Sales Requisition - Log after batch input session

Hi gurus,
I have a batch input sessions (recording) that allows me to close/terminate sales requisitions.
example:
clear g_session.
  concatenate 'FECHA_OT' sy-uzeit(4) into g_session.
  perform open_session using g_session.
  loop at t_vbeln into wa_vbeln.
    perform bdc_dynpro      using 'SAPMV45A' '0102'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                  '/00'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'VBAK-VBELN'
                                   wa_vbeln-vbeln.
    perform bdc_dynpro      using 'SAPMV45A' '4001'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                  'BABS'.
    perform bdc_dynpro      using 'SAPMV45A' '0250'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                  'SUEB'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'RV45A-S_ABGRU'
                                   c_augru.
    perform bdc_dynpro      using 'SAPMV45A' '4001'.
    perform bdc_field       using 'BDC_OKCODE'
                                  'SICH'.
    perform insert_session using 'VA02'.
    clear bdcdata. refresh bdcdata.
  endloop.
  perform close_session.
  if sy-subrc = 0.
    perform submit_session using g_session ' '.
  endif.
Is it possible to write all the sales requisitions after this recording, for example the input data is this working area  "wa_vbeln-vbeln.",
but in the end the log is:
BDC_OPEN_GROUP                 returncode:      0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
BDC_INSERT VA02 returncode:     0  RECORD:          0
Is it possible to show all the sales requisitions that are terminated?
Thanks in advance,
Mário.

1. Go to OBY6 and open company code 3000.
2. Copy the Chart of Account assigned to company 3000
3. Go to OBD4 and check all the account groups for copied COA
4. Now compare all the account groups for COA EKCA
5 Create the missing account groups for EKCA.
Unfortunately i did the same steps and now i am stuck with several errors that i need to keep pressing Enter until all are done.
So my question this time :  " How can i get myself out of this instead click Enter for another 200 times. "

  • Update error after all screens in Batch Input session is processed.

    Hi,
I have a problem in processing the batch input session.  The batch input session is calling F-02 to post less than 999 line items (around 700) to a single financial document. The batch session is expected to have an error because tax code is missing for some line items but even after the tax code is added manually onto the batch screen, the update error message still happened at the end of the process. In the log, it said "System error: Error when inserting table BSET". Same account has been used to post 10+ line items manually with F-02, no error occurred.
Does anyone have any idea what possible reason could cause the update error in updating the tax table?

    Hi Rob,
That is exactly what happened to us. We already had note 521481 in our system but we also have OSS 558288 in which causes our scenario not generating an error message but an update termination instead.
The other thing I found out is once tax code is entering in one of the line items, it will be copied to all the succeeding line items even for the accounts that does not require a tax code (i.e. posting without tax code allowed checked) which will significantly increase the amounts of data posted into BSET.
We fixed the issue by changing the BDC program so it will take out the auto-copied tax code from other line items. Issue is solved. Thank you. I also rewarded the points.

  • SM35-Downloading the Logs for the Batch-Input Session

    Hi Folks,
I have above 300 Batch-Input sessions imported, and most of them ended with errors, right now I am copying the errors from line to line into excel but this is time consuming. Does any body has a solution to download the logs created through the Batch-Input session into excel sheets. So that I can send through mail to my customer.
    Any help would be appriciated.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Sanjeev.

Okay... I have one more crude way of downloading the log but this will only work if you have the new abap debugger available..
    1. Go to SM35
    2. Select the session and Click the log button
    3. Select the log you want to download, activate debugging and choose display
    4. Put a breakpoint at the statement "Call screen 1400."
    5. Select "Switch to New ABAP debugger" from the Debugging option in the toolbar
    6. Go to the "Tables" tab and enter BDCLM and hit enter
    7. Click the "Services of the tool" option. This is the last of the 6 buttons available on the Tables tab besides the table control which displays the contents of internal table BDCLM
    8. Choose "Save to local file" option on the following popup
Pretty lengthy and cumbersome approach but I think this is the only option available if you cannot migrate the program to production.

