Safari Crashes Continually due to "flashplayer 10.4-10.5 plugins"

Hi,
I was asked to download the latest updated flash from hulu. I did and it still is asking me to download it again. I've uninstalled and installed flash MANY times and it still doesn't work on some videos on hulu. And then my sarafi crashes giving me a message of "may have to do with flashplayer 10.4-10.5 plugins". I see that I currently have version 10.3.183.75. Please help... its driving me insane!

Hi,
Quit Safari. Open a Finder window select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Then open the Library folder, then the Caches folder, then the *com.apple.Safari folder*.
Move the cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Restart Safari. If it still crashes...
I've tried uploading under a different user on my computer with the same results.
Since Safari crashes in more then one account, the startup disk may need repairing. Login to your admin account. Launch Disk Utility. That's in your Application/Utilities folder.
Select Macintosh HD in the panel on the left then select the FirstAid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions). If the start up disk needs repairing, follow these instructions. You will need your install disc.
Insert your install disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key until grey Apple appears.
Go to Installer menu and launch Disk Utility.
(In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first from the installer menu)
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
(Check S.M.A.R.T Status of HDD at the bottom of right panel. It should say: Verified)
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
When you are finished with DU, from the Menu Bar, select Utilities/Startup Manager.
Select your startup disk and click Restart
While you have the Disk Utility window open, look at the bottom of the window. Where you see Capacity and Available. Make sure there is always 15% free space.
