Safari Widget will not leave the screen

I have been using several widgets that I created with Safari 3. Everything was going fine until today. One of my widget appears on my screen at all time. My other widgets works perfectly but this one always stays on the screen even if I pushed the F12 key and that all my other ones have disapeared.
Any idea how to fix this? I though of just deleting the widget and recreate it after from the web page in Safari but I don't know where the widgets created with Safari 3 are stored. Please help! I have this big square on my screen ad I can't give rid of it.

Could be a hardware problem and would need checking out, however it could also be a software problem in that it could be an app that's causing the problem that uses the ringer volume, such as Pandora, so first backup your iPad in iTunes then delete apps particularly that uses the volume control on your iPsd and see if the ringer symbol disappears for good then reinstall any apps that you deleted.

Hello, I'm having trouble getting rid of the ringer symbol that is sitting in the middle of the screen. I'm also having problems with the volume not being able to turn down. I think this is all related. Any ideas?

HT201263 None of these answers help my problem. My ipad will not leave the Apple logo. I hold both buttons and the screen goes black, then the apple logo immediately pops back up. I can't do anything because the apple logo just keeps popping back on.

Before you do anything else, try charging via a wall outlet for a while, since its off. Then try turning it back on.
When you put the device into recovery mode it allows you to restore the device when no other options work. You do risk losing everything currently strored on the ipad itself. Hopefully you've performed regular backups either via itunes, icloud or both. Evern if you have synced content to either of those, you may not lose everything. All previous purchases have been saved in the itunes and app stores, so you can dowload them again.
while the ipad is off, press and hold the home button and plug the usb cord into the ipad. You should see a message pop up on the itunes window on your compoter screen that state it has discoverd an ipad in recovery mode.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Install or Reinstall OS X from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:

If the passcode will not unlock the screen you are entering the wrong passcode. To change or remove the passcode you can use the settings app.
Settings > General > Passcode Lock
The caveat here is that to make changes to the passcode lock you need to enter the correct passcode lock.
If you do not know your passcode you'll have to restore your iPad by connecting it to iTunes on your computer.

There is a screen lock. If the Rotation Lock is on you will see a circular arrow surrounding a small lock at the top of your screen near the battery level indicator. To turn on or off the Rotation Lock swipe up from the very bottom of the screen to being up the Control Center. Look for that same icon and tap it.

My Zen Micro will not leave the Start Scr

I have had my Micro since last Christmas. I have had no problems up untill yesterday, I went to turn it on, but when i pulled the little on button, it went straight to the open screen, made a really wierd noise then stopped, the light went off, and now it wont do anything, i plugged it into the wall jack and left it untill today when i woke up. I took it off of the charger and it was the same.. on that screen. I plugged it up to my computer but it wont recognize it!!! no matter what buttons i push it just stays the same!!

Here's what you can try:
Zen Micro / Zen MicroPhoto
. Make sure that battery is charged.
2. Detach your player from the computer, and ensure that it is turned off.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Move and hold the Power button to the Power On position and re-insert the battery to the Zen Micro. Hold the Power button until the Recovery Mode appears.
5. The following options will be displayed:
* Clean Up (Performs a disk scan on the players hard disk, it will not affect music files)
* Format All (Formats the players hard disk - Note: all contents will be lost)
* Reload Firmware (Reloads the Operating System on the Jukebox)
* Reboot (Reboots the device).

I updated my iPhone and it began installing and downloading the new update then all of a sudden it turned black, I thought it was part of the proccess so I just ignored it and then it flashed to the apple logo page, i waited a little and then it turned black again, then back to the apple logo. It keeps repeating this. I tried to plug it into the computer and nothing happened, I would push the home and lock button but my lock button is stuck. Please help!! I need this to work. I would follow these troubleshooting steps:
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
