I Need to Capture sales Commision in Order Management which Should not be reflected in invoices WHich i have to Pay Back to the customer.
Hoe to capture This and How Will i Have My Accoun entries Done For the Pay Back

There is "Non-quota" type of sales credits which can be entered in OM. This will not be used by accounting. Please check if this is of any use to your need.

    There is no such standard report.
    Either you can use VA05 and select ALL ORDERS and then FILTER it based on your document type for FOC .
    Or else you can create a QUERY with VBAK-VBAP table join.

    By defining a special partner function you can manage all the special stocks under one partner.
    It makes sense to use the special stock partner if your customer is using decentralized order processing but manages consignment stock centrally.
    Consignment goods which have been entered in a consignment fill-up are always posted to the stock of the special stock partner when goods issue is carried out.If a special stock partner does not exist in the document header, inventory management is carried out using the sold-to party.

    Hi,
    I like to calculate sales commission to sales employee every month end after sales closing.
    The scenario is:
    Upon achievement of 100% of targeted sales - commision is 4% of total sales
    Upon achievement of 95% of targeted sales - commision is 2% of total sales
    Upon achievement of 90% -commison is 1% of total sales.
    Now how to map this, please help me .

    How are you maintaining the targeted sales against sales Employees?
    Are you using any standard functionality?
    Bcoz we created Z table for Maintaining target in a combination of
    Employee/ material group/ month / state  / quantity
    And we created report that will compare the actual sales in a state again the sales employee from the ZTABLE.
    and will show the Percentage growth and Volume growth.

    i need to compute the sales commission with the following condition: from All products on jan
    sales commission=100
    but the problem is icannot saved data given the following conditions because "All products" is not in the lowest level.
    Any suggestion please?

    It looks to me like you are looking to do a simple allocation of Sales Commission across all products. That or you are simply trying to save the token value so the total will be 100 (a simple assignment to one valid member). The issue is that the top member isn't valid because it is D-C (not stored).
    Method #1: Allocation. Chose an allocation method (another account "Sales"), and apply this pseudo-code:
    Fix (@Level( "Products", 0), <date range>, <etc.>)
        "Sales Commission" = "Sales" * 100 / "Sales"->"Total Sales products";
    EndFixMethod #2: Simple assignment (using the first stored member).
    Fix ( "Sales Commision", <date range>, <etc.>)
    "A001" = 100;
    EndFixThis second method is the direct answer to what appears to be your question, although it could just be done as:
    "Sales Commission"->{any level 0 stored member} = number to roll up.The first method is obviously designed to do more than just set the total, and has more value when you add additional dimensionality.

    In our client's place, if the sales person reaches a target of 5 lakhs, they will get a commision of 50% of their basic pay, if they reach 3 lakhs target, they will get a commission of 30% of basic pay.

    In our system we want to configure sales agent commision in the sales order,  requirement is in the saels order we want to enter the customer code for which we want to pay the commiision the commision amount we want to put manually   and whenever the invocie is posted for that SO  the total amount should be credited in the sold to party customer code  and the commision amount separatly  for the commion agent , can u give the stpe for this  we have to create differett customer code or vendor  code for the agent  how to add that commision amount in the sales order header   and that amount to be pay  only aftre receiving th epayment from customer.

    I think you can create a sales / service partner (Vendor) and do mintain partner determination. also maintain a condition type with an option to feed value manually, it should be assigned to an accruals "ERU" type conditionm in Pricing procedure ( some what like Rebate processing) and further you also refer to the following link for assistance

    Use standard tcode IW39.
    In IW39 in section General Data / Administrative Data the is a check box "incl. object list" just tick that box and then give your required input parameters and u can get actual cost and planned cost both equipment wise (provided your input is equipment).

    I have been assigned a task of booking sales commission on the basis of sales of last Quarter within 3rd day of next month for three regions e.g.: South, West and North. Sales comm percent is say 2%.
    I have been using usage based allocation uptill now and have been thinking to use mass allocations for this.
    Can anyone give me some clues to have a workaround ?

    I'm also having this problem. It's happening with my USB flash disk. I was almost buying another one when I tried it with Windows Vista on the same machine and it worked ok, then I tried Arch Linux (with kernel 2.6.30.5) on another machine and got the same error. After that I tried Ubuntu and it worked ok. Seems that Arch's kernel doesn't like my USB flash disk.

  • Product heirarchy vs material groups in sales view

    Hi,
    Can I make use of the material groups(5 in toatl in sales view1) to generate report for seeing the value/sale of any material instead of using product heirarchy ?
    If I have created a 3 level heirarchy then how best I can use it to see in a report for any level.
    Is there any standard report availble to track my sales/inventory needs based on product heirarchy ??
    How can I track my purchases/open orders based on the employee resonsible for that material.i.e without having any HR module how can use the or create the staff of my company engaged in purchasing or for that matter selling also.
    May be I can use Purchasing group for each employee.But then I need to use the same employee as Sales person.
    How can this be achieved or any better option ??

    Hi,
    Have you considered using the partner functions to do this.
    Most organisations create a new partner type for saleperson (i.e. someone who earns the commision from the sale). This can automatically default if you have  the correct master data settings, or can be keyed manually on the partner screen of the sales order. (ask about how to do this on the SD forum, I am sure that an SD expert can tell you the details on how to do this.
    I definitely would NOT recommend considering using the Purchasing group, this is not a field to use for this purpose in any way.
    The material group and material hierarchy are fine to use for reports on WHAT was sold, but not who by etc.

    We have a corporate customer, which has 10 authorized buyers. We have created a Customer number for this company.
    But at time of sales order creation, we need enter the authorized buyer name in sales order for the record purpose.
    we are not creating any authorized persons in the system.
    but our management want to see the person name who is buying behalf of the corporate customer.
    for that we need to prepare a report.
    I think SAP must be having a standard solution to address this requirement.

    I think u want to create agent who is buying material on behalf of customer. For report purpose u can create commision agent in Partner det . procedure for this purpose.

  • Sales process with commission agent

    hi guys,
    I am having a problem and need your solution. Pls, help me, thanks for advance.
    My customer's company have a sales process with commision agent. It mean they pay the commission fee when selling some goods. In this process:
    - They post a invoice to customer: (SD module)
    Dr: Receivable acc
    Cr: Revenue
    - They receive a incoming invoice from Agent: (MM module, they buy a agency services)
    Dr: sales expenditure
    Cr: Payable
    You know, SAP is intergration system, so Incoming invoice should go along with Sales process. It mean SAP will automatically create a Purchasing order (to purchase agency service) when sales man input a Goods on SO (with specific Item Category).
    It seem like to third-party process. But the problem is: when u input material A in SO, SAP will use "Transfer Requirement" to create a PO for material A (Third-party process). But in sales process with commission agent , how to SAP craeate a PO for service B (agency service) , when u input material A in SO ??? Can we do configuration for this???
    Tell me if u have other approach, this key-factors are: Incoming invoice from Agency should go along with Sales process.

    how this can be put into account and how this can be paid to broker or agent.
