My husband and I both have the same user name and password. When we downloaded find my phone both devices show the location of my phone. How do we get my husband's phone to show up on one of the devices? Have iphone 5s, IOS 7.1.1,

Find My iPhone has to be activated on his device in iCloud, and he has to be signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID and password as you are. Downloading of Find My iPhone app does not activate Find My iPhone on the devices. That app is used to locate other iOS devices from your device, although it will also show the location of your own device. You do not have to have the app installed on the phone for Find My iPhone to work.

What do yo mean by: " it will backup on all devices"?
If you mean that is one persone purchases an app it appears on all device then on each device go to Settings>Store and turn off automatic downloads.

All apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that bought them. To stop your id from popping up, you need to delete the apps on his phone, and then repurchase them under his account.

Where/how are you trying to replace it and what happens ? You should be able to log out of the currently logged in account for the stores by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you should then be able to log in with a different account, and for icloud email via Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars to delete and then add an account.
