Sales order simulation bapi and material price group???

Hello every one...
I am calling BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE to get the pricing simulation of a sales order, My requirement is that I want to enter Material Pricing group (KONDM) so that pricing be simulated according to the material pricing group I enter..... but the simulation bapi does not provide this field,,, I cannot use sales order create from data2 bapi,, as it does not provide condition table as output, which is also my core requirement,,, my question is that is there some bapi/fm where I can provide material pricing group along with other info and retrieve complete simulation of sales order pricing with condition details aswell....

    Hello All,
    We have standard static credit limit check activated.. But, we donot want this to be checked while simulation of standard sales order BAPI... i.e. the check should remain,,, but we have a requirement that the customer should be allowed to see the result of his desired sales order's simulation, even if his credit is zero, for which we are using the bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE,, problem is that the BAPI performs the static credit limit check and returns with static credit limit exceed error,, is their any way to bypass this check during sales order simulation only...????
    any help in this regard would be highly appreciatable..

    I don't think it is feasible, unless you want to do a core modification of SAP code. Also simulation would work differently than the real order, it wouldn't be a good simulation, would it?
    Have your SD consultant thought about using an inquiry or quotation instead?

  • Extending sales order change BAPI and updating custom fields

    Hi
    i added 3 new fields into VA01/02/03 screen.i added at the header level in the additional data tab B area and appended them in VBAK table.
    i want to change these values using sales order change BAPI.i added the fields in the structure VBAKKOZ,VBAKKOZX,BAPE_VBAK,BAPE_VBAKX.
    may i know what else i need to do?should i move them anywhere with in the code or does the bapi take those values automatically using EXTENSIONIN structure?
    also can some one send me code to actually check if bapi is changing my values?
    if poss tell me how should i populate values into BAPI.

    After adding field in structures VBAKKOZ,VBAKKOZX,BAPE_VBAK,BAPE_VBAKX, create pair of name-value pair extensiot structure and value.

  • Sale order create BAPI and output types

    Hi Experts,
           In our organization, we are using BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create sales order.
    We are having no problem creating sales orders. But one more functionality they wanted to add.
    We have a screen where user enters all the data and at the same time he selects weather the order should be printed or Faxed or both.
    Please let me know where i can send this information in that BAPI and how.
    I hope ORDER_KEYS is the table to send the data. If that is the case, could you please explain how that works and how that makes entry in NAST table.

    To propose output type automatically, you need to maintain proper output determination for the sales.
    For example, you want to have BA00 output for every order, than you need to maintain the order type for that condition in VV11 transaction. Here you can maintain customer numbers. Now, when you create a Sales order for this customer and saves it, system automatically propose an output.
    So, you need to maintain on output detemination to propose output.

    When i researched i found that there is a BAPI 
    BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI which can create a sales order in CRM.
    I dont know if this can create a sales order with varinat configurable material in CRM

    I am not a CRM expert and am still learning. But you can try the BAPI CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE and see if that helps.

    Sales order schedule line contains del date, order qty, rounded qty, confirmed qty, delivery qty, schedule line category, purchase requisition etc.,  ie It contains the full details of sales order data with respect to the scheduled line of delivery.  The total quantity of a sales order item can be subdivided into schedule lines that contain the various subsets with the corresponding delivering dates.
    Sales order Item level data contains details of the item in the sales order like material code, net price, net value, UoM, PO details, reason for rejection if any, material group,billing date, plant etc., ie this
    contains the full details of item irrespective of scheduled line.

    Dear Vijesh,
    VA05 I believe is a very powerful report for doing analysis at order and line item level. If your rejection criterion includes a rejection reason at line item level, yes this list from VA05 can give rejected Sales Orders with Quantity and Value.  See the screen shot below.
    I selected a list with open dates till date, I can see Sales Order number, Sales Document Type, Item Number, Material, Rejection reason, Quantity at line item level and net price.
    However, I am not sure what is the rejection criterion you use in your business and I am not sure if you use rejection reason and hence I would like to hear from you, if this explanation helps you.
