Sales Office as part of Sales Area

I have 2 Questions
1. We have Sales Office and it is mandaotry in SO creation. We want if defined Sales Office in Customer Master is matched with SO entry Sales Office then ONLY system should allow creation of sale order on that customer. Else it should NOT.
In short we want Sales Office as part of Sales Area.
How to achive this.
2. After entring one SO, system do not come back to the screen where, we need to reselect detail Sales Area. It rather presume that user want to continue with the earlier selected sales area and screen starts from S-T-P. We want system should come back to the Sales Area Selection.
Hope I am clear on requriements.

Hi
You should not enter the sales area+sales office at the start of the transaction, rather enter just the sales document type.
When you enter the Sold-to party, the sytems asks you to select the sales area (if several exist for customer), then you select the sales area you want. You can copy the customer sales office by an user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK.
You question 2 should be answered if you start as explained here above.

Thanks for your reply. I have maintained my org model and maintained attributes, country in org units and i have checked sales scenario bust still my sales area not determined in my bp level. i wanted to know where can i check org determination?, Please give me any another solution for this issue.

Multiple Sales group assigned with sales office to Sales area
I need to know whether i could be able to assign different sales groups to Sales area in BP master.
Eg Sale grp 1 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 2 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
Sale grp 3 assigned with sales office 1 to Sale org 1, DC1,DIV1.
The standard system is not allowing to maintain more than one combination if the same Sales Area. In the practical scenario, there could be more than one sales group can look after the sales in Sales Area thats attached to one sales office. Is there otherway to check this requirement?
Another requirement is i need to read the sales group value during processing the transaction ( Remember still i have not saved the transaction and i am processing it). I have found the some BADI which is not helped me lot. Eg i am processing the lead by entering existing BP/ prospect, i need to read the sales group assigned in the transaction.
Any body can help me out.

As of release CRM 4.0, it is possible to use the "Enhanced Backend
Integration Model", where you may assign a sales office to more
than one sales org, and a sales group to more than one sales office
However this assignments are shown in a different way as in the
standard model: multiple assignment are not viewed in the tree
structure but in tab "FUNCTION".
This is the standard design of the system. You can find more
information about this new model in symptom of the note 691015.

Here my question is when i assaign sales area to sales office 352*36=12672 its a tidious work any short cut is there for assaigning apart from BDC.

How system is displaying assignment, is it module pool display or list tree?
Module pool display.

Goto menu path and check it. Do not use t.code.
If it is Module pool display, Click on new entries. Copy the entire column (Do not copy rows) from excel sheet and paste it here.
Repeat the process for sales org. d.channel. division and sales office.
I am able to copy entire data. I am working on 6.0

before you run this report make sure that your org model is completely empty. check entries in the following tables, if org model is completely empty, table HRP1000 shows SAP 72 entries HRP1001 shows SAP 192 entries.
if run the report after cleaning up CRM org model, you will find all the sales areas in the upper section of the screen, select the sales areas and click on generate lines. after this all the sales areas will come in the below section and save the sales areas. (save button will be available at the bottom of the screen). once this activity is done upper section of the screen will be empty.
Note: After u run this, delta changes from ECC will be available in the upper section of this report screen.using this information new sales areas u need to create manually in the CRM.

Need to Create Customer Master Data under Multiple Sales Areas
Hi Gurus,
My requirement is to create a customer under multiple sales areas by processing the Inbound Idoc function module "IDOC_INPUT_DEBITOR"( After generating Outbound Idoc and outbound is processed successfully).
But, when I am trying to send the multiple sales areas information in segment "E1KNVVM". It is creating the customer under first sales area filled in first E1KNVVM segment and it is giving error that "Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1" and it is not creating the customer under other sales areas.
Following are the details of the Outbound Idoc which I have processed.
Idoc Basic type : DEBMAS06
Message : DEBMAS
I have filled required fields in E1KNA1M and E1KNVVM segments. But filled E1KNVVM segments twice with different sales area data.
Please help in solving this problem?is it really just one IDOC?
I have never seen that SAP just does a part of one IDOC.
the structure of DEBMAS ist like this:

which means for your example it should be like this
E1KNA1M
--E1KNVVM
E1KNVPM

and in this case I am very certain that it would never just process and create the part for one sales area.
Maybe your customer already exists from ealier tests with just one sales area.
Display your IDOC in WE02 or WE05 and make sure you have a value in name1 field -
CRM BP type Sold-to-party Sales Area Data button not displayed
Hi Gurus,
Currently we are in the system preparation stage, but there's a problem in BP maintenance. For the BP type Sold to Party, the sales area data button is not showing up in the button bar with the General data. I only can see General data and Relationships here.
The sales area has been maintained in the system already and can be displayed in the reference bp. Not sure any config will affect.
Appreciate if anyone can give me a clue.

If you have chosen the role, and the button is not coming up following could be the possibilities:
1. It might sound funny but it is a possibility that You might ALREADY be in the Sales Area data screens. Check if the "General Data" button is active. if it IS active then you ARE in the Sales area data.
2. If not 1, above, then check the authorisation for the id to create BP for Sold to party and / or Sales area.
3. Still No, then check if the screen config for creating BP is std or its a customised one wherein maybe the button has been rendered inactive. You can check by taking an existing BP who might already be a sold to part for a sales area. If this is your first case for a Sold to party then you might look at the screen config for sure.

What are the parameters which control the pop up of sales area along with sales office when Sold to party is fed in to the CRM order .
I have an issue that, though the distribution channel and division is maintained in the sales org it is not appearing in the pop up.
The BP is extended to the sales area .
If any one can give me details / documentataion on the setting , it is highly appreciated.

Thank for your up date . in my case the customer is assigned with two sales area. The org model , nothing is maintained in the attributes , still one is appearing in the pop up and and other one is not . It is surpricing.
if you can mention the logic of maintaining the division and distribution channel inthe attribute it is of great help.

You can get Org details in various tables like Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel in following tables with help of PARTNER_GUID.

I think, for you Organization related table CRMM_BUT_LNK0141 would be useful.
From this table you will get Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel.
And in order to get Sales Office of BP, you will get it from table CRMM_BUT_SET0140 where you can put set_guid fetched from CRMM_BUT_LNK0141

Ship-to Party is not maintained in sales area
Hi,
While creating a sales order for a company code and if we give a different ship-to party, which is not belongs to that sales area, I'm getting a message "Ship-to Part XXX is not maintained in sales area abc xxxx yy zz".
When I tried to add one more partner at header level, say "Mark for customer", and give the different customer number, the error is not coming.
Can anyone tell whether this check will be done only for standard partners like Sold-to, Ship-to etc? and not for custom partners?

As of my understanding we use account group for:
1. Controlling Number Range
2. Controlling fields (Display, Hide , Mandatory)
3. Partner Functions.
Now to control the Account Group for Sales Area might not be possible (Please do check at your end).
Here is a suggestion , if the master's are created by different user's try controlling it through Authorizations.
And , use the number range as a criteria to identify the as like, Domestic customer no range 110001--1199999
Export customer no range 220001--2299999.
And also you can use the sale office and sale group from the Authorization control point of view , reporting point of view.
