Safari autofill on ipad not working after update

After activating the latest update, the autofill feature in Safari no longer works. Doublechecked that private browsing turned off, checked my contact info. Any other ideas or is this a glitch with this update?

As a starting point drag the icon off the dock (it should vanish in a puff of smoke)
Then go to the applications folder and try to open Safari, if it opens then the application if fine. Close it, then go to applications folder and drag the application to the dock and drop it there, this will create a new short cut. (maybe the old was corrupted)

I know that this topic is being discussed on several boards, but I'm not sure what a lot of the advice means. I'm not at all good at troubleshooting on mac.
I restarted my computer yesterday, and the updater listed safari and itunes had updates. I installed both, but got an error when updating safari. Since then when I click on safari the icon bounces once and never opens. The same thing happens with Itunes and Adium. Firefox and Opera both work, but I greatly prefer safari. I've seen a lot of people report that getting rid of plugins works, but I'm not exactly clear on where to find them, because what I've tried doesn't seem to work.
Here's what I've done so far.
Username/library/internet plug-ins ... emptied this folder. No change.
Username/library/itunes/itunes plug-ins ...emptied this folder. No change.
Macintosh HD/library/internet plug-ins ...sill no change.
I'm really afraid to delete any of these things, so when I say emptied the folder, I just moved everything to the desktop. I'm not sure if that's right. Also, I didn't restart the computer after moving the files. could that be it?
I'm not sure what kind of information is most helpful in finding my problem. if there's anything else you need to know, let me know what and I'll get it.

Hm... still no luck.
I restarted the computer as well but it didn't seem to make a difference. Adium and itunes are also still not launching, even after I set the default browser to firefox.
On my desktop is the Safari4.0.2Tiger.dmg
When I click on it, and open the Safari4.0.2.pkg I instantly get an error that says "The Application Installer quit unexpectedly"

I have exactly the same issue as everyone above. I only get sound through the slider on the ringtone in settings and through my headphones. I do not get any sound anywhere else at all.
I Have tried:
- Updating to iOS 6.1.3
-re starting the device
-checking that the device is not muted. My slider switch is set to mute rather than lock and is unmuted.
-going into general settings and reset all settings
-the device reset several times (waiting until I saw the all important apple logo)
-removing the last few apps I installed.
Nothing at all has worked, please help!

The same story. No 3G after updating to 6.1. Told my daughter temporarily not to do an update on her iPad with 6.01. We've exchanged SIMs. I inserted her SIM in my iPad - 3G appeared immediately. And my SIM in her iPad with ios 6.01 also WORKS FINE. We use the same provider - Megafon Moscow. After attempting to revert SIMs to original configuration, 3G disappeared on my iPad again. Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS. Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages. If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)). Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation. If that does not fix things read the following articles:

It sounds like after updating to 10.9 the zoom function is not functioning at all. It sounds like you may need to check for 3rd party plugins. This article will help you check for that.

Ok, I had the same issue, my phone is unlocked(iphone 5 with 6.1.3). So I went to the apple store and had it replaced. it worked good for a day and started doing the same thing. When the apple tech replaced my phone, he transfered my screen protector to the new one.
so I thought it was my sim card, I put in my sisters sim card from a different carrier and it did the same, so then I was like let me take off the screen protector, and that was it.
so guys, if you have a screen protector on your phone and it's doing "low signal", "No Service", "Searching", "Full bars cycle" then take off the screen protector. so far my phone is working normal.

This sounds more like a hardware issue.
Have you checked that the dock connector port is not dirty?

With this kind of bugs in every update, Apple will no more be THE Apple.
There are bugs which have not been fixed even in the subsequent updates. SMSs going blank being one of them.

I have since managed to sort mine out - when the phone was updated it wiped out the network settings.
I was able to reset them by manually putting the information in:
Settings - General - Cellular - Cellular Data Network and then I put in the correct details for APN, username and Password in the relevant sections and now it works OK.
Hopefully it will work for others too

Had the same problem as you. App would terminate when launched.
Solution to working You Tube app:
-Go to playstore
- Uninstall app (it doesn't remove the app, only removes the update)
- "Et Voila", working again.
This doesn't correct the problem, it's just a workaround for you to be able to use youtube app again.

Anyone else's iPhone 4s speaker not working after update to iOS 6.1?

My speaker does not work after updating the software to iOS 6.1. No sound for incoming calls or texts, no speakerphone, no siri, no music or any sounds played from apps. Headphones still work as does anything plugged into the headphone jack. I've check all my settings - everything is correct. I've rebooted and restored settings several times, I've docked it - nothing works.
Anyone else having this problem? Did anyone have this problem and were able to fix it? Does anyone know if Apple is aware and will be sending another update to fix it? I really don't think it's a hardware problem. Phone is in immaculate condition and never dropped or spilled on.
