Sales order creation error

Hello Everyone,
I am getting this error while creating a sales order : Please analyse and let me know the solution:
Material 302309 is not defined for sales org.5000,  distr.chan.06,  language 
EN                                                                               
Message no. V1 382                                                                               
Diagnosis                                                                               
Material 302309 is not defined for the following combination of          
     requirements:                                                                               
o   Sales organization 5000                                                                               
o   Distribution channel 06                                                                               
o   Language EN                                                                               
System Response                                                                               
The system allows no further processing.

Procedure                                                                               
You can check whether                                                                               
o   the material number that you entered is correct                                                                               
o   the material has been created for the sales organization and       
         distribution channel

     o   a short text with the appropriate language exists in the material  
         master record (a short text must be available in the language of   
         either the customer or the sales organization)                     </b></i>
        I guess the error lies here in this particular point...there is some text maintained in customer master record which i am not able 2 remove ...
                                                                                The material must meet all three of the above requirements before you  
     can process it further.

Hi Sachin,
Have you checked whether the material 302309 is created in the Sales org 5000 and dist. channel 06
If it is maintained in the same sales org, then goto Material Master of 302309, using T.code MM02.
Now goto Administrative Data and give there Language as EN and your material no. and save it.
Now create the order once agin, there wont be any prob.

    Diagnosis
    A line item was assigned to a profitability segment (number 046xxxxxx) which has the value 0000005xxx for characteristic Customer. The original document (FI document, sales order, internal order, etc.), however, contains Txxxx in this field. It is therefore inconsistent with the profitability segment found.
    Can anybody please help me to resolve this?

  • Update error in  RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_ADD during Sales order creation

    I get an Update/ ABAP runtime error during Sales order creation. The error occurs during processing of the update module -RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_ADD.
    This error does not occuring always, as I am sometimes able to create a Sales order without getting update error. I am getting the error of all types of Sales orders and even contracts.
    Am I missing any configuration parameters?

    Yes , I can see the error in ST22.
    While exceuting VA01 (Oder type OR, Entering Sold-to-party, Purchase order NO, Material, Qty, Plant),
    - I get run-time error "Run-time error "GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED" occurred".
        Analysis of error shows:
         Update terminated in "Update module: RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_ADD"
          Fails in the Read table in one of the form
            Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLV45U" - in "VBAP_BEARBEITEN"
    The main program was "RSM13000 ". In the source code you have the termination point in
    line 147 (READ TABLE FYVBAP WITH KEY VBAP_KEY.)
    of the (Include) program "LV45UF0V".
    The ABAP's say the functional module is trying to do an 'UPDATE' instead of 'INSERT" in the internal table FYVBAP.

  • Sales order creation with bapi in webdynpro using table control

    When i use table control to update the line items only first row is getting updated in the sale order creation and the loop is not updating the other row to header only the first row is getting saved, for the same set of data sale order is getting created in va01 for multiple line items.     When i use table control to update the line items only first row is getting updated in the sale order creation and the loop is not updating the other row to header only the first row is getting saved, for the same set of  data sale order is getting created in  va01 for multiple line items.
    Pls give me some idea to resolve this issue,

    According to my client Requirement  at the time of  sale order creation material is mandatory , but i tried through Incompletion log
    its showing material mandatory but the problem is after entered the material in one line item when i try to save the sales order
    system is asking enter the material  again ie one more line item
    so i have avoid the that error and how to map into SAP system suppose to ask onetime material is mandatory

    As Amit Suggested, in user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in MV45AFZZ, you need to add a small 2 liner code telling the system that if VBAP-MATRN is blank then give an error message.
    I had the same requirement and I have used it and it works perfectly fine for me. Let me know if you have any further questions.

