Safari and Word keep shutting down, any idea why?

I have a Macbook since a little more than 3 years, but recently Safari and Word keep shutting down. Is there any way to fix this or my laptop is going to die?

Are you sure its those two programs or is it a mac fault, if not you could try reinstalling the software

USB connection to iTunes. Back up your 3GS with your last 3GS back up. DON'T use an iPhone 4 back up or higher. It will cause exactly this.

First and periodically double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. The iPad 1only has 256 MB of memory.

Hello! It is my understanding that you need to add the individual files to the Source Code Control along with the .lvproj file.

I am trying to save a custom code snippet in Flash CC and it does not save, any ideas why? I am using Windows 8.1 with Flash CC.
I even when into the "Edit Code Snippet XML" and added a Custom folder and a custom template. Then I went back to add the code snippet again and it still did not work.
About line 32, I added:

Help I have a power mac8.1 and it keeps shutting down at random times with no warning any ideas what to do to solving it?

Help please I have a power mac 8.0 mac osx 10.3.4. The problem is that it keeps shutting down on its own with no warning. this is totaly random with regards to the length of time. all I do know is the bottom right area of the mac feels warmer than the rest of it. does any one have a idea how to solve this.

Have you blown the dust out lately?
One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

For a while I was confused as to why my brand new Macbook Pro was failing to shut down. I continued to use it, and each time I would shut my computer off it would freeze with a loading dial in the lower-middle part of the screen. Eventually I started to run one program at a time. I ran Safari (among other programs), and the computer shut down fine. I ran Itunes, and the computer failed to shut down. I have also realized that Microsoft Office causes my computer to freeze at shut down as well. I have run disk utility to check my hard-drive. Everything came out fine, so I know it is not a hardware problem. Something with the software of Microsoft Office and Itunes are not functioning properly... Anybody have any ideas?

Problem with Preview Cache and LR5 keeps shutting down

I keep trying to open LR5 and it gives me an error message that says it encountered a problem with the preview cache and needs to shut down, and it will attempt to fix the problem next time I open LR 5. It keeps happening and won't allow me to open LR5 at all. What should I do?

Delete .lrdata folder (the whole thing) - it's in with your catalog.
Do NOT delete your catalog (.lrcat file) or anything else.
If you have 2 .lrdata folders, delete the one that does NOT have "Smart Previews" in the name.

HT201401 Safari and Camera spontaneously shut down...help

I have an iPhone 4s. I do all the updates that are available, so I'm at the latest version of iOS available. Safari will open and let me use it, but it spontaneously shuts down frequently...to the point where I don't even use it now, its so irritating. Also the Camera was doing the same thing. I would hit the shutter button and it would shut down. Did that for awhile... couldn't get it to even work to take a picture in a text. Now it won't even open... hit the app and it starts to open and then shuts down. Anyone have similar issues or a solution?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

I just upgraded my ipad 2 to ios7 and it now shuts down every 30 to 45 seconds. It blacks the screen out and goes to the black screen with the white apple on it and then it will come back up to the sign on screen after a couple of minutes. Once I sign on it repeats the same process over and over again. Tried to run Apple diagnostics on it but it shut down again.
I now own a useless piece of equipment.
