless router. -
My iPad iTunes store isn't working.. When I add a wifi I can't get into any websites and when I turn the wifi off I can but without wifi I can't download on iTunes :/

When you add a WiFi you can't get into any websites??? But if you turn WiFi off you can access websites?

Problem wiht 10.6.2 update, Dashboard, safari, and itunes dont work

I tried to install the snow leopard 10.6.2 update. it froze near the end. afterward, I restarted my computer only to find that itunes, safari and my dashboard, do not work. They each claim to "quit unexpectedly".
Also my Software Update (in preferences), says my installed software include: Mac OS X update 10.6.1, Itunes 9.0.1, and THREE different Mac OS X Update 10.6.2 updates
I am also In china until february and left my snow leopard disc in the States. I am not very tech savvy and if anybody could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm running windows vista home premium and my computor won't let me download apple products like safari and itunes. why? what can i do to fix this? i belive this happened when i tryed to update itunes 10.whatever it tells me "There is a problem with windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact a support personnel or vendor." So im contacting apple as i think you guys might be able to halp me. can you help please? iTunes is not letting me download certain songs from my phone or my computer. Keeps saying "Could not purchase "name of song." An unknown error occured (5002). It let me buy 1 song, afterwards it didn't let me buy any. I checked my credit card info, and my password is correct. and it's still not working. Help Please!

I upgraded to 7.0.4 on my iphone 4s and now it isn't working and itunes states that it is in recovery mode - help - I don't want to do a factory restore!!!!
If you're phone is in recovery mode, then all your data is already wiped off. you'll need to proceed if you want to use your phone.
However after it is done recovering, you can restore back from your backp.
You do backup on a regular basis right?

Attachments dont download from Gmail in Safari, They disappear,I even tried re-downloading Safari and that download disappeared, it is not in my downloads folder, I actually searched in finder for the file and it is nowhere on my computer. Please help!
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

I was using my mac 3 days ago and everything was fine, then comcast had a internet problem and I lost service for 3 days now I have internet but safari and itunes won't open the icon bounces once and then nothing. I have removed them from the dock, and removed them from the app folder, I also removed the plist and cache files from the home directory. Using firefox I tried to download new copies of them both and nothing new appears on my desktop. I have run the hardware test utility on my osx discs and everthing checks out ok. I am so frustrated, this is the first real problem with my mac since I got it 2.5 years ago. thanks in advance
ok here is an update, I repaired permissions in disk utility with my boot disk, then verified the volume and the volume had errors. I tried to repair the volume and disk utility said I had sibling errors and could not repair. I had an appointment with the genius bar and they determined that with the unrepairable errors on the drive an erase and install was necessary, after coming to grips with this reality I decided to backup everything and do the reformat and upgrade to leopard. I can honestly say that the genius bar person was very courteous and professional. They allowed me to stay at the bar while backing up my files onto my lacie external drive and then installed a new copy of leopard from their lacie drive (after I paid for my copy of leopard) which took 20 minutes instead of 2 hours. I am frustrated that I had to do this whole process and the genius bar employee could not tell me why it happened but the system is working great and I am enjoying the new operating system.

Safari and iTunes will not open on my Macbook Air after Migration Assistant
I did the Migration Assistant via wireless (from Macbook Pro TO Macbook Air) last night and it did work. However, my Safari and iTunes will not open on my Macbook Air now. The error messages are as follows:
Safari: "Safari quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."
- I tried reopening the app, restarting, and shutting down the computer. Nothing has worked.
iTunes: "The file 'iTunes Library.itl' cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Would you like to download iTunes now?"
- I clicked "Download iTunes" but then another message comes up that all my software is up to date.
Any help is very appreciated.Try repairing permissions using Disk Utility.

So I just updated to the newest update that was available for safari and iTunes but now it won't let me go on the Internet using safari and it also won't let me sync my songs ,,,,,(it takes forever to backup my iPad AND my iPod) so what can I do ?

This worked for me an hour ago and has allowed me to sync ok. Still haven't tried downloading the new version 5 to the phone yet as I'm still backing up photos etc just in case.
1. Quit itunes
2. Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> right click Command Prompt -> Run as Administrator)
3. Once in the command prompt type the following 3 words starting where your cursor is flashing: netsh winsock reset
4. press ENTER
5. Reboot your machine
6. Restart itunes & connect device to sync
7. Good luck
