Sering dan sangat sulit untuk membuka website mengunakan ipad dengan jaringan 3G. Dan sepertinya ipad sangat lemah dalam masalah koneksi.. Saya mengunakan jaringan 3G,dan saya rasa tidak ada masalah dengan provider saya. ( XL )
Saya coba menggunakan kartu ini dengan modem AT&T dan windows7. Semuanya berjalan dengan lancar walau speed tidak terlalu cepat,50kbps,saya rasa ini cukup bagus kalau hanya untuk browsing
Saya juga sudah membaca posting yang ada tentang ini dan sepertinya tidak ada jawaban yang memuaskan. Apakah solusinya cuma dengan restart? Saya coba.. Dan tidak ada perubahan juga. Terus saya harus bagaimana lagi??

Have you considered the server the website is on is down or your dns is configured improperly? Talk to you isp about the proper dns servers. As far as the server down what do you want apple to do?

On my games when I tried to update the apps I get a message that says safari cannot open page because address is invalid, but this happens even when I click directly on the prompt message that comes up when loading game. Also, it seems that my app store app has been deleted? I don't know how to get it back. When I try to download it I get the same safari message as afore mentioned.

Swipe to seethe farthest home screen to the left. Type in App Store in the search box and see if the app may have been accidentally placed into a folder with another app.

I have reset everything suggested in other posts, ensured any other device that could be hogging bandwidth is off, the router is reset, the iPad is reset. Have you tried:
- Resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

Yes, I have not made myself clear, I apologise.
I have tried downloading apps from itunes in order to set up a game for my son, when I go to click on a link, be this in itunes, or on the web, Safari revolts back informing the address is invalid. I read by coping a link and pasting into the URL, this would do it, but not so.
My goal then, is to install Minecraft for my son, I would then download an app to allow this but I am unable to get this far due to Safari insulting the address I ask it to go to
The iPad is first generation
OS 5.1.1 Software up to date.

I've been having alot of trouble lately with my ipad and receiving the following error message from Safari "Safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet." The is quite bothersome and would like to know how to resolve this problem. It only started during the lst coulple of dayfs. Prior to this, my ipad was functiontioning beautifully and i didn't experience any problems.
Do anyone know how to REALLY fix this this problem?

Do you have internet access with any other apps that require it when you get this error message with Safari?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as powering the iPad off and on?

Safari Cannot Open Page Because Not Connected To Internet

Nearly every time I open Safari I get a page that says Safari cannot open the page because you are not connected to the internet but I am connected wirelessly to the Airport Extreme. Each time this happens I click on Network Diagnostics and I go through the procedure and I get connected again. Should I need to do this nearly every time I open Safari or is there something I could do so I don't have to do this every time? It connects but only after I go through Network Diagnostics.

All I can think of is it's not saving the configurations you have set up for it.

I am so sorry to hear that you cannot open some web pages by typing a URL.
Please supply some specific examples, so other Readers can try them to see what the problem might be. Trial and error is impossible.

I'm having problems on Macbook Pro with Yosemite. Most, if not all webpages cannot be opened in safari because the "server cannot be found." I've tried to troubleshoot a few different ways by googling the issue.
Tried running diagnostics, no issues found and no solutions offered
Tried monitoring connection while attempting to browse web, no issues detected
Reset computer
Reset router
Turned WiFi on/off
Cleared browsing data, history etc.
Tried using Chrome, doesn't work either
I've read that this could be a DNS issue, don't fully understand what that means. One solution offered is to "reset network settings" but I can't find where to do that on my Mac. Another option is to "delete current DNS servers" but I am not able to click them in the advanced network settings window. Any other ideas?

Hi, I updated too iOS7 recently and everything was fine (except iBooks!) until yesterday, when I got the message saying "Safari could not open the page ... because your iPad is not connected to the internet." I'm using wireless connection, and my iMac is working with no problem. Have tried most suggested things here like rebooting, resetting all settings etc. but am getting nowhere. Would appreciate any assistance, Thank you.

reset network settings...settings>gen>reset>reset network..
if that does not work.
backup the device on itunes.
restore with itunes.
setup as new on the device. then try it.
if it works try restoring from the backup,, if it does not work after that then the backup as a bug.
you then would set the device up as new again and just use it without the back up

Safari cannot open pages, but firefox can.

My daughters Mac Mini has started strange behaviour. Safari will not open most websites (says it can't connect), but Firefox can. This includes sites such as Google and Yahoo, that open on Safari on the other Macs in our home.
Network diagnostics says the machine is connected to the internet (via Airport). Software Update cannot connect either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try these suggestions, as they usually remedy the situation your trying to resolve:
Open System Preferences>Network panel
-Location - set up a personal location by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting "add a location". Use a name familiar to you. Once established, select "apply".
-Next, click on the "Show" drop down menu and select Network Port Configurations. Check "Airport" and deselect the others, unless you use a BlueTooth device. Move Airport to the top of the list. Select "apply".
-Back to the "Show" menu, select "Airport". Click on the TCP panel. There, enter on separate lines in the DNS servers box 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 (these are Verizon codes, available to anyone).
In the Finder, go to your Utilities folder and select "Terminal". Once the screen is open copy/paste lookupd -flushcache and press return. This clears out the DNS cache. Once done, quit Terminal.
Restart the computer/Safari.

Wi-Fi issue? Are you in a home or business environment? Have you tried connecting and re-connecting to your wi-fi network?

SAFARI for iPOD...
ipod safari cannot open page if the main page opens shockwave(macromedia or flashy) popup.. I have tried enabling popup on ipod but it didn't help..
Can someone tell me how to bypass that.. the webpage is epaper.timesofindia.com .. I can close the popup in safari windows and it works.. but the popup is not displayed in ipod touch safari..

It's not supported by the iPod Touch.
