Same Account: Entourage Works Outlook Doesn't

I'm in a small office of Windows users and one other Mac user. The Mac user is on a Macbook with 10.5.2 and I have a Macbook Pro with 10.5.2. I can connect to the Exchange server using MS Entourage 2004 with no problems. However, I can't connect to Outlook 2003 either through my work PC or using Outlook 2007 running XP through Parallels. The answer from net ops is that my Mac is the problem (I can't seem to get through to anyone that I can only get on BECAUSE I'm using a Mac.) On the PC end, I don't get authentication errors; I just get the login window that pops up again after I try to login. Any ideas?
We also have a wireless router Belkin N1. I cannot maintain a connection to the router, either wirelessly or by connecting my ethernet directly to one of the Belkin ports. For the first 3 weeks or working there it was fine, then suddenly I started loosing connection every few hours, now I am rebooting every 10-15 minutes. The other Mac user does not have these problems. He does loose connection often but is able to regain connection quickly. I'm able to connect in the network room directly to the router near the DSL connection with no problem. I do use multiple user accounts for personal and work and switch between them, I did check off to maintain connection even after logging out user in network prefs. The network guys just tell me I'm using a Mac which is causing problems.

Can't get 2 ipods on same account to work anymore!

My partner and I both have an iPod touch and we've always used the same account since we got him one. Now, having both updated to v5.0, I can't get past the final step of the update process because when I try to update the apple id it tells me that this account is already in use. I've tried turning on home sharing but that hasn't worked. So my ipod is now just a very expensive paperweight. Any ideas on how I get both devices recognised on this account?

Just what are you trying to do? I updated my iPad and iPod to iOS 5 and use the same iTunes account without any problem. Are you doing something with iMessage? FacTime?

Multiple Gmail Accounts - one works, one doesn't.

I have 2 gmail accounts - one for my business, and one for personal. I can't synch them both on the iphone - I am 100% confident that I have the address and pw correctly and the settings are the same for both on the iphone, but one of the accounts works and the other doesn't? Is there some sort of limitation that you can't have 2 gmail accounts on the iphone?

I have enabled POP download for the one that didn't work, but I am still getting an error message on the one that has never worked that the connection to pop.gmail.com has failed so I'm sure it's some internal function I need to fix, but you got me on the right path - thanks so much.

Every time I try and use iTunes or the App Store on my iPad Mini, I keep getting the message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". However, on my iPod Touch 4th Generation - signed into the same account - it works with no problems. Can anyone help? Thanks!

As I've already mentioned, I can't connect to iTunes or the App Store, the same message appears every time: "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store". I downloaded a few apps before I connected my iPad Mini to my Computer. I started doing an update that was about 9 or 10 hours long, somewhere around that time, and I unplugged it about halfway through the update and since then I've not been able to get onto iTunes or the App Store. I checked to see if I could continue the update but when I looked on iTunes again, no updates appeared. On my iPod Touch 4th Generation, everything works absolutely fine and it is logged into the same Apple ID. I've tried resetting my Network Settings, logging into someone else's Apple ID, connecting to a different Wifi, changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8, rebooting my Computer and iPad and changing the HTTP Proxy to Auto. Is there anything else I could try or am I just overlooking something? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here, thanks!

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

Specific email forwarded from my work (outlook) account never arrives in iCloud account.

I tried to forward a specific email from my work (Outlook) account to my iCloud account, It never appeared in my iCloud inbox or in junk. Three tries, same result. Note that I *am* able to send email from the work account to my iCloud address; just not this particular email (so far). I also was able to forward this one to other email accounts (e..g, my gmail account), so I know that whatever the problem is, it's with iCloud and not some sending problem at work.
I read an Ars Technica article a while ago about iCloud mail having a "dirty word" filter, that caused it to simply eat some incoming emails. But this email has no such language (it was a job posting).
Any ideas what to do; how to follow up; causes?

Will iTunes 10 & iTunes 11 work together? If not, how do I combine 2 libraries with the same account?

My 2005 iMac (which can't be updated to Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion and so is stuck with iTunes 10) has thousands of my songs, over 80GB of music mostly from CDs and other uploads/downloads. In 2008 we got an iMac for the family room; somehow although we have the same iTunes account for that computer, we started fresh with no tracks, and built up its own library for family use. Now we've bought two iPhones which aren't recognized by the '08 iTunes/Mac OS, so I want to upgrade the '08 iMac (the only one I can) and I have the Snow Leopard software to do so.
But I'm concerned that once the two computers have different versions of iTunes, I will lose the ability to home-share the music library from the '05 iMac on the '08 iMac, and because of that I won't be able to store any of my older Mac's tracks on the iCloud or access them on my iPhone. (Of course I don't want to have to pay for 80GB+ on the cloud!)
Has anyone got two versions of iTunes on two computers with the same account and are you able to home-share together and access tracks on your iPhones from an older version?
What do Apple users recommend? I'm thinking my best bet might be to combine the two libraries, which as I said are on the same account, but I don't know how to go about doing this. How much time would it take with 80GB? (I could probably do without 15% or 20% of those tracks, but it's still a lot, I don't know if it's instantaneous or if it uploads each track one at a time, I can imagine that taking two days.)
The older Mac's tracks, the 80GB, are the ones I really want, it took years to collect and upload all that, finding photos for some of the more esoteric albums/songs, etc. The newer Mac only has 2.5GB in its iTunes and I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing if I had to reload those, if the 80GB library had to wipe out the 2.5GB one.

By the way, technologically, I have the '05 iMac hooked up to a 1st Gen Time Capsule and the '08 iMac getting WiFi from that.

Thank you for replying. Both of the accounts are Admin accounts. The Libraries are kept in the user/music/itunes/itunes media folder on each account. However, I do use multiple iTunes Libraries on my Account1. One of the Libraries I use in Account1 is on a separate internal HD. However, the other Libraries I use in Account1 are stored in user/music/itunes/itunes media folder on the main HD (which hosts both Account1 and Account2). It doesn't seem to matter whether I am using an iTunes Library on an external drive or the main drive in Account1, I still get the same problem: only account1 library will load. AppleTV sees that the Account2 Library is there, but it won't load it.

It should be in the Users/ Shared folder.
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Note the option to check and repair Library Permissions

Connect your iPad to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Check for Updates “...
If an Update Appears Install it... if not... you are up to date for your particular Device...

It worked the first day i had the phone, and then i updated to Ios 8.0.2 and it quit working.
Now when i get in the car, it acts like it is connected and makes the same call it was on after syncing to bluetooth, but it really isn't on a call. This is happening on both cars.
Does anyone know if this is the phone and i need to take it to Apple or if there is an issue that Apple is working on getting a fix for?

We had the same problem, but figure out the solution.
You MUST have at least 1 song added to your ITUNE! After you add a free song, then everything else should work as normal!
