Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was reset. the server may be busy
So i connect to my wifi through settings and it shows me having 3 bars but when i open safari it says "safari cannot open the page because the network connection was reset" What is wrong and how do i fix it?
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar at bottom
2. Hold the Safari app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Re-launch the app and test
Note: If necessary close all apps in the Task Bar

1. go to setting and tap "general"
2. in privacy section see "accept cookies" and select "from visited"
some website manage their domain with cookies, a lot of them. and is more frequently on marketing web sites, like banks, shopping, etc...
be sure to select "fraud warning" always. is up to you to accept cookies or not. affortunatly, u can always turn off and on.

What does" safari cannot open this page because address is invalid"mean.
It usually means you typed the URL incorrectly.
Try searching the web for the site, to make sure the URL is correct.
If you can view other sites, like apple.com, there is either a problem with what you typed or the site. -
Err 3253 Network Connection was reset - Detailed description
I have iTunes 12.1.0.71. I am using Windows 7 on a PC. For the past 3 days I have tried re-downloading several items from iTunes Store. Apps, music, etc. While doing so, I am able to get a few but then all of the sudden I get the error 3253 - Your network connection was reset. As soon as I get the error, I can no longer get iTunes to download anything else for the rest of the night. Now... here comes the good part. As soon as midnight rolls around--poof! Everything starts working again.
First I thought it was my ISP but I talked with them for over an hour and they swear they do not block iTunes traffic for any reason. By the way my internet never goes down. I can browse the web, use Netflix, etc. all while iTunes doesn't download.
During my investigation, I found several reports of this error. Every work around attempt fails. I have tried the OpenDNS. It doesn't fix it. I've tried the Google DNS. I've tried turning off simultaneous downloads. NOTHING WORKS.
Now here is the BEST part. I run a diagnostics check in iTunes for Network Connectivity. It fails when I run it because it says iTunes is not enabled in my firewall.
But guess what. IT IS enabled.
Now, check this... As I said before, this has happened for 3 days straight. It stops working while I'm downloading things and then at midnight--poof, it starts working again. Well when it starts working... I still fail these tests! What good are the diagnostics if they don't even tell you correct information?
I need this fixed. I am an avid iTunes user. I love the product. But this is a huge let down! Apparently I'm not the only person who's had this either. Looks like this same error has been happening since 06 for various reason. I welcome options to try but don't tell me the same ones I have listed. Also, please don't say it's my ISP or that I have some sort of data cap or bandwidth limit or iTunes is being blocked by my ISP. I've checked and verified. None of these are true. It has to be on something else. Oh yeah... and my wife uses a Mac. The problem effects her too at the same time as me. Can't make purchases, network connection was reset??
I have no idea how to fix this one. Everything was fine.... I went to download a song and I got the message that my network connection was reset and it coudn't complete my request. download...I seen there was an update just before I went to bed,
I download it, rebooted and went to bed...Today I cannot download

what do i do if my internet is wep and i need it to be wpa2 because my ipod touch 4th gen connects to the internet but when i click on safari or itunes it says safari cannot open the page because its not connected to the internet. i have contacted apple support and they said to change from wep to wpa2 but when i change it to wpa2 and type in password and connect on my laptop it says the saved setting on this computer for the network do not match the require ments of the network
My 2nd gen works fine with WPA2 and AES encryption.
You may need to go back and start over. Reset the router back to factory defaults, log on as the admin, set up security, DHCP, and make sure the IP address pool has enough IP addresses to lease to ALL of the computers/devices that will connect to that the router. -
Safari cant open the page because its not connected to the internet

Ive reset network settings, modem and router but still getting error messages.Hey man, I have this same problem and it all started with 2.0.2. This is the worst update Apple could have given us. I love Apple products, and I loved my iPhone 3G until this update. I think 2.0.2 has caused more bugs than it claims to have fixed. Safari doesn't work anymore (3G or WI-FI) and I can barely pick up 3G unless I'm outside or near a window (whereas before 2.0.2 I could get 3G even in the underground tunnels of my university campus). My iPhone is no fun anymore and actually pointless, I might as well revert back to my original RAZR v.3, at least that thing worked as it was designed to.
I hope Apple issues a new update that just cancels out 2.0.2 and reverts back to 2.0.1....that one worked absolutely fine (at least I got no crashes of any kind with that version). -
I cannot open my Yahoo Mail but everything else is OK. When I click Yahoo Mail Icon, I get this error message "Safari Cannot open this page. Safari can not establish secure connection with Yahoo Mail.
It sounds as though a script on the site, or an advertisement, is not working quite right...
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
(You also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now")
(2) Remove the site's cookies using either of these. Save any pending work first.
While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -

I am getting the error "Cannot Open A Page Because too Many Redirects Have Occurred" when I try to access URL after changing device language to Espanol (Mexico). It works fine for English option. Tried the solution given TS3320 but no success. URL also works fine in other browsers like "Chrome". Any help will highly appreciated.

Cannot connect to the iTunes store. The network connection was reset.
My iTunes has been messed up since August 17th. I am getting the error message; "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I am having no issues connecting to the internet or even receiving my podcasts. It just won't download my TV shows or let me shop. I have contacted Hewlett Pack. about this and iTunes/apple. No one seems to have an answer for me. I have disabled my firewalls, norton, done msconfig, allowed iTunes, everything. I am very frustrated and so are others that seem to be having this same problem. We need a genius!! Please help!
I suspect a location-driven problem here. I live in SHanghai, China - as does the poster above! I have this problem on three different computers using three different ISPs.
Anybody got a suggestion? Tried firewalls, turning off virus production, reinstalling iTunes, putting phobos.apple.com and such in the permitted list, all sorts of stuff, to no avail. And Apple help support just bounces me around - I've interacted via email with three people, finally graduated to a real person, and they sent me back to email when the usual "reboot your machine and reinstall iTunes, then turn off virus protection" didn't work.

I can not purchase music on iTunes and nothing has changed with my computer. I get an error saying "The network connection was reset. Could not purchase." I do have internet conncection.
