Sales Incentive and GL Line Item Relation
Hi All,
We are working vistex BI reports. Can any one tell me if there is any table which links sales incentive data with GL Line item data or any vistex table at BESG line item level.

I checked in all types. I mean i selected open item , all items ( from n to date wise ) etc. But the balance is not matching because of only one accounting entry. If you don't mind could you give ur mail id, so that i can send the screen shots of that.

GangaSales order is the order from your customer and delivery is when you are delivering the item.
Shipping: In general when the item is dispached from the warehouse, we can say the item is shipped,where as delivery is item/product reaching to the end customer.

B2CBasket- Sales Order How to add Vendor partner and new line item of SO
Hi,
I want to add the following BEFORE the sales order creation process starts:
Add a VENDOR partner
Add a new line item to ORDERADM_I
I suspect in BADI CRM_ISA_BASKET_ITEMS and CRM_ISA_BASKET_HEAD. I have user 'HEAD' to add extension fields but cant figure the creation of NEW partners and NEW line item.

The CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN need not be called as this FM is called immediately following almost all of the CRM_ISA_* BADI's.
For clarification I just want to expand on the solution..
In all of these BADI's SAP uses the CT_INPUT_FIELDS parameter. This is where you should enter WHICH fields you have made changes to in the exit. CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN uses the same parameter.
However the challenge is .. WHAT do you enter in the CT_INPUT_FIELDS. This is where you have to follow a strategy. I yused the following:
1. Looked where the structure was used in programs/class to see how SAP used it
2. Set breakpoints at the call of the BADI. Check what CT_INPUT_FIELDS content is (SAP uses same technique)and try and replicate for your new entries.
I hope this helps those that, like me, battled a bit with the use of these BADI's. -

I am new to creating LSMW Program.
I want to create a LSMW program to upload the sales order with multiple line items. I have read on SDN that it can be done on two phases. First Create Header Data than line items. IS IT TRUE??, Or
Is there any procedure by which we can load the sales orders with multiple line items in a single run (part).
I want to use Batch process, not a BAPI or IDOC procedure.
I have created a program with

Program Name RVINVB10
Program Type D
Source Structure 1 - For Header and Source Structure 2 for Line Items.
Mapped Field INDET (With Fix Value 1), ORDERTYPE, SALESORG, DISTCHANNEL, DIVISION, CUSTOMER, PONUMBER , DELVDATE, PRCGDATE, PMTTERM
INCOT1 INCOT2 with Source Structure - 1 and
Field INDENT (With Fix Value 2), ITEMNO, MATCODE, MATQTY, SUOM, PLANT, BATCH, AMOUNT with Structure-2
than maintained Structure relation ship, field Mapping, Specified Files, Assigned files, Read Data and other process,
At final stage (Start Direct Input program RVINVB10) it is giving a message - Table name not allowed.
Please tell me where I am wrong.

I have solved the above problem. But there is another problem appearing regarding the date format. Now system generating a message: Date . . is not valid.
While I am using Date: YYYYMMDD format in flat file, which is SAP's Standard Format.
In SDN Link: LSMW upload Sales Order using VA01/VA02 I have found that there are some date fields which are mandatory to filled. Here I have mapped
VDATU - Requested delivery date, BSTDK - Customer purchase order date, PRSDT - Date for pricing and exchange rate, BSTDK_E - Ship-to party's PO date, FKDAT - Billing Date, KORDT - Delivery Date,
and PRGRS - Date type is Constant = D
Can any one tell me, where is the priblem.

Standard program for unbilled sales orders and purchase order items
Can anyone advice, is there any standard program which gives the unbilled sales order and purchase order items.
Hi,
Use the T.Code VA05/VA05n for list of all the sales order s which are open.
Take T.Code:VA05N
Select the option "Open Sales Orders".
Execute.
It will give you all the orders which are open.
The standard program for this is:"SD_SALES_ORDERS_VIEW".
The same you can also get by using the T.Code VF04.
In this if your scenario is "Order related",then select the option "Order related".
Else if it is "Delivery related",then select "Delivery-related".
Execute.
The standatd program for this is:"SDBILLDL".
T.Code:VF05/VF05n is for list of billing documents.

Scenario:
We are doing business based on Projects. So, for every Sales , Project code is created and Sales order is booked with Project code and subsequently Purchase Order is booked with Project code. (Note:Some cases, few items might not be purchased since stock is available.)
We want report like
SO Project code
SO Posting date
SO Sales Employee
SO Customer Name
SO Item code
SO Quantity
SO Unit price
SO Row Total
PO Project code
PO Posting date
PO Sales Employee
PO Customer Name
PO Item code
PO Quantity
PO Unit price
PO Row Total
*SO line item and PO line item for same project should be parallel , that is important and challenge (certain cases, item in SO might not be in PO, for such cases Blank field should appear for PO Item code.)