  • How to check whether a batch input session is completed in ABAP program

I have created a ABAP program to create a batch input session (reference to RSBDCSUB). After the creation of the batch input session, I kick it to start and read the execution log. However, sometimes I cannot read anything from the execution log as the execution of the batch input is a synchronized process to the execution of my program, i.e. at the time being that I try to read the log of a particular transaction, that transaction is being processing / haven't start processing.
How can I check whether a batch input session is completed in the program?
The code that corresponding to the triggering of batch input session:
    SUBMIT (SUBREPORT)
       USER MTAB-USERID
       VIA JOB MTAB-GROUPID
       NUMBER JNUMB
       WITH QUEUE_ID  EQ MTAB-QID
       WITH MAPPE     EQ MTAB-GROUPID
       WITH MODUS     EQ 'N'
       WITH LOGALL    EQ LMODUS
Or is there any method to wait here until the process is completed before further processing?

    Hi gundam,
    1. Or is there any method to wait here until the process is completed before further processing?
There is no such direct method to wait.
    2. Immediately after submitting in background,
       we cannot wait
neither can we LOOP and go on detecting
whether the b/g process has completed or not !
    3. To over come such problems,
we have to use another technique.
    4. we have to submit another
       job which will get triggered
       on event SAP_END_OF_JOB
ie. when the original job will finish,
our new job will AUTOMATICALLY get triggered,

  • LSMW- Batch Input session getting error

    Hi All,
I created LSMW object for Tcode KO01 and its creating the Internal order as expceted. But even after creating the document the Batch Input session status is showing incorrect. No messages are also displayed in the log.
Please let me know why this is happening.

    Hi,
Detail Error Message is as follows:
No batch input data for screen SAPLIMR0 1110
    Message no. 00344
    Diagnosis
The transaction sent a screen that was not expected in the batch input session and which therefore could not be supplied with data.
    Possible reasons:
    1. The batch input session was created incorrectly. The sequence of screens was recordly incorrectly.
    2. The transaction behaves differently in background processing in a batch work process than when running in dialog (SY-BATCH is queried and changes the screen sequence).
    3. The transaction has undergone user-specific Customizing and therefore certain screens may be skipped or processed differently, according to the current user. If the person who created a batch input session is not the same as the person now processing it, this problem may occur frequently.
    System Response
    None.
    Procedure
For 1: Either re-create the session or process it in expert mode. Correct the batch input program.
For 2. It is very difficult to analyze this problem, particularly in the case that the screen sequence or the display-only options of fields differ according to whether the transaction is being processed in the background or as an online dialog. It could also be that this kind of transaction cannot run with batch input.
For 3: Have the creator of the session process it. If no error occurs now, then this is a program with user-specific Customizing.

  • Batch input session to FB01 using standard program RFBIBL00

    Hi all,
I am creating a batch input session using the standard program RFBIBL00 to simulate transaction FB01.
My problem is when I process the "batch input session" (using transaction SM35), this finish ok, but in the log I am retrieving the following message:
"Field BSEG-DMBTR. does not exist in the screen SAPMF05A 0300"
This is a success message and the document is created ok,and the field DMBTR is informed ok.
    Has somebody some idea?.

  • BDC Batch input session method

    Hi ,
I am new to SAP progamming. Pls let me know the basics of BDC Batch Input session method and Call transaction method. I want to know the pros and cons of both methods with justification. Please help me in this regarding.

    Hi,
    Session method.
    1) synchronous processing.
    2) can tranfer large amount of data.
    3) processing is slower.
    4) error log is created
    5) data is not updated until session is processed.
    Call transaction.
    1) asynchronous processing
    2) can transfer small amount of data
    3) processing is faster.
    4) errors need to be handled explicitly
    5) data is updated automatically
    Check these link:
    http://www.sap-img.com/abap/difference-between-batch-input-and-call-transaction-in-bdc.htm
    http://www.sap-img.com/abap/question-about-bdc-program.htm
    http://www.itcserver.com/blog/2006/06/30/batch-input-vs-call-transaction/
    http://www.planetsap.com/bdc_main_page.htm
    Session method:
    1. Data migration is done in two steps .. Generate session and Process session.
So resouces can be used efficiently. good for bulkdata migration.
    2. Session method generates error log when u process a session.
    3. No SY-SUBRC can be returned after each transaction is called.
    4. Provides synchronous Updation only...
    Call transaction method:
    1. Data migration is done in single steps ..bcoz Transactions are called immediately after filling BDCDATA table. So good for small amount of data.
    2. We have to collect error messages using BDCMSGCOLL Table
    3. Returns SY-SUBRC and Messages ..after each Call Transaction..very useful feature for further processing based on the Status and Messages..
    4. Supports Asynch or Synch Updation.
    Example code for session method
Here is the porgram for Purchase order
REPORT zmm0069 NO STANDARD PAGE HEADING

  • RFBIBL00 - issue in Batch Input Session created

    Hi Experts,
I am Posting a document thru FB01, for this I am using RFBIBL00 and RSBDCSUB programs to create a Batch Input Session,
I have filled all the required fields for structures BBPKF, BBSEG and BBTAX, but the session created is not processed successfully, while processing it in Foreground, I am getting a Message saying 'No batch input data for screen SAPLKEAK 0300 '.
Can anyone please help me on this.

