Safari Crashes Won't Load

Question

I cannot get Safari to load. The browser window opens for a second and then crashes immediately. I have tried the following:
- Restart computer
- Repaired disk permissions
- Check console log - cannot find a reason here
- Installed OS 10.4.6 update
I set up another user in OSX and Safari works fine for the new user account. I believe this indicates a problem in my user account with preferences or something. I then tried the following:
- Ran a utility called Preferential Treatment to check my preferences. No problems found.
- Ran a utility to clean cache.
- Opened Font Book and ran validate function - no bad fonts identified.
I am out of ideas to fix this problem and would really appreciate any suggestions.

The problem started before I updated the recent OSX. As fot eh WebEx plug-in. I visited that site after the safari problems so I donl't think it's relevant but will try deleting.
