Same MM schedule lines in ME38

Hello All Gurus,
I have a material 232545 and the supplier for this material is 192839. This vendor supplies 378PC/BOX of the given material. Now, my client's requirement is that the MM schedule lines in ME38 should show 378PCs each for all the schedule lines. No matter how much Forecast/JIT schedules are maintained in SD scheduling agreement, whenever MRP is run, the MM schedule lines should show 378 PC per each line. If there are 10 MM schedule lines in the MM scheduling agreement of the material 232545, the ten scheduling lines should show 378PCs 10 times.
I hope I am clear with my requirement. I tried a lot to replicate this scenario in SAP but to no avail. Hence, I am putting up this  message in SDN. If anyone of you know how to solve this issue, please let me know. I will be really thankful to you.
Thanks and Regards,
Umakanth

hi,
check few things:
1. check whether you are doing the del schedule only on the given dates in the shedule agreement...
2. check whether the material is blocked in the source list...check the validity dates also...
Hope it helps..

  • GR not in the Sequence of the schedule lines in ME38

    Hi All,
In ME38, sch lines will be updated with GR qty when GR is done and open qty field gets reduced. When I have multiple sch lines, the GR qty update is not happening sequentially. I.e, If I have 10 sch lines for one Sch Agmt and for first 3 GRs, initial 3 sch lines got updated sequentially and for 4th GR, say 6th sch line is getting updated even though 4th sch line has enough qty corresponding to 4th GR.
Whats the logic that system applies when updating GR qty in ME38.
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks

    Hi,
The schedule line update will depende on delivery date. The delivery date of 6th might be earlier than the the 4th schedule.Thanking you.

  • ME38 Schedule lines not reduced with GR

    Hello,
I have an issue where schedule lines in ME38 are not being reduced when a GR is being made. We are using inbound deliveries (LA) when we receive. The on hand gets updated and the MRP reduced gets updated, but ME38 does not. This leaves a schedule that is invalid and when it is sent to the vendor it has schedule lines that are not valid.
    Any ideas?

    Hi David,
When you Do inbound delivery, is only an advance shipping notification /confirmation for the material.
After the goods arrives, goods receipt has to be posted against this inbound delivery only after which the stock of material will be increased in MMBE, in the schedule lines "delivered quantity" gets updated.
Let me know if you need further information.

  • Multiple PO confirmations for a PO scheduled line with same confirmation type

    Hi,
I'm trying to post PO confirmations from the idoc type '/AFS/ORDERS05', message type 'ORDRSP' using process code 'ORDR', function module 'IDOC_INPUT_ORDRSP'. When I try to post a confirmation type which is already confirmed once for a PO scheduled line it is replacing the current confirmation without adding a new confirmation line to the same PO scheduled line. But this is possible to do using the standard PO change tcode ME22N. Is there any specific segments in the IDOC to achieve this?
    Thanks,

    Hi
Please use table EKAB for your search instead of using EBAN Or EKKO

  • Change in scheduling agreement schedule lines .

    Dear All ,
We have activated release strategy for scheduling agreement .Previously while maintaining schedule lines it was not going for release .
But now while maintaining schedule lines in ME38 it is going for release .I want to know what is the reason and I want to stop this .
We have made some changes in Closed PO amendment ,like we have changed the release indicator value R -6- 10% to R - 6 -0% .
Like whenever we make change in price of a PO even a 1paise
it should go for release .
The release strategy for SA and PO is same .

    Hi,
Since you have changed the release indicator it is again going for release for any change.
Please change the release indicator to 2 from  6 so that you can change the schdeule lines or any modiifcation again release will not set
Please check the release indicator in P.O and SA

  • Scheduling Agreement Vs Schedule Lines

    Dera All,
    ECC 6.0
We are working on Scheduling agreement and schdelue line for Raw Material Procurement , for this we have created the Scheduling agreemnt  for vendor say for 100 kg for next 12 months, and maintained the source list in ME01 with "2"  to get the schedule lines auto generation once we run the MRP.
Dependenet requirement for next 12 months = 1200
After MRP run  the schedule lines are generating in ME38 for all 12 months = 1200 kg , but we have maintained the schedule agreement for 100 kg only , so can we restrict system to generate the schedule lines in ME38 for 100 kg only   ?
I mean in ME38 schedule lines should not plant More than scheduling agreement
Pls help me to resolve this .....
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Rajesh patil

Hi, Not sure of any work around.
Post-ME38 phase SAP gives the option of ensuring that 'Scheduled quantity & & greater than target quantity & &'  with the 06/067 message and this requirement is Pre-ME38 phase.
A similar requirement got raised today after your response, in the MM forum, and it also received the same response.

  • MRP Out Put  Schedule lines date format to month

    Hi Friends,
I am working on SAP4.7 Version.
I have maintained all the relavent MRP datas in material master.
    Like MRP type - PD,
Lot Size- MB ( Monthly Lot size).
I have created planned independent requirement in MD61 monthly wise for that material.
I have given Schedule agreement number in Source in List with MRP indicator - 2.
I am running MRP for a material with MD02 with MRP parameter Delivery schedules -3 (Schedule lines) .
The MRP running succesfully and creating delivery Lines with delivery dates.
But the requirement by the client is..
The delivery lines should be generated in month wise.
How to convert the schedule lines generated in day format to Month format in MRP run out put?
While creating schedule lines with ME38. we have option to select the day format / month format/ week wise?
But the MRP out put always generated in date wise?
Any one knows what changes i should make?

