Safe Mode - Now What?

Question

MacBook Pro wouldn't boot, just kept on the white Apple logo screen with the spinning wheel for hours, so booted it with safe mode and it worked and is up and running, although it is all juddery? Anyway, what do I do now? Obviously I want to get it back to normal so I can boot normally and it works but I'm not sure what to do.
