Safari doesn't seem to load youtube videos after browsing for awhile. Anyone else experiencing this?

After every 30 mins or so browsing youtube videos on Safari, the videos stop loading. Seems to be a problem with Flash or something. But everything is up to date. Never happens when I use Chrome. I have to always quit Safari and run it again. But the problem still persists. Anybody care to provide some help?

Try going here http://www.youtube.com/html5 and check to make sure you are not opted-in to this HTML5 trial as I was. I was having problems similar to what you've described, as soon as I opted out of the HTML5 trial YouTube videos on Safari 5.1.7 are working fine. By the way I am also running 10.7.4.

Go to: Safari Preferences... and select the General tab.
1. Check to make sure that "New windows open with: Homepage"
2. Then if it still opens blank...? Select the Homepage page that you want Safari to open on and click the "Set to Current Page" button.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

The Mail app cannot be deleted, so it is there somewhere. Look at all of your other Home screens to see if you can find it.
If you cannot, do a spotlight search to see if it got accidently moved into a folder: swipe down in the center of the screen to bring up the search bar - type in Mail - you should see the Mail icon in the search results. If it got moved into a folder, you will see the folder name on the right side. If it is in a folder, open the folder, and tap and hold the Mail icon until it wiggles, then slide it out and back to the place where you want it to be.
If that doesn' work, you can also go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will move all of your icons into the original order that they were on the phone. You may have to move stuff around after this to where you want it to be, but all of the Apple system apps will be on the first Home screen.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Thank you for details about the issue you are experiencing with recording video after upgrading to iOS 7.
The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhones:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the Camera app, I recommend restarting your phones and then resetting if recording video still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

The website may need more memory than you have available if you are running iOS 5.1.1 on the original iPad. Try some basic troubleshooting steps. Maybe quitting all apps might be the best thing to try.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit ALL apps completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.

Safari 5.0.6 repeatedly refreshing back a page - can't find anyone else with this issue.

I have already searched for this issue, and no one mentions anything quite like it. There are plenty of threads about refreshing problems, but not like the one I'm having.
For quite awhile now, the same problem has been occurring: I will be on a web page and suddenly safari will refresh and bounce back to a prior page - anything I was doing at the moment disappears (such as filling out a form, writing an email, etc) and I have to start from the beginning. Even things like what I'm typying right now could refresh and disappear at any moment - it's driving me nuts!
Has anyone else had this problem, or heard of it, and what was the recommended solution?

You can also try troubleshooting the Safari .plist (preferences)
Go to ~/Library/Preferences. Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop.
Quit then relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, move the .plist file to the Trash.
~ (Tilde) character represents your Home folder.
If it's not Extensions nor corrupted preferences, possibly a third party Safari addon.
Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

Mozilla (specifically) wont load Youtube videos, or streamed shows, but everything else. Why?

Most people will readily say this - but I have absolutely no idea what I've done to change any form of settings. However Mozilla won't play any Youtube videos or streamed shows. The screen just stays blank (black). I've uninstalled and reinstalled flash and that didn't fix it, and I've tried most of the troubleshooting options, none seem to work.
I've opened up Internet Explorer and they have no problems playing any video. It's just Mozilla. I'm not too sure what the issue is. I've googled such problems and any form of related issues seem to want to clear any cache or cookies - didn't work.
Anyways, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Whenever I click the green button, it comes up with an error and asks me to refresh. However, in all I have to resort to "Force-Quit" Safari.
I don't know if it's only for my version of Safari, but for everyone else. Let me know.

I think I've managed to replicate your problem - is it that you get an endless cycle of error messages saying refresh the page?
If so, this is repeatable for me only if I enter the state manually - If I choose Melbourne,Vic from the suburb box, the state is autofilled as Vic, and all works ok ( well, first time I tried, I got a single error box, but not the "you gotta force quit" routine ).
However, enter the state manually ; and Yep, it sticks in an endless loop of error op-ups.
Err fixable by the website owners, or by another browser.
It may be worth trying a recent nightly build of Webkit if you hate any other browsers...
Webkit is one of the frameworks behind Safari - the nightly builds are an on-going project to improve & bug-fix. Eventually, these fixes may filter down into the 'production' versions of Safari.
Webkit looks/functions exactly like Safari - same bookmarks,history etc etc - but so far - doesn't use OSX keychain .

My itouch 4gen wont load youtube videos but my older one could why is this?

so i just got my new itouch and after setting it up and all that stuff, i wanted to watch a youtube clip but can't because it wont load the clip at all. My older itouch 2gen i think could play them just fine, it could load and play a 30min youtube clip without having to stop to load, the new however can't load 6min clip without having to stop every minute or so to load.This is begining to be a real problem for me as i like to watch youtube a lot, if you know of any thing that can help me out all let me know please

Sounds like a netwok problem (buffering), See if resetting network setting solves the problem. You will have to reenter network passwords: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
