Sales Office is not possible to delete in a service contract

Hi
I have set up a Service Desk solution for VAR's which worked fine for the first tests.
I then created a new contract for a new customer.
In CRMD_ORDER was the first contract set up with the following values under the tab Organisation:
Organizational Unit      DK SALES     DK Sales
    Sales Organization   DK SALES     DK Sales
    Distribution Channel 01           Distribution channel 01
    Sales Office
    Sales Group
Organizational Unit      AV DK        Application Management DK
    Service Organization Gavdi Support Gavdi Support organisation
I then created a new contract which I could not get to default and then I noticed that the Sales Office field was automatically filled, so the data looks like this:
Organizational Unit      DK SALES     DK Sales
    Sales Organization   DK SALES     DK Sales
    Distribution Channel 01           Distribution channel 01
    Sales Office         DK SALES     DK Sales
    Sales Group
Organizational Unit      AV DK        Application Management DK
    Service Organization GavdiSupport Gavdi Support organisation
The problem in short is that I am now not able to delete the value in Sales Office again.
In other words, when I delete the text does the line look like this:
    Sales Office  ___________   DK Sales
And when I save or press enter etc. is the field refieled with the value.
I am then no longer able to find my product with the F4 help or manualy in the "Item details" tab in CRMD_ORDER.
So I guess that I need to do some changes on my product to be able to find it or remove this value.
The product is created with Sales organisation = DK Sales and Distriputions channel = Distribution channel 01.
This is preventing my contract determination to happen.
Any help is very vecome as I am expected to go live with this monday next week..!

We've had the same problem for couple of years now. It's quite unbelievable that there's no solution for this. You can search for "Migrate pending" in this document:

It's a known issue, but at least best to my knowledge, there's no answer for it. It's embarrassing that if an application duplication goes wrong (for some reason, for us it sometimes just stops at 0%), you cannot delete it. Then you explain your customers, that ok, please renew all your SmartView connections to the new application that you've managed to create.

    on EPMA, as stated on Oracle Documentation that until 11.1.2.1 version, there's known bugs on EPMA:
    10278796, 10297577: It is not possible to delete an application in a "Migrate Pending" status.
    Now what if I had application in a migrate pending status?
    Does anybody have the solutions on this? I mean, how to deceive this so I would be able to do deletion on that application?

  • Sales Office is not being copied from Sales Contract

    Dear SD Gurus,
    In DP90(Resource-Related Billing Request), order type LV (Debit Memo Request for Contract) is generated. In the complection procedure, I have set sales office as a mandatory field. I'm expecting the sales office to be copied from sales contract when I generate ZLV(when I run DP90) but sales office is not being copied over. The strange thing is, it will only work for certain sales areas where the sales office will be copied from sales contract but not for some.
    In the service order, I can see the sales org data where the sales office appears but it doesn't get copied to LV.
    Any idea what has happened?

  • Sales office is not visible in dropdown listbox on BP Organisation tab

    Hi Experts,
    we use CRM 4.0 with R/3. I have created a new sales office in ppoma_crm transaction in CRM.
    Under the function tab I set everything like in another sales office but if I want to choose my new sales office in BP transaction under Organization tab the new sales office is not displayed.

    Go to PPOMA_CRM transaction and select the org with sales group details
    Go to Attribute tab in lowermost right hand window. Select scenario, sales.
    Check the option 'Permitted for determination'
    Save the settings.
    Go to SE38.
    Execute report: HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE

    What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to 12.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so.
    For your immediate issue, have you update the Online Services in preferences?
    Where are you in the program when you get the message "Not possible to initialize on-line services".
    Are you in a country outside of the USA?
    There certain online services that are just not available outside the USA.
    Please review and consider and then, based on your details, we will consider what next.

  • Sales Office information not posted to COPA.

    Dear Experts,
    We have created a new distribution channel in our system. When we post invoices using the new distribution channel the sales office information is not getting posted to COPA.
    Is their any missing configuration for this issue or any thing else.
    Pls help to solve this out and how to correct the already posted information. For those, the sales office information is not avaliable in the COPA and those information are not picking up to the reports.
    How to corrct this.

    yes, SALES OFFICE characteritc is activated.
    Other distribution channals we are having, sales office information get posted to COPA. the issue we are facing is for the newly created one.

