Sales order info and quantity in the invoice accounting document

Hi,
When saving the accounting document at sales invoicing time, I do not succeed in retrieving information such as the quantities sold, sales order number,... whereas the field status group for the concerned account is activated (optional) for the field "quantity" and "sales order".
Moreover, there is a field I would to retrieve the net weight that is displayed in the sales invoice, in my accounting document. Is this possible?

Hi Kapil,
Just commit the data base .Generally when we create any data using fm or bapi it wont commit database. Take the fm and sequentially use another fm if you did this from se37. If you did this from report just commit data base. It will commit data base and create a record. Please close the thread if it is answered.

    You want to change the doucment type after you have posted the document, you can do so, by following config
    IMG . Financial aaccounting > Financial aaccounting basic setting > Document > Rules for changing document > Document change rules document header.
    If you are posting through FB60, you can go to EDITING OPTION once you are in FB60 screen. And under Document type option, select Entry with short name

  • Sales order no and line item no in account assignment tab of line item no.

    Hi All,
    When we display a sales order and go to line item --> Account assignment tab --> we can see sales order no and line item no in that screen. We want to know from where this existing no. in that field is populating from.
    We want to know this as we want to check feasibility of changing sales order and item no to maintenance contract no and line item no. ( Maintenance contract we have to pick from notification)
    If anybody has any idea about this do let me know as this is urgent requirment.

    Hi Satish,
    You mean Accounting assignment tab-->In Settlement rule details
    If yes the order number which is coming in that field Sales order and for which sale order you are looking that details both are the same numbers(i.e Nothing but sales order number).
    When you create sales order system will give number of the sales order the number will come in this place.

    Thanks for your valuable inputs....
    I have maintained the condition record for the combination of delivery plant region and the customer  region.......assigned dummy tax code against the Tax condition...therefore I think there wont be any problem in posting billing doc to accounting doc.
    There are different combinations,where sometimes the user is liable for 2% CST ....sometimes 4%CST... but I am able to pick one tax value say 12.5% CST across and maintained the tax condition types - manual entry has priority, as allowed the user to change the value manullay as per the user requirement ....
    Now if i change the Tax condition value in the sales order ,the same is not reflecting in the Invoice....this also is applying from contract to a sales order...
    Please advice me accordingly...

       I want to know a Sales order whol created it, and who modified it , which time modifed. What can I do?

    Hi,
    Go to VA02, then select Environment -> Changes -> Click on Additional Info .
    If you want to check a particular line item , you can put the item number in the Item field.
    Otherwise if you want to look at the entire order changes, then just leave it blank and click on execute.
    Now double click on any of the action and you would be able to see the previous and the changed value.

  • Sales orders are not shown within the ICWeb Account Fact Sheet

    Hi experts.
    We're having problems with the account fact sheet on the ICWeb.
    Even though our test customer has sale orders assigne when we select Order History, the fact sheet shows no data. Nevertheless, when we press button new order and then Order History, then the sales order`s list is available.
    By the way, we are using view ICCMP_ERP_ORDER.
    Please, can anyone help us?

    I'm facing the same issue at the moment. I have check all customizing, and I didn't find why the sales area, shipping and billing data are still blanck when I logged through CRM WEBUI.

  • Linking between Sales order data and Biling condition

    Currently we are geneating a report with Sales order Item level (2lis_11_VAITM) information and Biling conditions(2lis_13_VDKON). We have respective DSO for both datasources (Sales order DSO and Biling Condition DSO). We have to pull both information into a report.
    We have sales order number (0DOC_NUM) in Sales DSO and Biling document number (0BILL_NUMber) in Biling DSO. And we found Sales order Number (0BILL_NUM_0DOC_NUMB) as an navigational attribute for Biling DSO.
    We are trying to extract Billing condition type and Billing condition value from Billing DSO.
    Now the question's are:
    1. Can I use Sales order number as linking field for Both DSO' or not. Though It is an Navigational attribute for Biling document number in Biling DSO.
    2. Is the Sales order number and Billing Document number both are same or not. What is the linking field between sales order info to Biling info.
    2. How to bring Sales order info and Biling info into a report through Infoset. If infoset which link should I use bring both info into a report.
    3. Or Multiprovider is the right one.
    3. Please let me know if any other linking fields are existed between these two datasources other than Sales order.

    - yes you can link, Navigation attrbute does not matter

  • Multiple Sales orders in 1 delivery require 1 invoice per sales order

    Good day all,
           Our current process utilizes order combination to pack multiple sales order into 1 delivery to reduce freight costs. We have found a drawback to this is that the billing document is being created only for the delivery which shows all of the sales order info but our customers require a billing document for each PO(Sales Order) as the current billing document makes it difficult for them to process. Is there a way to tweak SAP to allow this to occur, packing multiple sales order per delivery but billing is maintained per each sales order. I have search the forums for a while and I have not found an appropriate solution. Thank you for your assistance.

