Sales to customer, customer consignment at company's plant

Dear expert,
I have a problem, Please give me your advise.
In my process, I sale goods to customer, but they consignment at my plant and want to pick in many time.
so, when I sell to customer, I delivery (VL01N) all the quantity and receipt into non-valuated stock to manage this. but how can to receipt this as non-valuated stock? how can I manage the stock of this customer?

If I understand you correctly:
- You make Sales order, delivery, and billing. What about picking and GI?
The stock does not leave your warehouse,  customer has paid for it, but you hold inventory on quantity basis.
then,
Customer sells to his customer, and then only he takes the quantity from 'his' inventory from your warehouse.
Did I capture it right?
my draft sketch of this scenario:
- you create a new plant and storage location, and make necessary assignments
- You assign the customer number to your new plant
- Make the material type of your sold material valuated on qty basis, and non -valuated on value basis.
tricky part is that you need a sales process to do SO, DO and billing whitout piching and goods issue.
Then you do a transfer posting from your current plant, to the new customer plant.
But what you must've forgotten is the fact that when your customer needs goods to sell it to his customer,  how did you think about this. Because a process has to be defined to PGI from the customer inventory stock without doing billing.
I needs more thinking .

    You can attach documents through Services for Object (GOS) Using Archivelink functionality.
    Generall Incoming documents ( Documents received by Company as part of transaction such as Invoices, Delivery challans, Cutomer PO which come in form of hard copies) are stored using SAP ARchivelink.

    You ought to have SBO Mailer from SBO Service Manager installed. Then open document and choose File - Send - E-mail. If contact person has e-mail it will put in automatically, if no type or In window Send message choose Add recipient - Contact Person. Check E-mail. type here. Fill Subject and press Send.

  • How to Generate sales orders with custom Fields using BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI

    I need to generate sales orders with custom fields on table CRMD_ORDERADM_H using BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI, after changing the structure BAPI_TE_CRMD_ORDERADM_H, and feed the  EXTENSIONIN table of the BAPI with data, the order is created, but any value on custom fields.
    After debuging, I saw that the BAPI search for structure conversion in table CRMC_OBJECTS_GEN, but we haven't entry with BAPI_TE_CRMD_ORDERADM_H in this table. is that the problem ?, Is there any way to fix it?

    That depends on where do you have the customer fields, check the table CRMD_CUSTOMER_H, if your custom fields are there, you need to use the changing parameter CUSTOMER_HEAD, I guess your already checked that one, right? but there's no custom fields, well...AET/EEWB doesn't enhance the strcuture of the BAPI, so you should do it manually, check the note following note for further details.

    If you don't have access to the SAP Marketplace, in resume you should create an append on the structure BAPIBUS20001_CUSTOMER_H and include the following strcutrue CI_EEW_CUSTOMER_H

    Access Tables VBAK & VBAP.
    From the above tables you will get Solt to Party & Ship to Party Codes.
    For Customer names you have to pass the Customer Codes to Table - KNA1

  • Sales report per Customer Hierarchy

    We manage the credit of some customers by Customers Hierarchy, this is, we assign the credit limit to the main customer, and then, that credit could be used by the dependent nodes.
    Does anyone know if there is a report where we could check the sales per main customer, that includes the sales of the dependent nodes?

    Can you not see it in the field 'Credit exposure' for the main customer in transaction FD33?
    You should get the cumulative exposure there.
    If not use VA05 or VA05n and create a variant for each hierarchy with all the customers and get a full listing with total sales.
    or you can use SIS to perform Standard Analysis for customer ( T code MCTA) and create a variant here again with all the customers in a hierarchy.

    The MRP generated production orders greys out the Sales Order and Customer fields for some reasons. These fields are really important as they link the production order to the sales order and the customer's purchase order.     MRP only poulated this fields in case the material master has been set up with a strategy group hich is make to order (normally 20). Otherwise MRP summarizes all the requirements from different Customer orders and creates a production order

    The Sales order and customer fields are grey-out for all MRP generated production orders. Can the SAP programmers please get this fixed? It should either read in the sales order number and the customer number or allow user to type in the sales order, just like the manually created production order.

