Safari Autofill Using Wrong Contact Card
Safari autofill is using my husbands contact card instead of my contact card. Looks like Contacts show him as the default. How do I change the default to use my contact card instead?

Select your card in Contacts. Then select
Card ▹ Make This My Card
from the menu bar. If you share an account with your husband, he will now have the same problem you had. -
How do I specify which info from address book I want auto fill to use? I have multiple phone numbers and email addresses, and Safari (5.1.7) choses the wrong ones. I need the other numbers in my address book, so I can't just them.

Macbook Pro uses wrong contact info, how do I change it?
I am brand new to the Mac world and just imported all of my contacts, however it has "me" listed as my sister in law and her information comes up in forms and emails. I did read another very similar question and the answer was to just edit her info to be mine. When I do that it then changes her contact info and deletes her from my contact list in all my devices including my phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Launch Address Book / Contacts.
Create a new card with the correct information
or
Select/ Highlight the vCard you want to be referred to.
Click "Card" in the menu bar and select "Make This My Card".

MSI Gaming App - Uses wrong Graphics Card.
Hello. I recently bought a MSI 970 4G Graphics Card. To improve performance/unlock more features, I downloaded the MSI Gaming App.
However, it seem to default to my other graphics card, a NVidia 750TI. For example, the LED option isn't there, the cooling mode only works on my 750, etc.
The only way I can get it to use my 970 (Meaning, access the LED function, and change the mode to Gaming/run the fan at 100%, etc.) is to remove my 750TI from the computer, which I do not want to do.
Is there a way to set my MSI 970 as the "default" graphics card? Or to make the program use it instead of the 750ti, without removing the 750 from my system?

After Effects is defaulting to the GT120 where my monitors are plugged in, rather than using the 285 for its OpenGL operations. I'm relying on Open GL for the current project, but I need this physical configuration for DaVinci Resolve to properly utilize the 285 for CUDA and 120 for GUI. How can I get AE to default to the more powerful card when no monitors are plugged into it? Not using OpenGL in AE is not the answer as I use Element 3D regularly. Thank you.

AE CC 2014Can you elaborate on "physically change it" and "hide the other card"? How would I go about either of those within OSX, or are you talking about simply physically removing the card? I have come to the resolution that when grading I just need to pull the monitors from the 285 and plug them only into the 120 and when inside AE/Photoshop I need to make sure the 285 has at least one monitor connected. I'm always attempting to avoid the hassle of swapping physical connections but it seems, in this case, unavoidable.

Siri NEVER works with relationships and my contact card
Siri works just fine on anything that does not involve accessing my contact card. That is, these commands work:
"Call [Persons's Name]"
"Remind me to buy batteries"
"What's the weather"
"Whats my schedule like?"
But if she has to access my relationships, "sorry, something's wrong" immediately. These won't work:
"Call my girlfriend"
"[Person's Name] is my father"
"Remind me to buy batteries when I get home"
"How do I get home from here?"
Things I've tried:
Toggling Siri off and on
Turning phone off and on
Switching to a new contact for "my contact info"
Removing and re-setting up iCloud
Resetting network settings
And many combinations.Yes, I read the entire thing. It is dealing with a much simpler problem. I'm well aware that I can edit relationships from my own contact card. And how to adjust Siri's settings to use my contact card.
What it doesn't explain is why, no matter what, Siri will not even make an effort when given any task that would require accessing my contact card (which is where my relationships are stored).
So, yes, Siri knows which contact card is mine, and yes, I'm aware that my relationships are stored in there.
Quick scenario to explain:
Let's set my contact card in Siri's settings to a NEW contact, with no info but a name.
"Siri, [Person X] is my mother"
"Sorry, Something's wrong..."
Or, let's set my contact card in Siri's settings to a full contact card with a home address and a person set as my "mother":
"Siri, how do I get home from here"
"Sorry, Something's wrong..."
"Siri, call my mother"
"Sorry, Something's wrong..."
In any scenario, the text is being properly transcribed. But Siri doesn't know what to do with it. -
How can I use apple mail (linked to gmail) and get it to only do autofill on the contacts that I have in apple address book? Everytime I write an email on the Apple mail app (as well as in Gmail) it recommends a bunch of emails that are not my contacts. I want it to just autofill for the contacts that I have in my address book. Is this possible? Thank you. I have an Imac Intel version and an Iphone 5 phone.

Contact card showing differently based on device used
We are using Lync 2103 full client through O365. On my desktop computer running Windows 7, the contact card populates all information for the user. On a Surface Pro running Windows 8, the contact card is missing information like Work phone #,
View Source, Bldg, and Title. It seems like on the Surface Pro, Lync is not obtaining information from SharePoint. Any thoughts on this? It appears to be this way for all Surface Pro's. Not sure if it is a Windows 8 issue or what.

JAREDit looks like I figured out the issue. My Outlook was corrupted and would not open. Apparently Lync pulls contact information from Outlook. Once I got Outlook working, Lync pulled the contact information.

Hi there, I would like to know how to unlock Optus iPhone 5. I got an iPhone 5 from Optus new phone is only 2 months old and the phone is on 24 months contact . Now I tried to unlock but I can't unlock if I can unlock my phone so I can use in oversee next week. Only the carrier the phone is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Why do you think they would do so before you complete the terms of your contract? I don't know specifically what their policy is, but most carriers won't do so unless they are legally required to.
If you didn't want to use Optus, why did you sign a contract with them? -

Normalization rules seem to be used but ipPhone telephone number not appearing in contact cards
We keep our CUCM-style telephone numbers in the AD ipPhone attribute. The format is 000-0000.
I have added a normalization rule to Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt to make these E.164-ish and to add a prefix (3) that we use to route calls from Lync to CUCM.
Testing both with abserver.exe and observing a trace, the rule is being applied correctly.

However, I still don't see this +38242072 in the contact card. I tried looking in the rtcab.dbo.AbAttributeValue table and I also don't see any ipPhone (ID 13) values there.

Please contact support via this link and they will help you with this issue. They will need your friend's username/email address and the last 4 digits on your payment card. If you are unsure of the email address/username that your friend uses, the team will need some more info from you.
In that case, it would be helpful to include a screenshot of your last charge, the first 6 digits on your card and the last 4 digits. This should help the agent locate the payment in our server. They may need to ask for a transaction reference from your bank (if they cannot find it on the main server). They will explain what they need.
You can contact us in German or English - but it may be a bit quicker to use English as then any advisor can pick it up :P