    Standard SAP creates billing split from the preceding document, if any of the following differs.
    a)  Payer
    b)  Billing Date
    c)  Foreign Trade Data
    d)  Credit Control Area
    e)  Exchange Range (in case of export scenario)
    f)  Actual GI Date from delivery
    g)  Payment Term
    h)  Inco Term
    i)  ITC Code (subject to specific routine)
    j)  Item Division (subject to specific routine)
    So if any of these differs in your sale order, definitely it get split and of course, this depends on what routine you maintained in copy control VTFL for the field "Data:VBRK/VBRP".

  • How to update sales order number (KAUFN) characteristic in the profitability segment of the PA document created at the time of service entry sheet confirmation, as a result of shipment cost document

    Hi,
    We have a scenario wherein we create shipment cost documents against delivery. As a result of shipments fully transferred, a PO for freight vendor is automatically created and a service entry sheet confirmation happens. As a result of service entry sheet confirmation, we have Financial accounting, Controlling and profitability analysis documents created. We have a requirement wherein we need to have the characteristic “sales order number (KAUFN)” populated in the profitability analysis document created as a result of service entry sheet confirmation.
    Could someone please advice how could this be attained in COPA. Thanks for your help in advance.

    Thank you for the quick update.
    The document is updated to COPA through OKB9 settings. The profitability segment is updated with fields like customer, product, company code, plant, sales area data, profit center, etc; however the sales order number is missing.
    Could you please elaborate further how could FI substitution be implemented to call for the FM COPA_PROFITABILITY_SEGMENT through user exit? Are you recommending the substitution through GGB1? What could be the possible validation to call for the user exit to be implemented?

  • Sales Order creation/ change date for the items

    I have a unique scenario and i need to get a Report for this
    A sales order is created for 4 line items.
    Out of these , for 2 line items a delivery is created. I need the sales order creation date and time  for these 2 items in a custom report
    Now the other 2 items go in to some kind of block- Now these are released by going in the sales order VA02 and after releasing the delivery is created. Again for these two items , i need the sales order change date as after a user goes and changes the sales order to remove the block only then delivery is created for these two items
    Also another scenario is the 2 line items go for back order and when we get stock  at tht time system confirms the stock and then the delivery is created for these. So also for this when this change occured i need to get the date for these 2 line items
    Can any one please suggest how to get this data  from the scenarios?
    I dont want to get the date when the delivery is created as i can get tht from the LIKP table. I need the sales order create and change dates for these.

    You may be aware, any changes to a document will be recorded in CDHDR (for header changes) and CDPOS (for item changes).  You can explore these two tables.

  • Reg Open sales order item and the quantity

    I am getting open sales order item based on inner join of tables(vbak, vbap, vbep). Not using vbbe table in inner join as it doesnt carry all pending open records.
    can any one say how open sales order items  and their quantity can be retrieved?
    I searched forum and saw usage of vbuk and vbup tables, but it does not accomplish our scenario.

    1) fetch the header information from VBAK table.
    2) Based on VBAK table fetch all the line items from VBAP table.
    3) Now fetch from VBFA table.
    *-Fetch from VBFA to get the delivered qty
      SELECT vbelv               " Preceding sales and distribution document
             posnv               " Preceding item of an SD document
             rfmng               " Referenced quantity in base UOM
        FROM vbfa
        INTO TABLE lt_vbfa
         WHERE vbelv   = gv_vbeln
           and vbtyp_n = 'J'.
    4) By comparing VBFA-POSNR just filter the records from the VBAP internal table. Remained lines are open lines of the sales order.

    Look at VBFA Table
    goto VBFA table ,enter order number number vbelv ,vbtyp_n is C,then VBELN is the delivery
    if you enter delivery number in vbelv ,vbtyp_n is J,then vbeln is Invoice.
    here VBTYP_N is the import.
    VBFA is the sales document flow table,and very important table

       I have requirement to delete a line item in sales order.Please suggest me to do the same.
      THe scenarios is , we are inserting a free good line item based on some condition and quantity, If the quantity is modified  the free good line item inserted needs to be deleted.

    Can you also check the SALES LINE.
    Sales line is the combination of SALES ORGANISATION + DISTRIBTION CHANNEL +PLANT.
    Hope it was not maintained.
    Transaction code : OVX6
    PATH:  IMG->ENTERPRISE STRCTRE->ASSIGNMENT>SALES AND DISTRIBTION->ASSIGN SALES ORG- DISTRIBTION-PLANT.

  • Sales order, Delivery and Invoice changes history tables

    Dear All,
    I want to know how to find out the changes done in Sales Order, Delivery and Invoice.
    As far as sales order is concerned, I know CDHDR and CDPOS are tables can be used to find out the changes.
    But I am not sure about the "Object ID". Where we need to find out this Object ID?
    In the Data element "VBELN_VA" "Change Document" option has been checked under "Further Characteristics" tab.
    Please confirm about the "Object ID".
    Similarly give inputs for Delivery and Invoice change history also.