Please note that in your case if its attachments only then pass la_relat-low = 'ATTA*'. if there is no filtering then pass 'NOTE', 'URL', 'ATTA' as required.
For the business object of PR pass BUS2105 and instance id pass the PR no.
The tables related to this are srrelroles,srgbinrel,sood etc. -

and some has 2 etenr as '0001' and '0002', why 2 lines in vbep for 1 posnr of order.

It is possible when some of them dont have valid Schedule lines.
If they have valid schedule lines some confirmed qty should be available.otherwise we cant find them in VBEP table.
Pls check by going to sales order whether Sch.lines are valid or not.
This you can check Thru
VA03-->provide Sales Order number -->Select any line Item-->Menu item Goto-->Item-->Schedule Lines

I assume, you want to display sales order number in accounting document..... .
This is not something you can do it through the BADI..
You will have to change the G/L account field group (if it is already not there). you can then assign sales order number when posting to FI. In the field group, better choose sales order number and item number as optional fields.
If you can see the sales order field (may be empty) - you have to enter the sales order number when you post it.

Sales order: Two schedule line items for single order item
Hi,
I have an issue with the schedule lines in the sales order. When we create a sales order with today as the delivery date, it creates two schedule lines for the single order item. But if we give future date as the delivery date, then it creates one schedule line only. The confirmed quantity for the first line item (with today we the delivery date) is zero and second line item confirmed quantity (with delivery date as tomorrow) is actual order quantity. So as there is no confirmed quantity on todayu2019s date, it looks like it is creating new line item. But we do we have stock.
We donu2019t have availability check on and we use custom line item and schedule line categories.
Please give some hints on what might be the issue.
There was on post with this kind of issue, but it was closed without answer.

So as there is no confirmed quantity on todayu2019s date, it looks like it is creating new line item. But we do have stock.
As per my understanding although you have sufficient stock for the material system may be confirming the quantity in future date because of the forward scheduling. As you know system adds different times while evaluating the confirmed delivery date. Check the route which system is using. -
Derivation of Profit Centers in case of bank and Cash line items
We are in the process of configuring the Profit Center Accounting functionality. We are in ECC 6.0 but have not migrated to New G/L.
We understand that Profit center needs to be derived for each of the items for which it does not flow online in realtime. As regards Bank and Cash Line Items, we are not able to understand how Profit Center Derivation will happen.
We have posted an FI payment document using Tcode F110 and further to which we executed F.5D and 1KEK. Further to this, we have checked the Profit Center Total records report (2KEE). It updates the vendor line items. But it does not reflect the Bank line item. Unless this happens, we understand that our Profit Center wise Trial Balance will not tally.
Kindly let us know how bank and Cash line items will update in PCA. In our view, it should derive the Profit center from the offsetting entry in the vendor invoice. Pl. correct me if I am wrong.

our client is asking for getting profit center in the vendor and customer line items where in the view FBL5n and fbl1n we are not getting the profit center populated - in the new gl i understand that there is a standard report based on the gl account.
but our business is not satisfied with the report and expecting report at profit center level.
Can any one suggest any way of doing this.

Let me provide you my view of solutioning for this. This is an enahcement that needs to be done
1. You can get the profit center from the given vendor and customer line item at the time of posting, using an enahcement you will be able to capture it.
2. Existing the profit center field is not populated in the BSIK,BSAK,BSID and BSAD tables
3. Hence, in the same enhancement once you capture the profit center , you can write the code that profit center is updated in these tables also.
4. This will help you to do the vendor line item wise selection in the FBL1N, FBL5N profit center wise.
Constraints of this solution:
The only constraint remains where in the for a given document if there are multiple profit center, then the system will do the splitting profit center wise for a vendor line item, which will not populate the profit center in those tables as there is only one field available in the bsid etc.. tables.
This basically would be the one the soltuion where in as seeen from the end user ther eis no change in the front end interface , the way they are doing always they can do.
You need to also take care the % of document splitting means cross profit center postings /cross document splitting charactericstics postings and the volume involved in this. so that you can suggest this to your client.

It seems from the screen shot you are seeing different documents as in the first screen shot it clearly shows you have booked the multiple expenses under one see the below screen shot we have circled it
whereas FB03 screen shows different.
You can do one thing click on circle item and check the expenses involved in it and accordingly go to FBL3N and display documents for that G/L for the date 05.04.2014.

We have not activated Business Area.
We have 10 plant under one company code. Client is booking the vendor and customer invoice as per the cost center and profit center of the plant. Payment and Receipt is also made according the bank maintain for each plant. As one customer or vendor is dealing with all the plants.
Can any body can help me out how to get the vendor and customer line item display according plant or cost or profit center wise, so we can make or receive payment accordingly.

Offsetting account in Vendor, Customer and GL line item report
Hi All,
There is one requirement from our client. They want offsetting account in Vendor, Customer and GL line item report.(FBL1n, FBL3n and FBL5n).
As this field is there in selection screen in lay out setting but field coming as blank no off setting account is coming. It was coming in old SAP 4.7 system but same is not coming in ECC6.0.
Kindly let me know if any development is requirement, if yes than which tables we have refer for the same.
