Sales Order printing on two pages

Hi Gurus,
Our SAP just got upgraded to 8.81 PL07 and since then we are facing printing problems. The thing is all the sales orders and invoices are printing on two pages (when only one page is required); the second page having only the page header. Moreover the problem is only at the client location and everything is fine at the my own location/printers.
Please help us resolve this.

Item Default Bin Details in Sales Order - Print

Hello Experts,
I have a Optical Business group, am using SAP Business One. In my business i have order lens and stock lens, each stock lens item code have default bin location in same warehouse.
Following is my business process:
Am using EyeCare Add-On to process my optical sales.
1. Create order in EyeCare against customer order. ( Frame & Lens [Item Code, Qty, MRP, TaxCode, Whse, Etc.,)
2. Changing status into Create Sales Order (That time system automatically creating Standard SAP sales order)
3. Changing status into Send for Fitting. (This time the order details going fitting screen) same time physically sending job cover to fitting lab (Frame, Prescription & Sales order print document) Lens are physically stored at fitting lab in each separate bin same as defined in SAP.
In this scenario, i have a requirement. I wand to print the Default Bin Details (Selected Item Code in Sales Order) in Sales order print document.
How it is possible, anyone can help me...?
I was created a user defined field in marketing document Row ( Default Bin Location) Is it possible to get the bin details in this field by linking formatted search query.

My printer use two page to print one...

Hi guys, could someone help me? I try print a copy but my printer use two page to do it. For example I try to print a fly ticket and my printer do it in two page when with one is enough. Also, I cant print PDF... Thanks for your help

I'd be happy to help with your Deskjet 2040 on your Windows 8.1 computer, I just need a bit more information to do so!
What program are you trying to print from that it does 2 pages instead of 1? Are you printing from the Internet or using say Word?
Where do you print PDF's from (example: do you use Adobe?)?
What happens when you try to print them? Do you get an error? If so, what does it say?
As you're using Windows, I'd suggest while I await your response that you try downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor and follow any suggestions it may have to offer. If it fails on anything please let me know.

Record printing on two pages

When there is not enough space at the end of a page and record is long, part of the data is printed on next page. This seems to be default behaviour. Is there a way to print the whole of last record on next page instead of partially printing on two pages?

How to print one sales order output from two printers using single command.

Dear all,
Our requirement is to print single sales order from two different printers, where as one printout for sales order output and another for sales order cash receipt.
We developed two smartforms for both outputs.
But we are struggling to assign the smartforms to single document type, which has to result two printouts after saving the sales order.
Please help us to solve the issue.
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

You should define two different output type for your requests, one is for SO output, the other is for SO cash receipt. That's okay!

My sales order is having two schedule lines

Hi sap gurus,
my sales order quantity is 36 pcs.
the same sales order has two schedule lines in that the material availability date is 05/02/2010 for quantity 22 and for second is 15/02/2010 quantity is for remaining 14 quantities.
so here delivery can be created for quantity 22 becasue the MAD is on 05/02/2010. upto here no issues.
here in my production server user is able to create only one delivery document for total 36 quantity which includes the 14 quantity also for which the MAD is at a far date that is 15/02/2010.
(2). i opened the delivery there two picking requests has been generated one on 04/02/2010 & for 07/02/2010. how it is possible by the system.
how is it possible for a material which is available in the future date that is 15/02/2010.
can any help on this.

Hi,
Though the MAD is different, same delivery is possible for the two Schedule lines.
But for the picking request creation for the future MAD (15/02/2009), please check your sales order. That is, go to VA02, and in to the schedule line level and then to the Shipping button and look for the various dates...

Already i given output type also for that SO.

In case you are sure that all other assignments in IMG are fine and condition record is also maintained then try as below:
Go to Va02 - Extras-Output-Header-Edit-
Assign Output type
Medium
Partner Function
Go to Communication Method Select No of message as 1 and save the data.
Go to Va02 and try to see the print preview.

Hi Sachin
What Datta said is correct. You can do one thing that the price in the column "Unit Price" should be a combination of Base Price in the user defined field 1 + Fabrication price in the user defined field 2. Put a formatted search for the Unit price column and make it refresh regularly. These two user defined fields should be before the Unit Price.
So first you will enter the base price then fabrication price this will be combined into unit price during the query execution and will be entered into unit price column automatically. I think this will solve your problem.

Goto the T.Code "Se38".
Enter the program name as "RSNAST0D".
Execute.
Here Enter the application as "V1".
Enter the Sales Order numebr range under "Object Key".
Enter the Output type.
Transmission medium as "1(Print output)".
Enter the "Selection type" as "1(if it is first processing",else select "2(repeat processing)".
Execute.

I want to know how do i configure to print my sales order (transaction VA01)?
I would like to get a detailed step-by-step instruction to do so.
I understand i can do it through transaction NACE, but i am not sure which output type should i use.

hi,
at NACE, you shoud assign the required sales order output to the required form. the output here by sap standard for sales order confirmation is BA00. May be in your project or others it can be with a different name.
Now
1)goto VV11 t.code and select the required key combination against that output condition and maintainj output records.
2) here for your output condition give the required inputs per your key combination.
3)maintain the printer to be assinged for this output in the communication method.
4)In further data tab > select the timing of this output.
not sure why you should look for a detailed step by step explanation.. you can get a lot of info from sap library on self research. pls. take it positively.

Is there a way to order printing between two different documents?

I have two different documents that need to be printed in a certain order. 1st document, 1st page ----> 2nd document, 1st page---->1st document, 2nd page---->2nd document, 2nd page---->ect.
Is there anyway to get it to print without having to merge? I have about 15 sets of 2 pairs of documents that need to be printed like this.
I also need to stamp every single page in the same spot with a signature. I am still doing research on how to do it efficiently but any recommendations would help alot.

I'm trying to print (from my ical) a weekly view into a Franklin planner page. i would like to print a week into two (side by side) 5x8 pages. Anyone have any idea? Can the iplanner app do this?

After playing with the settings, it doesn't look like that's possible.
My thought is that you could try the 8x10 size and cut it in half. But since you probably don't have 8x10 paper lying around, you could try doing it as a PDF.
Try this: (Mac OSX Leopard only)
Set up your print options in iCal, choose the 8x10 paper size, and press "Continue." Then, instead of choosing "Print," click "PDF" and "Open PDF in Preview."
From here, you could print it on regular letter size, and trim it down for your book. Or photocopy it onto your 5x8 paper.
I know that's not ideal, but you know, it's an option.

Printing Issues: Keynote only prints first two pages of presentation

I am trying to pring an 11 page Keynote presentation on an HP 4600 color laser printer. It will only print the first 2 pages.
If I convert the presentation to PowerPoint, it prints all ages correctly. If I print a word or pages document, all pages print correctly.
What gives with keynote?

It is likely that there is something funky with one of the images on the page. The next step would be to delete the images one at a time to see which one it is. Once you have isolated it, you could try saving it in a different format (e.g., TIFF, or JPEG, or PNG), and see if that solves the problem.

Photo Prints on Two Pages

I'm using Photoshop Elements 11; I just tried to print a photo as 5 X 7 on letter size photo paper. Part of the photo goes over to another piece of paper. What am I doing wrong?

It could be that you need to set the box that says: "Scale to fit media". See this picture:
You get this window by clicking on "More Options" button.