    I am not able to delete e-mail accounts on my iphone. I deleted the profiles but I still cannot delete the account. In settings-general the profiles are not there anymore.

    i have created a sales order with suppersession material  for 2 qty and we deliver only 1 qty to customer.
    now i want change the sales order qty 1 so that status gets completed.
    but in VA02 material qty is in hidden mode cant possible to make changes. this is happening with suppersession material only.

    when we create order suppersession material entered with item cat. TAPA which generate automated second line item cat TAN. when we make delivery TAN gets copied in the DO and Billing afterthat.
    but issue is once delivery created. in VA02 order oty field (KWMENG)  become in grey mode. cant possible make any changes ?
    i have checked both the item categories completion rule which is (not relevent for completion)

    Hi Vasu,
    You are tying to delete a table filed when the table contains data. For this you need to adjust the database table.
    But instead of doing all this you may follow a simpler method.
    Before  deleting that Characteristics you need to delete the Masterdata first.  Then delete the Characteristics from the attribute list and activate the Masterdata Object. Now reload the masterdata.

    Do you have admin rights on your system? Can you uninstall other programs?
    If yes and you still think you have downloaded wrong update, use windows cleanup utility to remove this installation. You can find cleanup utility  at several websites  eg.

    Then reinstall 9.3 Reader from adobe website and update it to 9.3.3 using Help>Check for updates.

    We have a problem with deleting a linked investment program position in an appropriation request (IMA3, IMA11 or IMA12).
    We could edit some of the appr.req.'s but a few give an error.
    Steps done:
    We deleted the status BUDG from the linked projects (budgets deleted and OPSX for deletion of status).
    The we run the IM27_repeat.
    For the most of the appr.req.'s the linke was removed (table IMZO).
    For a few of our req.'s the link is not removed so that we can't link the new progr.pos. to this appr.req.

  • If you have a picture in two different albums, it is not possible to delete from just one album, you got to delete from all albums

    I cant delete singel/multiple pictures from my albums, without deleting the same picures from another album.
    When you press delete on a picture you get a question wich says "delete from all albums", and thats it?
    You cant choose to select yes or no.

    When you 'copy' photos into new albums you are only creating a pointer to the photo, you are not creating a separate copy of it - if you delete the original photo you will be deleting all pointers to it and it will be removed from any album that you've 'copied' it into.
    The Collections/Photos and Albums views are just different ways of viewing the same photos.

  • Not possible to delete guest account's picture

    Under Pref.Accounts, there are no pics for the Guest Account.
    If enabling this account, there will be a pic in the log-in window for the guest account.
    The pic is known, but I need to delete it, but cannot find it anywhere.
    I duplicated one iMac from another, and this pic was on the first computer originally.

    This worked for me:
    1. Log in as Guest
    2. Close all Finder windows
    3. Make sure you are in the Finder (it should say “Finder” just to the right of the  logo in the menu bar
    4. Type ⇧⌘G (Shift-Command-G) and copy-paste the following:
    /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/
    5. Open Address Book (this is where it's important you're logged in as Guest)
    6. Click on the “Guest Account” entry, and click the Edit button
    7. Double-click the picture
    8. Drag the UserIcon.icns file to the picture you want to replace and hit Return
    9. Log out of Guest completely

    I would like to delete some of the "Publish Services" ie: Facebook, but I cannot find a way to do this, if indeed it is possible. Any clues or ideas? Thanks.....

    Also, you can remove the plugin that supports the service to get it completely out of your hair..
    If non-removable using 'Remove' button (in plugin manager) you have to manually delete from 'Modules' folder (in with Lr presets) - preferrably whilst Lr is not running. If that doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas.

    Better approach Basis Guys to create user profiles and Roles to the users
    In SAP its not able to delete the sales orders permanently.
    So, its better to create User Profiles and Roles for the user to access the list of Sales orders
