Sample Data Files for P Card Testing

Is there a utility available that can be used to easily create sample data files for use when testing P Card functionality? We will be using the USBank/Visa file format. Generating enough sample data is time consuming especially in the volumes we need.

the plan is to cover all the training materials.. BPC420, 430,440 in next 2-3 weeks if possible. Though Immediate need is to learn planning .
Looking at SAP training support files (I have course material) or any complete case study data which I can do from scratch.. I have just been doing it for 3-4 days.. already understand the basic stuff.. Pretty comfortable with SAP ECC & BW (both technical and function stuff)..

BPC 5 - Best practices - Sample data file for Legal Consolidation

we are following the steps indicated in the SAP BPC Business Practice: http://help.sap.com/bp_bpcv151/html/bpc.htm
A Legal Consolidation prerequisit is to have the sample data file that we do not have: "Consolidation Finance Data.xls"
Does anybody have this file or know where to find it?

Excel hysteresis loop sample data needed for testing in LV

Im sorry if this is in the wrong board, but I didn't really know where else to put it. If someone has sample data for a hysteresis loop in excel or LVM format and could post it so I can test with it I would appreciate it greatly. Preferably a larger amount of sample points but I won't be picky.

Here's an example that generates hysteresis data. We unfortunately don't have many data files stored here, but maybe you can use this to generate some.

Have large data downloads for no apparent reason can be upwards of a half a gb. Any ideas

My sons iPhone 4S with 64 megs of memory periodically has a large data usage. Can be around .5 gb for no apparent reason. Wifi is on. Sometimes this download occurs in middle of night. Any ideas. Thanks

If it is cellular data usage you should be able to identify the cause with a little detective work. Settings > Cellular > Use Cellular Data For will show data usage by app and if you click on System Services in that list it will also show the details of system service usage. The numbers are from the last time the statistics were reset (bottom of the same screen).

Data download (for excel) ISSUE!

i use GUI_DOWNLOAD function download inter table data generated xls format.
in inter table data have ID FIeld which consist of numeric!
example:

when download the field will change:3.50001E+16
i want to avoid it!
in sap stardand provide a mothod:
run REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY function to display
data.
in REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY screen:
go to list>export>sprresheet
choice excel(in MHTML format) will download data what i want!
who know which function is executed in REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY .
or exist other method to solve this issue!

Siebel Sample Data base for OBIA

Can Siebel Sample DB which is in SQL Anywhere be treated as OLTP Source and can it be used to load warehouse tables for demo purposes.
In DAC i only see support for Teardata DB2 and SQL server.

With iMovie 08 opened, select the "Video Tutorials" Help menu option. This will open the iMovie '08 Tutorial web page. Select a video to watch. If you must download a tutorial and have QT Pro, simply "Control-Click" the display area to open the context menu while the tutorial you want is playing. Select the "Save as Source" option, navigate to the folder where you wish to save the file, and press the "Save" button.

Sample data for oracle 10.1.0.4

Hi,
On the companion cd samplel data are avialable for oracle 10g 10.1.0.2.
I've upgraded the database to 10.1.0.4. Setup fails now.
Two questions: can I install in a new oracle home?
Are sample data available for 10.1.0.4?
(I'm only interested in the odm sample data)

For the first question, you cannot install the companion CD to a new oracle home which is different from the database home.
Second, sample programs are in companion CD which is shipped with 10.1.0.2 base release. For a patch release, Oracle does not ship a companion CD. You can go to $ORACLE_HOME/demo directory to check whether you have installed any sample programs previously.
If the database was upgraded from a 9.2.0.X release, you may want to upgrade it to 10.1.0.2 release first and install the companion CD at 10.1.0.2 level. You can upgrade it to 10.1.0.4 afterwards.

Are there sample data available for use with Primavera Unifier? I could not locate on edelivery.oracle.com or on My Oracle Support. Does anyone knows when that will be made available?

There are packages of pre-defined BP's available on edelivery, but as another post mentions, there is no "sampe" data or setup because Unifier is a platform and it is expected that each client will have their own very customized needs for data setup and configuration. Where P6 and PCM provide sample projects based on some standard construction methodologies, Unifier provides more of an blank canvas to build exactly what the client wants rather than fit into a standard pre-existing methodology.
I'm sure this is the primary reason that you haven't seen them publish any sample configuration/setup of the Company Workspace/Shell.
The other consideration here is that there are areas in Unifier that cannot be simply "deleted" once things are set up--which would mean that you might be faced with seeing things in your environment that are no longer valid for your workspace.

I checked and the data is still there. You can start at the Oracle Spatial page on OTN and click the link under Quick Picks (on the right) that says NAVTEQ Data, then slide down to "Download the NAVTEQ Map Content for San Francisco" there are instructions there. I'll reproduce them here, although if the directions change they will be reflected at the above location.
Go to the NAVTEQ Network for Developers site: www.nn4d.com
Register if you haven't registered, or log in
Mouse ovet the "Build" tab
Select "Sample Data" from the selections on the right
Select the "Yes, I want to download sample data clips." radio button
Click "Continue"
Scroll to "Oracle Delivery Format (ODF) Data..."
Click the Download link

HR Analytics - Sample data

Is sample data available for HR Analytics? I don't have access to Informatica or other ETL tools so won't be able to get data from our HR database. I was wondering if it's possible to get demo data so we can use it with HR Analytics to do evaluation.

Well if you have BI app (HR analytics license) you sure will have informatica and DAC license too. I can agree that install/configuring ETL requires skills/resources
If you want to analyze OBIEE screens based on sample data, then some generic data will not really do much good. If you would rather use the HR product guide to look at HR analytics screenshots and reports let me know or email me at [email protected]
