Safari opens and then crashes

Question

I have an IMac G5 os10.3 with Safari 1.2 that I have used for 3 yrs. Today it started crashing after briefly opening. I have reloaded the software, run the disk repair all to no avail. Any directions from here? The computer runs internet explorer online with ease.

Thanx but I don't have any of those. I had cleaned out ANYTHING to do with Safari in so much as I could find them.
I just downloaded a new copy of OS 10.4.11 updater and used Pacifist to get a new copy of Safari from the package.
Needless to say that after installing it, repairing pers\missions, and rebooting I tried starting the new Safari and the same thing happens.
