I will be appearing for SAP Certified Application Professional - Sales Order Management with SAP ERP 6.0(P_SD_60).
Can any one let me know from where can I get relevant material, and also some question & answers.

For SAP SD certification you have to read following books.
SCM 600 : PROCESS IN SALES & DISTRIBUTION
SCM 605: SALES
SCM 610: DELIVERY
SCM 615: BILLING
SCM 620: PRICING
There will be 80 questions in total and the Pass percentage is 70 for SD.
You will have sufficient time of 3 hours and be cool
major question will be Process oriented and fully prepare all the questions like Plant determination, shipping point .
There will be 5-6 question of solution manager.
Please go through the First thread in the forum, you will get enough material.

Hello All,
I am an SAP SD Consultant with 5 yrs of experience. My experience spans across different areas in SD which includes integration experience as well.
Off late i decided to appear for a certification exam & found the same in SAP website. SAP is offering the following certification exam as it relates to SO Management
"SAP Certified Application Professional - Sales Order Management with SAP ERP 6.0"
Can somebody advice/sugges me on if i can prepare for this exam on my own based on my work experiece or is it better to go to a centre which offers a certification training. I would appreciate any suggestions/comments

Having knowledge is good but certification comes in different way. There will be questions from SAP materials and it might be just one line from the PDFs.
Its good to go thru the SAP materials applicable for this certification which can help you to prepare for it in a better way.
If you donot have these materials then you may go thru e-learnings/classroom trainings either from SAP Eduction or from its affiliated institutions.

Sales Order Management - Stock reservation
Need some help on the solution for a sales order management situvation for a hardline retailer
A hardline retailer takes direct orders for customer at the store and the stock is delivered to the customer from the warehouse.
They have one central warehouse all stores check for inventory at the warehouse before creating the sales order.
Once the stock availbility is checked , the sales associate at the store accepts the order and takes acceptance on the delivery dates and process the payment (100% advance) in the POS and then creates a sales order in IS retail
Problem: The process post the inventory check step takes 20 min and often there are situvations where the stock is reserved for some other store . The stores often have unfulfilled orders despite checking inventory before sales order system.
Question : How can this be handled , is there any way store can block the stock required during which the sales process is completed.Hi Madhav,
spontaneously, I have the following idea:
You could create a different storage location in the DC/Warehouse (Storage location "Sales Orders).
When you make the availability check, you check general stock. If there is stock and the stores wants to use this, you could create a transfer posting from general stock to sales orders stock.
So, the stock is no longer available for other stores which look at the general stock.
After that, you can proceed sales order processing. The delivery process should use the sales order storage location, which can be customized.

Replication of Sales order with Credit Card data from CRM to R/3
Hi,
We are on CRM 4.0 version.
We are getting the sales order management system implemented in CRM 4.0.
Simulation for credit card authorization has been set up CRM system.
When we maintain the credit card in the sales order,the replication does not take place.The outbound Queue in the R/3 system is getting stuck with the error 'VBERROR'.
Can you please advice if we can replicate the sales order with the credit card maintained on them to R/3 system.

Please consider my answer from your recent thread dealing with apparently the same issue :
Hi Bhokal,
For filters in uploads please consider below:
For Filtering the BP-upload, use the Administration Console
(tx. SMOEAC) in the corresponding subscription of the "All Business
Partners (MESG)" publication assigned to the R/3 site.
Some publications (and the replication objects they are based on) are
delivered as type "Simple bulk" which does not give you the opportunity
to assign criteria values for filtering.
You might have to re-create the publication. To do that:
1) First delete the subscriptions "All Business Partners (MESG)" and its
publications & the replication object.
2) Recreate the replication object as type "Simple intelligent".
3) Afterwards you can create a new publication via wizard of type
"Simple intelligent (msg)" assigned to the BDOC-Type BUPA_MAIN. Then,
you will be able to select some "filter criteria".
The reason for deleting the "old" publication is, that you
are not allowed to assign a BDOC-Type to more than one publication.
4) But please keep in mind that there is no realignment supported. So
you should only use fields for filtering, which cannot be changed
afterwards.
This is the "simple" solution for filtering on fields. This
will not provide complex filter criteria.
If you need this, you shall create a filter function in R/3- and/or
CRM-Inbound and -outbound.
If you want to keep the control about the upload trigger, you can add an
additional module in transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU, position > 200000.
BUPA_MWX_BDOC_BPS_FILL_CENTRAL. Within this new module, you can delete
all partners within the complex structure that you don't want to upload.

