phone says Photo Stream. photos for the icloud account "icloud" cannot be accessed. Review your account information in Settings. When I got to settings a pop up says Apple ID password and under that is my email. BUT it is the INCORRECT email. When i try to put in the password for the OLD email it won't work. It wont work if I put the password in for the NEW email either. In Settings -> my Account says the OLD email, when I click on that email it takes me to the icloud Account Information. Says Apple ID is the Old email. BUT I changed my email on icoud and verified it I also change my email in itunes and am able to access the Apple App store on my phone and itunes. It is correct everywhere except on my iphone. It came over correctly to my iPAD but won't on my phone. I also can't use the icloud push or load my icloud storage plan to my phone. Please help...

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -

The contents of the Music and Videos apps aren't included in a device's backup. If you don't have them on your computer's iTunes library then if they are iTunes purchases then you should be able to copy them back from your old iPad via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to your new iPad. If some/all of them are not iTunes purchases and you don't have them on your computer nor on your backup of your library then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

I have a nw8840 and it fell off of the table to the floor. Now it will not come on with the 120v supply or the battery. I assume the battery is dead. The computer came on for a while after the fall. Now everything is dead. Can you replace the charging components or is the motherboard fried? Thanks in advance for the help.

LG 37" HDTV -TV will not come on
I lost power sometime during the night and this morning my TV will not come on with either the remote or manually. The icon for the on/off button on front of TV is blinking red & green. Have tried unplugging TV, called the cable provider and searched the manual recid with TV but cannot solve this issue. Help Please!
Power Surge or Brown Out may have hit the TV during your power outage, do you have the TV on a surge protector, that covers both brown and black outs?

Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.

My MacBook Pro 13.3 MAC OS X v10.7 laptop will not come up. Blank screen comes up, no color/desktop, etc., only an icon of a folder in the middle of the screen with a question mark on the folder. Laptop making a clicking noise. Suggestions? Thanks!
It's under warranty. Take it in to have Apple fix it.
The "flashing ?" means the machine can't find the start up disk. The clicking noise is a give away that the drive is damaged. -
My iPhone 5 screen is black and will not come back on. The phone still works when paired with my vehicles Bluetooth what's wrong with it, and can I fix it?
I have a similar problem. I restored my iPhone 5 to the latest available OS. After completing the process the phone never restarted. The phone was fully charged when I restored it but now refuses to charge past the red battery icon. I have been able to get the phone in UFD mode several times and have been able to load the new OS on the phone. The Apple logo does come on and the software fully loads. iTunes tells me the phone will restart but never does. I left it to charge all night but it never appeared to load the battery. This morning I went to the Grand Central Terminal apple store for help. A woman at the store plugged the phone in but it never charged. She absolutely refused to believe that I got my phone in UFD mode and loaded any software on. I don't think it is a battery issue. The only solution I was given was to buy a new phone. Repairing it was out of the question. At this point the phone is completely useless. Thanks in advance for the help.

I just did a software update on my phone (finally) last night and now my phone will not come on. It keeps showing the charger pointing up to a blue circle with iTunes inside and will not go any further. Can ANYONE help me please???The phone is in restore mode and the picture is telling you what to do. Connect the phone, by cable, to iTunes in the computer you normally use for syncing, and retore the phone.

I deleted an app that was using an enormous amount of space (15GB) and when I reset the device it took 45 mins for the Apple logo to go away and for my device to start. I guess it took a look time to reclaim all of that memory back. -

+1 800-680-0697 (Toll Free) immediately!Let me preface this by saying that I am in no way a tech person. I just followed other people's advice and somehow it eventually worked for me. I'm sure I didn't do it the easiest way or the fastest way, but I was trying anything I thought might help.
1) First I tried overriding Safari with a new version but then realized that it was incompatible with Lion, so I upgraded to Yosemite. Didn't help.
2) I then opened Safari (same problem was happening) and did a force quit. There are a number of ways to do that but I chose to click on the apple in the top-left corner, go down to force quit, and then select Safari. Then I went in to Library > Safari and deleted the "LastSession.plist" and then emptied my trash so that it would be totally off my computer. Then I reopened Safari holding the shift key. When it opened, a box came up basically asking if I wanted to restore my last session. Read it carefully and choose the option that will start a new session instead of reopening your old work.
I have no idea if the fact that I upgraded my Safari and operating system helped or changed anything. You may be able to do everything in Step 2 and get the same result....but that's just how it all worked for me.
Hopefully it helps. But I know this particular adware popup i a real bi-atch because it basically totally disables Safari.
