while assign sales area to ordeer types And click to new session system showing error that define 1000/10/00 first as a general sales area.and system showing display .So how I can over come this issue.

Dear Rajendra,
First you do the combine sales organisations , combine distribution channels and combine divisions steps in the same screen before going to step assign sales order types permitted for sales areas.
Now you try with the last step assign sales order types permitted for sales areas. system will accept.

In XD01 transaction , In Sales area data, In Sales tab i need to add a Check box which i already have added.This check box refers to KNVV table-Zflag
In VA01 transaction , In menu goto -> header -> Sales , In Additional data B .
I have another Check box. This check box refers to Vbaktable-Zflag .

Our custom logic will be initiated once the Sold-to Party (VBAK-KUNNR) is entered for any order type. When the sold-to party is entered the user exit program will check table KNVV for the custom field ZFLAG that corresponds to the Print Prices on Delivery Note flag (hereafter referred to as the Pricing Flag) and populate the same setting of the flag into the ZFLAG that will be on the Additional data B tab on a sales order at the header. The user can manually change VBAK-ZFLAG Pricing Flag setting to something different than what is populated for the customer master level.
If the user happens to change the sold-to party for any reason then the user exit program should take the following approach when populating the ZFLAG Pricing Flag in a sales order:
- Recheck the ZFLAG Pricing Flag setting in the customer master for the sold-to party that the user has newly selected.
The user will still have the option to manually ZFLAG Pricing Flag on a sales order after the user exit program defaults it.Transaction Code - XD02 Change Customer (Centrally)

l'm doing config practise.. does anyone address this error i'm getting when i tried to assign a New Doc Type to a New Sales Area
First, maintain the sales area <0999/ZZ/DD> as a common sales area, and then assign allowed sales document types. This means: Complete the IMG activity Assign sales area to sales document types in the sequence entered
HOW DO U MAINTAIN THIS NEW SALES AREA AS A COMMON SALES AREA?

Assign sales order types permitted for sales areas-OvAZ
Ref SO- Ref DC- Ref Div-- sales doc type,
If you have only one sales area, then ref SO, DC & div will be the same in all combinations.

Multiple Sales group assigned with sales office to Sales area
I need to know whether i could be able to assign different sales groups to Sales area in BP master.
Eg Sale grp 1 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 2 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 3 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
The standard system is not allowing to maintain more than one combination if the same Sales Area. In the practical scenario, there could be more than one sales group can look after the sales in Sales Area thats attached to one sales office. Is there otherway to check this requirement?
Another requirement is i need to read the sales group value during processing the transaction ( Remember still i have not saved the transaction and i am processing it). I have found the some BADI which is not helped me lot. Eg i am processing the lead by entering existing BP/ prospect, i need to read the sales group assigned in the transaction.
Any body can help me out.

As of release CRM 4.0, it is possible to use the "Enhanced Backend
Integration Model", where you may assign a sales office to more
than one sales org, and a sales group to more than one sales office
However this assignments are shown in a different way as in the
standard model: multiple assignment are not viewed in the tree
structure but in tab "FUNCTION".
This is the standard design of the system. You can find more
information about this new model in symptom of the note 691015.

Sales Area assignment to Transaction Type.
Dear all,
We are using SAP CRM 5.0and am in the process of rolling out CRM Sales to a new Company of us.
I have defined the Organization Management in C21 System and completed the Assignment of Sales Area to the Transaction Types in Development landscape.
Now i need to move the settings to QA landscape.
As the assignment of Sales area is a transportable object, i transported the same to QA landscape but the organization number ranges which has been created in QA landscape are different,
how do you I bring same Organization Number to QA landscape from Development as it is not a transportable object?
It is the only way to Change the system settings in SCC4 and change the settings manually.
Kindly give me your inputs how to go ahead.

Error in sales area while creating sales order
Can anybody guide us in solving following issue-
While creating a sales order, if there is mismatch between customer sales area (Particularly division) and material master division-
1.the system is giving error message & not allowing to save the sales order for one sales area,
2.but at the same time it is giving warning message and allowing to save the sales order for other sales area.