    If production is make-to-order rather than make-to-stock, the MRP should read in the sales order number and the customer, since it is specific to the sales order. Even for make-to-stock production, where it cannot read in the specific sales order number, it should at least not grey out the field, don't you think so? By greying out the field, users are not allowed to type in the sales order number even when the production order directly relates to a particular sales order. As such, we are not able to link it back to the sales order where other info such as customer's purchase order, etc... can be found.
    Could you please advise alternative way of linking MRP generated production orders to the sales orders? thanks

    I have created one customer in company code 1111 with tcode XD01.
    When i am trying to create the same customer in the other company codes 2222,3333, and 4444, with tcode FD15, system is giving runtime errors like below.
    The following syntax error occurred in the program RFBIDE20             
    "Field "BSZA1_D0100-MOB_NUMBER" is unknown. It is neither in one of the"
    Error in ABAP application program.                                                                               
    The current ABAP program "RFBIDE10" had to be terminated because one of the
    statements could not be executed
    *This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program *

  • Change customer of consignment stock

    Experts,
    Is it possible to change the customer of consignment stock? I checked but with 309 it's not possible.
    In normal business operations this is not a required function, but it is needed for a conversion.

  • Sales Dashboard, the customer is looking to change the 'Opportunities

    In the Sales Dashboard, the customer is looking to change the ‘Opportunities’ title label to ‘Acquisitions’.
    I am having the same difficulty personalizing the "Opportunities" as well as the "Leads" title labels on my internal test environment. The other labels seems to personalize ok.
    Please reference the following screenshots help illustrate the specific personalization which the customer is looking to perform:

    Again, in this case, it is "Opportunities" label that is circled in the screenshot and outlined in Point #1.

    All your changes are feasible and as you hoped, really simple :)
    1.     Change ‘Opportunities’ label to ‘Acquisitions’ : You can check the page xml and find the source of heading text. You can either use personalization or the extension to change it in a static or dynamic manner.
    2.     Change ‘My Open Opportunities(Owner)’ to ‘My Open Acquisitions(Owner)’: Again check the page xml and find the VO attached to the dropdown list. This will provide you the data source. You can make the changes there.
    3.     Change ‘Sales Dashboard’ to ‘Sales’. Change the prompt field for the function entry "Sales Dashboard" in the menu "Sales User"

    How can i stop the users extending a customer master account anymore to new company codes but still continue to use on the company code already extended? Is there a config, Method or Security check?

    Sorry your post has totally confusing.  Let me assume, you have
    Company Code 1000
    Company Code 2000
    New Company Code 3000
    You have an existing customer ABC created in Company Code 1000.  Now is it your requirement such that users can extend this customer to 2000 but not 3000?  If so, let me know on what basis, you would conclude 3000 is a new company code?

    I need pricing for sales district of customer to be consider into SO. Can any 1 explain me clearly

    Both are use for prizing.(See F1)
    For ex:
    I maintain condition record for Sales district in VK11, by considering   Sales district filed in V/03.
    in pricing procedure determination OVKK – Assignment is “Sales are +Cus Pr procedure + Doc pricing procedure.
    System check only  Sales are +Cus Pr procedure + Doc pricing procedure, I don’t think system considers  “Sales district” maintained in CMR. How Sales district is getting linked in, for pricing when We have not assigned any were in pricing procedure determination?

    Yes. It is. Because criteria you have mentioned is for Pricing Procedure determination but the Value you have maintained is the Condition Record with price.
    Answer for your other 2 question is also same.
    Simple suggestion: Read a book Sales & Distribution written by Glynn C Williams.
    That will give you good insight about almost all the topics related to SD.
