Safari Plug-in Problem LEOPARD

Question

could someone help me please as this is driving me nuts !
2 days ago installed 10.5 on my new alu IMac and everything zips along great except for safari,which seems to take an age page loading
nothing else is working in the background ie time machine and it is taking for ever to load and display web pages
im beginning to think thats its a plug-in prob
is there a quick way to re-install safari so as all the plugins are erased and its a fresh install ?
or
what is the basic plug-ins that need to be there as here is a list of the plugins i have installed

Make sure the Belkin router is compatible with Leopard/Safari. As a test, you can always connect the ethernet cable directly to the computer bypassing the router. If you do this, unplug/wait/plug-in your cable box. Then, restart Safari. If the slow performance is still occurring, then the problem points to something other than the Router. Otherwise, contact the mfg.
Network Adjustments: DNS server codes help facilitate page loading.
In your Network>TCP panel, enter these codes:
In the US - 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 on separate lines. Select "apply". (these are Verizon codes available to anyone).
Outside the US - 208.67.222.220 and 208.67.220.222 on separate lines. Select "apply" - these are OpenDNS codes, again available to anyone.
Restart Safari.