Check in IMG --> Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Sales and Distribution --> Business Area Account Assignment --> Define Rules by Sales Area whether the respective Sales Organization, Distribution Channel and Division are assigned.
Also check in <b>OVXG</b>.
Either of the above is missing in your configuration and hence the error.

Sales Area mandatory in sales order
Dear Sir,
I want to make Sales area as mandatory in sales order and Inquiry .
When we enter T. code VA01, in initial screen of sales order, without entering sales order document type in sales order VA01, system does not allow to process further.
In the same way I want to make sales area should be mandatory, system should not allow to enter in 2nd screen without entering sales area.

Even if you don't enter the sales area data in the initial screen of VA01 transaction system will ask you to enter sales area data in the second screen of the VA01 transaction,here sales area data is mandatory only, you can't go further with out entering the sales area data.
But I don't know why you want that in the first screen itself.

Create PR00 from existing Sales area to new Sales Area

I have an existing sales area S001 SA.
I wanted to copy my condition type PR00 from S001 SA to a new DC S001 SB.
Is there a tools to mass copy the condition records?

The ABAPer for making a copy of reports RV45* is if you need to copy a field in the second step no covered by the standard fields. What is the tables in the determination of PR00. Please, see in V/06 the sequence access and check the tables in V/07. And do the proper customizing if you have changed the customizing.
See the reports availables.
If you need to copy a different field (in tables A+++), then create your own ZRV15CC* using one of the former reports as a template.

How can we change SALES AREA in our sales order (VA01) ?
suppose i have created a sales order in VA01 by taking a sales area BP01 01 00, and after saving, it generates a sales 0rder number.
but after creating, i realize that the customer i have taken in the sales order, is wrong.
we change the customer in the sales order via VA02, but the sales order is not accepting the customer because its(customer) sales area is BP01 02 00.
one way is to extend the customer for BP01 01 00.
but i need the sales area BP 02 00 in my sales order, how can i change the sales area from BP01 01 00 to BP01 02 00 in our sales order?

After extending the customer all your can do is delete your earlier order and create a new order.
The sales order no generated previously by the system gets wasted/archived.

I have defined sales area,made assignment,combined sales org.,distribution channel and division,made common distribution channel and division but when I goto OVAZ that is sales area assignment to sales doc.type it is giving this error---Define <1000/15/99> first as a general sales area!
Let me tell u I have used all these transaction OVAO,OVAM,OVAN,OVAZ,VOR1 & VOR2 ....is there any other t/code which resolve the above problem

This is a sequence infringement of Customizing activities.
Once, You created Sales Org and Dist Chnl in IMG-Settings, i.e.
SPRO --> IMG --> Enterprise Structure --> Definition --> Sales and Distribution
--> Define Sales Org
--> Define Dist. Chnl
Also, create Division:
SPRO --> IMG --> Enterprise Structure --> Definition --> Logistics - General --> Define Division
Once, Enterprise Definition is Done, we make assignment:
SPRO --> IMG --> Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Sales and Distribution
--> Assign Dist. Chnl to Sales Org
--> Assign Division to Sales Org
--> Set Up Sales Area
and Finally, we Maintain Following settings in sequence:
OVAO: Define reference S. Org. - assign the same sales org to it, i.e, 1000 to 1000
OVAM: Define reference D. Chl. - assign Sales Org+Dist channel, i.e. 1000+15 to 15
OVAN: Define reference Dvn. - assign Sales Org+Division, i.e. 1000+ 99 to 99
OVAZ - Assign Sales Document Type to permitted sales Area.
Now, you get the error:
Define <1000/15/99> first as a general sales area!
As per my understanding, you must check and maintain Assignment, via:
OVXK Assignment: Distr. Channel --> Sales Org
OVXA Assignment: Division --> Sales Org
OVXG Set Up: Sales Area: Overview
and then make assignment in OVAZ.
Please, check the same and update.

I am trying to create a sales order with reference to a contract. When I am doing the item selection and click on the copy button, it is throwing an error "Sold-to party 100000 not maintained for sales area 2000 20" where '2000' is the sales organization & '20' is the Distribution channel.
But the customer is already there for that sales area.

