Safari browser is not good

I think that my question is very clear
I will repeat the question again
I and my family are facing difficulty in intensive Safari browser was very slow and I now use another browser because the browser Safari is very bad I hope you can help
Because Safari already needs to be developed
I'm sorry I do not like Safari browser
For your information I use a very high speed Internet

This thread is a follow-on to this thread.
Whether clear or not, a performance question is often not a simple question.
If a browser other than Safari meets your requirements, then by all means use it.
It would not be typical for the Safari web browser to be significantly slower than another recent web browser.
While there may be an issue with the OS X system or with the network, that would usually effect all web browsers equally; the network and DNS speeds would usually effect all systems.
There's unfortunately not much that can be done or determined here in the forums; not without more information on the configuration and the network.
Make sure the OS X system has sufficient free memory and free disk space available.
Disable any Safari extensions as a test, and use the Safari menu to select both Empty Caches... and (if that doesn't improve performance) then Reset Safari...
As a more advanced test to profile page load performance, Safari includes developer tools, and these can be enabled and used to profile what's taking time within a particular connection.
Safari > Preferences > Advanced > check Show Develop in menu bar
This might tell you what is loading more slowly.

I updated to latest Safari version (7.0.4) but the problem persists.
I tried downloading a new version of Safari for Mac OS X Mavericks but couldn't find it available.
    Thanks for your help.

The pop ups are malware. It's not necessary to reinstall Safari.

  • Why is my Safari browsing session not continuing on my iPhone?

Why is my Safari browsing session not continuing on my iPhone from my MacBook Pro? I thought this was a feature of Mountain Lion or do I need to change some settings?

To synce iMessages with iOS and OSX, you need to not only have a well setup contacts card (both their apple id email and their iphone phone number in one card) you will need to setup your apple id on your phone. Your friend will also need to do the same thing on their phone, however you are able to send messages to phone numbers, they do not sync with OSX and will not show up on, say an iPad. This will be fixed once iOS 6 comes out, or at least that's what the keynote and WWDC 2012 said
In iOS go to settings>Messages receive at and sign in with your apple id you use for iMessages. (make sure you are only using one apple id, I know it lets you use multiple ones, but it works best with one).
now that your iOS device and your OSX device have the same apple id email tied to imessages, have a friend send you a message or send one to your friend and when they reply back it should all sync.
A catch, as of now, with iOS 6 not out, there is no way to sync iMessages made with your phone number and OSX. So some of your text messages may only appear on your phone until you respond.
once you respond, you've responded with you apple id.
if they respond to that message specifically then the chat will sync between all devices.
if your friend says that they have two text messages open for you, tell them that they have to add your apple id to the contact card they have for you, and then delete both messages. Now it'll sync in one message box.
The same is true with other chat accounts and your contact cards in Messages.app on OSX
Think of Contacts.app as the new buddy list...

Why my safari browser is not opening pdf files?I'm currently using the lat 2013 macbook pro with os mavericks and all my software is uptodate?

    Back up all data.
If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, there should be a setting in its preferences such as Display PDF in Browser. I don't use those applications myself, so I can't be more precise. Deselect that setting, if it's selected. Otherwise do as follows.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
    /Library/Internet Plug-ins
    In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens (command-V), then press return.
From the folder that opens, move to the Trash any items that have "Adobe" or “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it as well, if it's present. The same goes for a plugin called "iGetter," and perhaps others — I don't have a complete list.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

  • My Safari browser will not open.

My Safari browser will not open.  It simply says Safari quit unexpectedly.  I can open Google Chrome and browse just fine.  Any idea whats wrong?  I have a MacBook Pro, and I'm using OSX Yosemite 10.10.1

Click here and follow the instructions, or if there’s a type of adware not covered by them on the computer, these ones. If you're willing to use a tool to remove it(you don't need to, but may find it easier), you can instead run Adware Medic; this link is a direct download.

  • My Safari browser is not working properly. Any suggestions?

When I access my online banking site. I can no longer view and pay bills. Each time I click on that option, the browser goes right back to the opening login screen. I have tried a different account and the same thing occurs. This started after I clicked on an option to remove the enhanced login (quicker access). I can use a different browser like Chrome and it works fine. Something has flipped a switch in my Safari browser. I tried reseting, deleting all cookies, and emptying the cache to no avail. Any suggestions?

Removed all website data. Didn't make a difference.
I am having the same problem on my Mac Pro. My old G4 tower running 10.5.8 has no issue.

  • Safari browser does not detect Adobe Flash and/or JavaScript.

    Hello,
I have Safari and Firefox loaded on my Mac. My Firefox browser detects Adobe Flash Player and Javascript is enabled, but my Safari browser doesn't seem to detect it although it is definitely loaded and installed on the computer. I can watch/see videos on youtube and see flash-enabled content on websites using firefox browser, but my safari browser cannot. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? I went and checked that I have javascript enabled in my preferences for the Safari Browser.
I have reinstalled the latest version of flash player on my computer several times. But, when I go to a website like youtube, all it tells me is that either my Javascript is disabled or I have an old version of Flash player. I've repeatedly installed the newest version. I need help with this. Thanks.

No it doesn't work now. I uninstalled Flash, reinstalled, unclicked the javascript buttons in safari preferences, restarted, everything, and still I can't play vids in sites like youtube.com.

  • Safari Browser does not play well with vbulletin forums (save login?)!

The cruisecritic board (http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=585458) documents the failure in both the Mac and PC versions of Safari.

    HI,
Open Keychain Access (Applications/Utilities) Select Passwords on the left.
Delete your Google keychain. Relaunch Safari. Navigate to the Google site, login as usual. Click Yes when prompted to save your username and password.
Make sure in Safari/Preferences - Autofill you have User names and passwords selected.
If that doesn't help, from the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Reset Safari. Select the top 7 buttons, click Reset. Relaunch Safari.
Still no joy, go to the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari/Preferences. Make note of all the preferences under each tab. Quit Safari. Now go to ~/Library/Preferences and move this file com.apple.safari.plist to the Desktop.
Relaunch Safari and see if that makes a difference. If not, move the .plist file back to the Preferences folder. If Safari functions as it should, move that .plist file to the Trash.
    Carolyn