  • How to trigger an Idoc from Sales order creation and change

    We are trying to trigger Idoc from sales order creation and change we have done following setting mentioned below:
    Follow the below steps:
    1. Go to NACE transaction
    2. Select V1 application and select OUTPUT TYPES
    3. Select the required output type and double click on Processing routines.
    4. Enter Medium as DISTRIBUTION ALE, Program as RSNASTED and Routine as ALE_PROCESSING.
    5. Save it.
    message type ORDERSP in the distribution model (BD64).
    Follow the below steps to configure the condition records:
    1. Go to NACE
    2. Select V1 application and select CONDITION RECORDS
    3. Select the requred output type and click on Condition records
    4. Selection screen will be displayed.
    5. Go for execution. In that screen enter the selection criteria. For eg Condition record is based on Sales document type. Then
    Sales doc type = OR
    Funt = SP
    Partner = blank. It means there is no restriction on partner numbers.
    Medium = A
    date/time = 4
    Lan = EN.
    Note: partner is left blank means, the sales order of type OR can be send to all partners.
    6. Save it.
    We also done ALE configuration.
    We are facing problem that from VA02 "No output has been selected for printing Message no. V1102"

    Please check the total error description and diagnosis as below :
    InVa02 enter SO  go to extras->output->Header->edit.You can find a table with all the triggered output types. Choose the output type BA00 with medium Distribution ALE and go for 'Processing log'. It will show you the error description.

  • Automatic Sales Order Creation from PO in B1

    Hi,
    I have this scenario. Purchase order is created in SAP B1 (Business One) which triggers automatic Sales Order creation in SAP ECC 6.0.
    The requirement:
    For the combination of PO number and Sold to party there should be only one sales order created.
    The problem:
    Sometimes for the same PO duplicate Sales orders(sometimes 3,4) are getting created in ECC.
    Possible causes:
    Probably no validations in the interface.
    Question:
    1. First of all, is it an SD issue or PI (process integration) issue.
    2. If it is an SD issue, as a functional consultant what / where can we do to prevent this.

    How do I move this to "ERP - Sales and Distribution (SD) General", because this question is not just related to "ERP SD Sales" but SD in general. Isn't there an option for the users to a question from one forum to another.

    1. First of all, is it an SD issue or PI (process integration) issue.
    - May be PI, or SD or both. I am not sure about the integration mechanism/program so I am not able to pinpoint.
    2. If it is an SD issue, as a functional consultant what / where can we do to prevent this.
    In t.code VOV8, go to the sales document type. Select value A in the field, check Purchase order Number. Then go to t.code OVAH, there make the message number V4 115 as error message. This will not allow the creation of the sales order, if the Purchase order number duplicates. I assume in your process, the purchase order number is populated in the PO number field of the sales order overview screen.

  • 100% advance payment during sales order creation

    Dear Experts,
               One of our international client is having one requirement for collecting the 100% advance payment from customer during sales order creation itself. Our customer is in Germany.
    For high risk customers they want to collect the advance payment for 100%. And if this 100% advance payment was not paid by customer then, sales order should not be processed.
    And during regular sales invoice creation the same down payment also needs to be displayed in the invoice as advance payment.
    Is it possible to setup this process using milestone billing.?? .or some other process is available to setup this process.

    Try with this with Credit management.Put High Risk with Error message.
    When ever you will Create Sales Order it will Block due to Credit Chech.For this scenario Enter the Parking  Vale at F-66.
    Then make a entry for Customer-CR to BANK-DR.
    This may solve ur requirement.

    i'm using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 for sales order creation in VC. i would like to get header details in a form and also like to get the multiple items details in a table and partner details in atable.i've to take both contents to create a sales order. when i click the submit button in the form " sold-to party is not defined" error message displayed and when i click the submit in table "DOC TYPE is not mentioned" message is shown. but i've given both details.
    can you help me to solve my problem and i've confused which field is used to mention the sold-to party in the header_in.

    Hi,
    I was facing the same problem while creating the sales order. Try giving following values:
    If you are creating standard order, then enter 'TA' instead of 'OR' to the Doc_Type and enter 'AG' as a partner role instead of 'SP'.
    It works for me. I don't know how??? Lets try.

    Thanks for the reply. Actually these customers are created as a Agents and we are using these customers in Commission rebates. So at the time of Rebate partial credit memo, then these agents should be active otherwise system will give the error.
    So what i am thinking is, Standard sales order creation needs to be restricted so that users can not able to create standard order.
    So can you suggest is there any user exit can be used to prevent creation of standard order for these account group and order type xxx?