Plz go to spro-Sales and distribution-sales-sales doucument header-assign sales area to sales document types and do the following steps.
1. combine sales organisation:- go to position and find ur sales org and assign the same sales org as reference.
2. combine distribution channel :- speicify the same dist channel as refernce.
3. combine divisions.;- speicify the same division as reference diviosn.
4. Assign sales order types permitted for sales area:- assign ur sales area to OR.

Dear All,
I'm getting error while creating the customer master vide xd01 , All ncessary setting done in SPRO (creation of sales area, assignment of sales office to sales area, defined common divisions & Distribution channels) but in xd01 transaction error is coming "Sales area 1001 10 11 is not defined for customers". I have checked in TVTA table where only 3 fields are updated i.e. sales org, dis. channel & division other fields are blank. Plz guide me what other things are missing.

When i am copying from one sales area to another sales area at Quotation Stage . Iam getting the following Error as below :

Process : First i have created a Quotation of which Document Type is : ZFQT and Sales Area : 1000/11/11
when i save 200120 is the document no which is Domestic Sale Document.
But my client requirement is when i take the reference of above Quotation No : 200120 to Create a new Quotation which consists of Document Type ZDFQ which is a Deemed Sale Document and with Sales Area 1000/13/11 .
Unable to take the reference , i have already made the Copy Controls from ZFQT (SOURCE DOC) TO ZDFQ(TARGET DOC) AND i have also maintained the SALES AREA OF :
1000/11/11/ZDFQ (DEEMED ORDER TYPE) AND
1000/13/11/ZFQT(DOMESTIC ORDER TYPE)
1000 : SALES ORGANIZATION
11 : DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL FOR DOMESTIC
13 : DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL FOR DEEMED.

A very helpful answer, given by you.But in our case if at all i am trying to change it into warning message it is effecting another sales organization. In one server Client is maintaining two company codes data. So it might effect the other.
We have developed a new routine named 901 by copying the standard 002 and maintained in the copy controls(VTAA) for that relevant Document types. We are able to take the reference by doing this. But the problem is when i am taking the reference of other sales area and document type , Document is changing but sales area is coming of the reference document.
Example :
1000 : SO
11 & 13 : Dist Ch(Domestic) and 12 for Deemed
11 : Division common
ZFQT : DOMESTIC QUOTATION TYPE
ZDQT : DEEMED QUOTATION TYPE.
I have created a Quotation by taking ZDQT Doc type and Sales Area : 1000/13/11 and Customer : 11000000(Same Customer for Dom and Deemed sales extended). 20000010(Documnet no)
When i am taking the reference of 200000010 and creating a New Quotation of Doc type (ZFQT) and Sales Area : 1000/11/11 and Copy.
Then Item and customer details able to copy and when i look into Header Sales Area is not changing , it is showing the reference sales area 1000/13/11. Butn't Sales area : 1000/11/11.
*Why the Client is asking such type of reference is ?We have implemented for Cable Manufacturing company and in order to create a Item in Order it requires lot of Configuration/Charateristics as VC (Variant Configuration)is involved and it takes minimum 3-4 mins to create an item.
So is there any alternative solution for this.

I am trying to configure the intercompany STO process, when I reached the step of u201CDefine shipping data for plants u201C I found that the issuing plant is already assigned to sales Area ( 2000 , 60 , 10 ) which represent local sales , but I need to assign the sales area ( 2001 , 60 , 10 ) which represent foreign sales.
Both sales areas should be used because we are doing STOs with a local company here in jordan and another one in Algeria , so Is there any way to have both sales areas assigned for the same issuing plant?

I am afraid this is impossible in SAP standard. For this purpose you have the BAdI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. The method PROCESS_ITEM of this BAdI gets one single parameter, IM_ITEM, which is the pointer to the PO item object. This object has a lot of useful methods, among them:
- GET_SHIPPING_DATA gives you the Shipping tab of the PO item derived by SAP, among them the ship-to number
- SET_SHIPPING_DATA allows you to amend the data on the Shipping tab
Let your ABAPer implement the BAdI and program its method PROCESS_ITEM.
