If you Google "database design document" you'll see that there are many templates available. I've never used any such document, and I think you'll be hard pressed to find one that fits your business needs exactly (assuming there are business needs behind your request).
1. Hardware & software specifications.
2. Database Sizing/ estimate.I would suggest you analyze existing workloads and base your estimates on that. If there is no existing workload you'll have to estimate one based on how many users you estimate will use the solution, or some other clever estimation method.
3. Schema Design This is a matter of translating business/application requirements to what needs to be stored in the relational database, and creating a data model based upon that. Every model will be different.
4. Data transformations/ feedsYou could simply document each transformation/feed and purpose.

ADF BC Sample Design Documents

Anyone out there using design documents for ADF BC, before starting the development?
In the OTN there are lots of samples that start directly with the BC Wizard, but I have seen no recommendation of how to do a detailed design of the business logic layer (based on ADF BC), before the implementation.
In the book "Oracle Jdeveloper 10g for Forms & PL/SQL Developer" it suggests the following:
"An effective design method for the ADF BC layer is driving its design from the user interface screens as they are planned. View objects and view links should be developed to support the data requirements for each screen. In addition, entity objects are created to support the data needs of the view object".
I am looking for a sample (doesn't need to be of a complex application), that shows design concepts of an application when using ADF BC.

why don't you have a look at SRDemo for BC and the ADF BC developer guide ? Both are written by Steve Muench who probably knows ADF BC the best

for eg covering functional and non-functional areas..like security,deployment,monitoring etc..
I have general weblogic guides but have to write low level and high level designs for a specific app that has to be ported on weblogic along with general guidelines

I have a PC aplication to create invoces (and credit / debit memos etc), and i want to import them to SAP SD.
I think the best way is using LSMW. The aplication generates a file that can be used by LSMW.
My question is how ?
I have beeing trying this but with no sucess. Do you have any example for this ?

Requisitions이나 Purchase order에서 비롯된 GL_JE_LINES(Journal Lines)
records로부터 근본 document details을 검색할 수 있다.
Explanation
Create Journals Process가 실행될 때 AP,INV,PO 와 같은 application
subledgers로부터 encumbrance journals이 생성된다.
이 note는 PO 정보에 관련된 GL_JE_LINES record의 reference data에 대해
설명할 것이고, 이는 어떤 document가 journal에 속하는지 구별하는데 도움을
줄 것이다.
GL_JE_LINES/GL_JE_HEADERS의 아래 columns은 record details을 구변하는데
도움을 준다:
je_header.name = JOURNAL column on form
je_headers.description = Description column in form
je_lines.reference_1 = 'PO' or 'REQ'
: document type for PO /Requisition
je_lines.reference_2 = Document header ID.
: po_header_id or requisition_header_id
je_lines.reference_3 = distribution_id of the document
: po_distribution_id or distribution_id
je_lines.reference_4 = Document number (for PO or Requisition)
je_lines.reference_5 = Requisition Number
