Same errors...I have tried everything it seems.
I have Windows and when installing itunes I get two messages. The first says: 1905.Module C:\Program Files/Quicktime/QTOControll.ddl failed to unregister. HRESULT 2147220472. Contact your support personnel.
The other says: Could not open key: HKEYLocalMACHINE\Software\classes\QuicktimePlayerLib.QuicktimePlayerApp\CLSID
I have been working on these problems for almost four hours and I STILL don't know how to fix them. I am DESPERSTE for any help I can get. Please , if you know how to fix this please help me!!!

I am having constant problems when trying to connect to www.pretty green.com.When going to check out it is telling me that the site is unsognes,unsecure and doesn't use encryption.Other people are not seeing this message.

One common reason for this is that you use software like avast! 2015, Kaspersky, ESET, or BitDefender that has a feature of scanning your web traffic for threats. Firefox might not be set up to work with that software. If this is the case, when you view the site's certificate in the Add Exception dialog or in another browser, it usually will say it was issued by your security software provider.
Another possible reason is a hijacked connection or malware.
To try to sort this out, on the error page, do you see a section at the bottom which says "I understand the risks" with an Add Exception button? If so, click Add Exception and then click "View" to view the certificate. You don't need to actually add an exception, it's better that you don't, but this is a way to see the certificate.
If you check the "Issued by" section, what do you see there? I have attached what I see in Firefox 37 for comparison. Also, does the certificate path (chain of trust) on the Details tab look like the attached?
If you can't use Add Exception for this, you can click the padlock in the address bar in a different browser and use its certificate viewer. -
When I try logging onto YouTube from my iPad app it gives me authentication error. I have tried everything, including turning off my wifi, and turning back on, as well as disabling the app. I know I have the right password because it works fine on my computer. What should I do? no they are already in mp3 format I just tried that home sharing today because I couldnt find any other reason why they werent syncing. here is an example of a sync I just tried. I made an mp4 concert into an mp3 it came out perfect on my computer.. then I tried to sync it to my ipad with no luck, other than it going on my computer, it did not show up anywhere on my ipad in any area of the music sections etc playlists, songs, albums etc. Its just not there but remains on my computer. thats why I tried the home share today to see if that would help. Either I am really missing something or there is something wrong with this ipad. Did you ever have any trouble like this, does anyone? and what is something good to try? thank you again for answering! I appreciate it.

Mac mini boot error, i have tried everything!
i upgraded my mac mini to 10.5 from 10.4 and it worked great, but i wanted to "erase and install" so i went back to do it and it was just doing it, when i had a power cut, the mac went off and when the power came back on, i turned on the mac and i got the Grey apple logo with the spinning gear underneath and it doesn't go past this. i have tried doing the keyboard shortcuts (power and holding shift ect.) but my mac wont respond, i have inserted the original restore disk and nothing happens, in fact i can't get it out even if i wanted to.
has anyone got any ideas what could be the matter with it? and how to fix it.
i would be so unbelievably grateful.

jack.Using a wired USB keyboard, hold the OPTION key (ALT if it's a PC keyboard) down as soon as you see the grey logo while the mini starts up. This should take you to a screen where it shows you any available boot volume (normally the internal drive and the optical if there's an install disc inserted - though in your case the internal drive won't appear if it was in the process of installing). If that screen comes up and the install disc shows, click on that and click on the arrow icon to complete booting to the installer. After that you can select the option button, select erase and install, and complete a reinstall of MacOS (the erase will be necessary because you may have damaged directories on the drive resulting from the power cut if the disc was being written.).
If the install disc doesn't show up in that screen, reboot the system, and hold the (left) mouse button down to try and eject the disc. -

My iTunes account says "The iPod "Madison " cannot be synced. An unknown error has occured (13019)" after it has recognized all of the music and has went through every song and it said "Copying (song) to "Madison"....." and then after it has went through all of my songs (492) it says the error message. I have tried everything that is on the Apple iTunes website about it, I have created the music account under a new administrator, I've tried everything. What do i do?

Put the ipod touch in recovery mode and then restored it, setting it up as a new Ipod, rather than restoring from the backup. Given how much trouble I'd had, I suspected that the backup might be corrupted anyway.
That seems to have resolved everything completely. -
I keep getting an error message that says "The administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" when I try to install iTunes. I have tried everything on the website. When i try to remove the components of iTunes I get the same message. How can I download iTunes?
Let's try something relatively simple. Download and save a copy of the installer to your hard drive (don't run the install on line and don't start the install just yet):

please help me i have tried everything , like renewing lease , reseting network , etc etc , my other i pad which is on ios 5 works well , so does my iphone which is on ios4 , no matter what i do after a minute or 2 , it stops working , it automatically doesnt connect to wifi unlike my other devices, and i do it manually it works for a min and stop , device still shows connection to wifi
O and yes ! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

A few days ago, my HP printer software updated automatically, everything seemed fine (Mac is running Maverick, my laptop is Snow Leopard). Out of the blue yesterday, my printer stopped printing (neither Mac can connect), I have tried everything. Both the suggestion from HP and Apple, it's making me crazy I've spent most of time trying to fix it.

Do not install software that came with the printer as it may be out of date, and do not connect the printer to your Mac yet. Follow the instructions that came with the printer to unpack, install ink or toner, and insert paper. Finally, use the instructions in this article to connect the printer to your Mac.
Make sure the printer model is listed in Printer and scanner software, which is a comprehensive list of all printer models that have compatible software for OS X Mountain Lion and OS X Lion.

After working perfectly for two years my iTouch has suddenly stopped connecting to my Hub although my desktop computer still connects. I have tried everything I can think of, including suggestions off Google/You Tube but nothing makes any difference. Any ideas. Surely it is not fit for the scrap heap after two years, but is clearly no use as it is.
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I have an iPad mini and an iPad 2. I can print email to my HP 6510 from the mini, but NOT from the iPad 2. Both are on the same wi-fi network. I have tried everything I can do including unplugging everything, restarting, etc. Can anyone help?

You will need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent sync remains on the iPad, not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from it.