SAP SD Sales Order approval process
Hi Gurus,
Could anyone explain how to map the following scenario in SAP SD sales Order Management?
Ques-1:
Sales order will be reviewed by supervisor. If the supervisor approves, then the sales order will be available for the Sales manager for review. If the supervisor disapproves, then the sales order will be stopped from getting processed.
Ques-2:
Sales order will be reviewed by sales manager. If the sales manager approves, then the sales order will be available for the Sales director for review, if the order is above a pre-set value limit. If the sales manager disapproves, then the sales order will be stopped from getting processed.
Ques-3:
Pending sales orders will be automatically promoted to the next level.

For all your questions ,
Configure credit management and in FD32 maintain credit limit for the customer. and in OVA8 , maintain Error indicator . So if the error exits then the sales order will be sent to the supervisor to get the approval.and then do delivery. After approving by the supervisor then it the sales order will be forwarded to
Sales manager. to finalize again
So while doing configuration in credit mgmt , dont maintain credit limit for the supervisor and maintain credit limit to Sales manager. But make sure that the 1st level is supervisor and the 2nd level is sales manger. So that once the Error comes in the sales order then it will be forrwarded to Supervisor and then supervisor will forward to Sales manager

Calling "Check Sales Order" on HU2 fails
Hello,
I'm trying to use the ES "Check Sales Order" (Manage Sales Order In) on HU2, by providing the minimal required information (ProcessingTypeCode, BuyerParty and SalesOrganisationID/DistributionChannelCode/DivisionCode).
Calling the ES returns an error "[040(SLS_LORD)] Document type TA does not support user status" (I'm using Order type "OR").
I also tried to use a couple of other order types (RO, TAV, ...) without success.
The same information used with "Create Sales Order" would work.
I have the feeling that it is more likely a role/permission issue.
Is the "Check Sales Order" ES forbidden to standard users ?
Any way to confirm/solve this ?
Any other order type ?

Open Sales Order Values in Credit Managment

1. I want to include the open sales orders that were created before implementing the functionality of Credit Managment. How to check the credit limits for that sales orders.
Fro Example. If i want do the credit checks for 1000 open sales orders.
2. How to reset the customer credit limit in FD32. I tried using the t.code f.28, but it will not be reset to zero(0).

You can try this: in table VBAK, you might have the date when this a particular order was created( ERDAT or sometihng like that..). You'll have to join table VBAK/VBAP/VBRK(billing table)/VBFA and the logic should be that the program should pick up all the orders created before 1 yr and should also check that the items are not rejected, and the delivery not yet created.
Check the following fields:
VBAK-ERDAT, VBAP-ERDAT, VBAP-ABGRU, VBAP-AEDAT.

List of released sales orders which were blocked during credit management
If sales order is blocked during credit management, then it is released by Authorised person using VKM3 Tcode. Further if we want to see list of released documents, VKM2 shows the same. However VKM2 does not shows the released documents once that are billed (using VF01). Suppose post billing one wants to see how many orders were released during specific period, how it can be seen. Is there any transaction code to see such records.
VijayYou can use V.23 to view the report. The report will show you what sales order is ready for release for billing.

Loading the deltas, we see many order quantity as negative numbers... they are cancelled sales orders!

Jusyt check what have u mapped your 0recordmode or 0rocancel field in BW datasource/transfer rules, as they nullify the records .
order=100
cancelled=-100
total=0
There are lot of threadds on 0RECORDMODE ,just check for it and understand about it,which will help u solve your query.

Unconfirmed line items of a sales order into account in credit management
Hi Gurus
Updated the customer orders via prog. RVKRED09.
There is only one open order for this customer = 720662. My question is: in the credit master the sales value/credit exposure is USD 77.100,00. The order is for USD 105,900.00 .
Found out that line item 20 is not confirmed in the schedule lines. So the value in the sales value/credit exposure equals item 10 and 30. So my 1question is: Where is the setting that does not take unconfirmed line items of a sales order into account in credit management?

Even though , you create a sales order for that line item , but if that item is not confirmed then the value wont be considered. into credit exposure. .
But once it gets confirmed then the value will be taken into credit exposure..

Set type problem in sales order integrated into loyalty management
Hi experts,
I try to implement the sales order integrated into loyalty management. As notes said, I should use the set type REWARD_PRO_LOY to assign to a hierarchy for loyalty. But when I use this set type in hierarchy, I found I can only assign it when I choose "service" for product type. Then I find in the "REWARD_PRO_LOY" set type, there is a switch tab. In the tab, there is only "services". I don't understand this tab means. I want to assign this set type to "materials" type. I tried to created a new set type with the same attributes, but it seemed not to work. Is anybody can give me some advice to solve the problem?

If you refer to your first screen print, its very evident that the product types with which products be created using this set type includes both "Materials" and Services".
We have created similar scenario and were able to create products with product type "Materials".
Pease let me know if you have any issues while creating products with product type "Materials".
