Safari cannot view citibank login page

Question

I am having trouble logging into the citibank web page to view my account information online. I get an error message that says:
---"This application is certified for use with Internet Explorer versions 6.0 and above. We apologize for any inconvenience. "----

Are there any fixes out there for websites like this?
I am currently using Safari version 4.0.5.
I have tried Google Chrome and Firefox, and get the same message.

Citybank do not wish to have clients that user Apple computers.
Some banks are notoriously uncaring and lazy about what systems and browsers they support.
