Same Article from many suppliers

Question

Hi Everybody,
question about price list regarding articles from different suppliers:
I have an article in my stock (e.g. FX34).
I can buy same from supplier Supp1, Supp2 or Supp3. Every supplier has a different price.
My selling price list has, of course, only one price, how can I set the System in order to recognize (or choose myself) the Item of which supplier I'm quoting? I need this in order to know the real gross margin.
In other words:
Item FX34
selling price : 100
purchase price Supp1 : 20
purchase price Supp2 : 30
purchase price Supp3 : 50
How can I set SAP BO (maybe at offer level?) to have, for instance, item from supp1?

Dear Federico,
In SAP, you can define a Special Price List for Business Partners (e.g ABC Company). In this function you can define the item that he sells and the prices for the items. For example:
Price List ABC
Item 1 - $10
Item 2 - $25
Item 3 - $15
Once the special prices are set up, you need to assign the 'Price List ABC' to the Business Partner Master Data record. Everytime you buy Item 1 from Supplier ABC, the default price will be $10.
I understand that you also want to differentiate the cost of the item per supplier. In this case, you need to manage item cost per warehouse. You can set up a warehouse per supplier (in the Item Master Data), then receive the items in the specific supplier's WH.
Note however that it is not possible to specify the exact item (and pull the cost) that you are currently selling. This is because the item cost changes depending on the valuation method in the inventory (e.g. FIFO, Moving Average).