    Hi Experts,
Now I have 2 errors in the Batch Input Session Log,
    1. Field COBL-PRCTR(Profit Center). does not exist in the screen SAPLKACB 0002
    2. Field DKACB-XERGO(Details - Its a check box in the screen). does not exist in the screen SAPLKACB 0002.
But I can see that these filelds are existing in the screens, can anyone let me know why this error occurs.
This is occuring after COPA generation with new fields.
I am trying for a OSS Note also, but I am not getting any. Please help.

  • Batch input session is not generating In BRS

    Hello,
I am uploading bank statement through ZFF67 program manual bank statement, after entering all the line items in the file, batch input session is not generating in SM35.
    Please give advice.
    Thanks,
    Ratnam

    Hi,
Go to environment - specification-  here you need to maintain settings for batch input processing in T.code FF67.
I am not exactly remembering the menu option name. The sub option name is Specification, these settings you need to change with your user id.
Check and revert back still the same problem exists.

  • BDC programming using Batch input Session.

    Hello Experts.
I'm an ABAP beginner. I've benn practicing BDC programming using Batch input Session
    at the moment.
This is the program that upload Local file which has plural records, and put the records into a Session.
    These are the records.
    413459,KIM EI HWAN121                ,19810607,MIADONG1234
    423459,KIM EI HWAN122                ,19810607,MIADONG1235
    433459,KIM EI HWAN123                ,19810607,MIADONG1236
    443459,KIM EI HWAN124                ,19810607,MIADONG1237
    453459,KIM EI HWAN125                ,19810607,MIADONG1238
    463459,KIM EI HWAN126                ,19810607,MIADONG1239
    I succeeded making Session.
However, for some reaseon, every record in the Session has got the same, value which is the first record.
Why is this happening? And How can I correct the code below?

  • At the time of Batch input session system asking business place and profit

    Hi,
After doing the transaction f.26 interest calculation on customers (security depost) then we are running the batch input session there system asking business place and profit center there we are giving manually, my client having thousands of customers so they wants update these automatically.
is there any option for automatically updation for business place and profit center.
    Kindly give me the solution.
    Thanks &Reg
    obi

    There will be two options.
    1. Customize default profit centre for GL
    2. Write substitution for profit centre

  • 'S' message in BDC and message of type 'A' in batch input session

We have to upload data for ABZON transaction of assets. When we use LSMW with recording method and try to upload say 3 records. All teh records are updated successfully but the batch input session log says last two records with a message of type 'A' "leave transaction is not possible in batch input"
But when we upload the same data with BDC program with call transaction then teh log shows same message with type 'S'.
what could be the reason for this?
Though data gets uploaded successfully the 'A' message is being displayed in LSMW batch input log.
if anyone has encountered a similar problem pls let us know how to resolve this asap.
    Thanks,
    Simmi

Did your batch input end with save ( /11 ) or what ok_code are you using ?

    Hi Ravi,
Yes, you should be able to create a new batch job for FBWE. You can see your own batch sessions from SYSTEM ==> OWN JOBS

  • SM35 - manual processing of the batch input session

    Hello,
In SM35 I see that some batch input sessions were processed by user XXX-XXXX (user type:System) (in our case INT-3528) in N mode. The question is: how to determine the exact user who has really processed that session? We need to stop that - I guess - automatic processing of the sessions and process them manually.
    Thanks for help,
    Slawek

    Hi,
also, you can check the logs directly in SM35. So if any documents were posted (or anyting updated in the system) information about what happened should be shown there.
If there were acounting documents (table BKPF), I think the user name will be the same system user "who" has processed the sessions.
I think that your basis team has set up the system in a way that batch input sessions are processed automatically. This is simialr when scheduled jobs are running under a pseudo user name (system user, IT user, not a real person behind). You can ask the basis team to switch off this automatic processing competely or only for selected sessions.
    Hope that helps, points welcome