  • Schedule lines firming

    Hi,
In MD04 we can able to see the * indicator for some of the schedulelines which got firmed due to the firm zone period. But when we look into the same schedule lines in ME38 fixing indicator is not set for the same schedule lines..
Kindly explain these two indicator difference. Also clarify lines whcih are fimred due to the firm zone peroid have the fix indicator in ME38 or not.
    Thanks in advance.

    hello Rajprabhu,
The scheduling agreement schedule line is not firmed physically:The
fixing indicator (EKET-FIXKZ) is empty for this schedule line.
This can be checked in Transaction ME39 or with Transaction SE16 for
table EKET for the corresponding schedule line.
In the MRP group of the corresponding material, it is set that only
transferred scheduling agreement schedule lines should be regarded as
firmed (Transaction OPPR, firming scheduling agreement, Firm
    transmSLines [Field XFAT1]).
In this case, only such scheduling agreement schedule lines are firmed
which were transferred by message transmission through purchasing to the
vendor. (see also the F1 help for the field).
However, the system displays all scheduling agreement schedule lines as
fixed in Transaction MD04 within the release period and assigns them
with a star ('*'), that is, this applies also scheduling agreement
schedule lines with a transmitted quantity of 0.
In contrast to the above, these schedule lines are not displayed as
fixed in Transaction MD05 or in the planning with 'Display result'.
Note 354164 explains this system behavior.
For the planning, the transmitted quantity is considered as fixed if
this is correspondingly set in the MRP group of the material.
If the transmitted quantity was updated correctly, it should be
contained in field AMENG of table EKET.
By using Transaction SE16 for this table and the corresponding schedule
line (scheduling agreement number EBELN, item EBELP, schedule line
ETENR), you should be able to find out whether a transmitted quantity
was written to the database and a fixing can be carried out
correspondingly in amount of the transmitted quantity or whether no
update of the transmitted quantity occurred (see below Notes 82169,
    117093, 134356).
First, the system behaves as intended.
It should be checked whether the function, which is controlled by this
indicator, is actually wanted this way (to firm only scheduling
agreement schedule lines which actually have been transferred).
In addition, problems can occur in purchasing when the printed quantity
is updated (AMENG).This symptom can especially occur after you have
    upgraded from a release < Release 4.0A to a release > Release 4.0B.
In this regard, see the related Notes 82169, 117093 and 134356.

  • S.A. schedule lines problem

We are creating schedule lines for scheduling agreement through MRP.  We mainatain source list validity from 01-02-2009 to 31-12-2010.  If we maintain schedule lines with ME38 beyond 31-12-2010, it is giving error.  But if schedule lines are created through MRP even we are able to create schedule lines after the year 2011.  How do we stop MRP generating schedule lines beyond souce list validty?  any suggestions?

    Hi Szabo,
Thanks for the quick reply.  I have gone through the notes.  But they are not resolving my problem.  In our case we are getting error 06-722 when we create schedule lines manually wihth ME38.  We want the same error if schedule lines are generated through MRP.  any config or customisation available for this?
    thanks in advance
    Any suggestins on above issue?

  • Forecast delivery schedule lines consumption

    Hi,
I cannot fully understand what is the logic behind the consumption of the forecast delivery schedule lines. This is how the problem can be exactly defined:
    - scheduling agreement with delivery orders (LZM)
    - JIT delivery schedules are not used and no delivery schedule is maintained... just a forecast delivery schedule
    - the whole process is manual, there is no EDI implied
    - the cumulative received quantity is updated by an ABAP development that is triggered at delivery goods issue
The rest, happens normal - forecast schedule lines are updated weekly, the customer send pick-up sheets, a TAM delivery order is created, then delivery, GI...
The problem: not always the MRP requirements generated by the forecast delivery schedule lines are consumed by the delivery order/GI. If the delivery orders / deliveries are made on the exact quantity of the schedule lines everything works fine. It is also ok when there are two successive delivery orders with a cumulative quantity that matches exactly the forecast line. As soon as a over-delivery is made, everything turns upside-down: older delivered schedule lines appear again in planning as if nothing was delivered until now...
I suspect that the problem is related to the fact that the whole process is manual and updating the cumulative received quantity is not the only parameter that is counting... is it so? Or the forecast delivery schedule has to be respected 100% in terms of quantities and timing?
I would really appreciate your help.
    Regards,
    H.

Also please clarify whether delivery schedule lines in ME38 (even it is created automatically), in Planning time fence, will get affected by MRP run.

    Hi there,
idealy its not possible in standard sap.
but you can do one thing that...
copy original programme of MD04 and create ZMD04 transaction  or you can search a usefull function mdule. Here you can convert date in months by using some abap code of function module if available.
i know this is a very rough idea about solution bu it will help definitely help you
