Sample template needed for XI workshop

Hi,
There is a workshop and I have to express XI part in it.
Is there a standard format of PPT to do so?
if yes, please send me a template specifying what should be on the top and what should be followed later? if Yes please help me

I have mailed my XI ppt that I had presented long back in one of the internal XI Workshop. May be this will help you.
I think if you go to below link you will get most of the ionformation from SDN that to be used in the ppt that you are expecting.
These are PDFs but you could use as reference in your ppt.

Yup, I did see that sample file. However, it only demontrate how to build an
EAR file. I am also looking for samples of how to generate the client JAR (using
proxy to gain access to the webservice) and also how to deploy the web service
EAR file to the server.
I tried to use the ANT tag "clientgen" referencing the generated EAR file. It
complainted of the missing WAR file. I checked the content of the EAR file and
found no WAR file generated.
I am also looking for a better way of accessing the webservice more generically
instead of going through the proxy which is quite coupled to a specific app server.
Please provide examples.

Excel hysteresis loop sample data needed for testing in LV

Im sorry if this is in the wrong board, but I didn't really know where else to put it. If someone has sample data for a hysteresis loop in excel or LVM format and could post it so I can test with it I would appreciate it greatly. Preferably a larger amount of sample points but I won't be picky.

Here's an example that generates hysteresis data. We unfortunately don't have many data files stored here, but maybe you can use this to generate some.

Sample configuration needed for MessageIDExtractor Axis handler

I am trying to configure the MessageIDExtractor Axis handler (java:com.sap.aii.axis.soap.MessageIDExtractor) in a SOAP Sender CC. However, the sample provided in de Axis FAQ is not enough to complete the configuration.
I want to take the value of a SOAP Header element in the payload, and reuse that as PI Message ID.
The path to the ID will be somthing like; "anamespace:A_SOAP_Header/AId"

I'm familiar with xpath however the FAQ does not mention the use of xpath anywhere. Please see above an extract of the FAQ regarding the MessageIDExtractor;
The provided example of the module configuration looks like this:

When you observe this configuration you notice that there's only one entry for the MessageIDExtractor. How will the handler know which XML field to pick from the incoming SOAP envelope? I think the example is missing some additional parameters where you can provide the xpath query.

Customer is looking for sample template with the check on the bottom of the page, anyone know of one? Their Bank doesn't like the check on the top of the page because when you rip the check from the stub is sometimes rips the microline. -Thanks

Needs sample ABAP code for field routine

Dear Expert,
There is a field "Pay Scale Group" in my DSO which stores the data in the format
AA1/B1/CCC2/DD2/EEE1, A1/BB2/CC2/DDD3/EE2 etc. These data has to be transferred to
InfoCube where "pay Scale Group" in the InfoCube will store the data like EEE1,EE2 etc.
I need to write a field routine on the transformation between DSO and Cube.
Can any one please help me with the sample ABAP code for this scenario.
Some more examples for better understanding of the requirement:-

You can use the following code :
Suppose the technical name of the field coming from DSO is ZPAY_SGRP.
And also for example let me take one record, that is ZPAY_SGRP = AA1/B1/CCC2/DD2/EEE1 .
My assumption is that there will always be 4 '/'.
In the field routine write the below code
data: V1(5) type c,
          V2(5) type c,
         V3(5) type c,
          V4(5) type c,
         V5(5) type c.
data : VAR1 TYPE /BIC/OIZPAY_SGRP.
split VAR 1 at '/' into V1 V2 V3 V4 V5.
result = V5.
V5 will be having the characters after the last '/' .That is V5 = EEE1.

open the samples in the dashboard which come with source data as excel.or search on google you will get the dashboard files with sample excel data.or try to create own sample data and use in dashboard for learning.

Saving reformatted sample templates in Contribute CS3 for reuse

i have taken a sample template and reworked it so that it
works for our organization - and used this reformated template to
create our home page. Now I would like to save that augmented
template so that I can use it as my base template to create the
other pages for the website. How can I do that?

I found a LiveDocs page which gives troubleshooting info "templates not showing up in Contribute". It gives the following reasons why a template would not be shown:
Templates not downloaded correctly.
This doesn't seem possible because all the templates were initially in the list and then one goes missing (after it has been used to create a page)
The permission group the user belongs to might not have access to that template.
I have checked the user permissions under "New Pages" in the Administer Website options and the user can use all templates.
Check templates have .dwt extension
They do.
Check templates are in the /Templates directory
Checked and they are.
Does anyone have any ideas why a template would suddenly go missing in Contribute?

In your $ORACLE_DEV_HOME/reports/templates, there are many template examples (they are actually all the same, just different colors). I would start with one of those templates and work forward. Make sure to read about templates in the online help, as applying them can override any changes you made to a report. Also read about how inheritence works in templates.

Java samples needed for both PC and Nokia HP to communicate via bluetooth

Hi Are there any java samples i need to test both PC and HP.
I have Nokia 6021 that runs java program. I ask for simple samples that
Java program in HP can send bits of data and the java program in PC reads and evaluates the result. For eg, i input numbers 5 and 6 into HP
then send them over via BT. Upon reception, PC receives input and adds them and shows the result.
Do you have any? Would appreciate your generous samples.

I think that your BlueSoleil (IVT) BT stack version is not supported, see this:

So you have to update your BlueSoleil BT stack.

Like my previous suggestion about categories alike Linux to clean up the mess in the start menu:
Please help new users to use the Start Screen in valuable way - demonstrate the value.
You don't sell SharePoint with a completely unorded randomized site hierarchy - and without any templates.
Not content - but abstract content like templates are everything when you need to learn to use ... i.e. a new product like the Start Screen. It gets you started right away. A like Word as well.
Please bring order and form to the content. I.e. T E M P L A T E S parsing the layout of the tiles.
Have context switching for virtualization working with the virtual desktop mode. So I only see those tiles that are in context with my actual workflow.
Of course you would need a well-made taxonomy for apps - i.e. subclassed.

In the Oracle Forms, I have a datablock based on the above stored procedure. When I execute the form and from the menu if I click on Execute Query the data block gets filled up with data (The datablock is configured to display 10 items as a tabular form).
At this point in time, I want to automate the process of displaying the data, hence I created a button and from there I want to call this stored procedure. So, in the button trigger I have the following statements

SFCS1.Company_Selection(A);
go_Block ('Block36');
The cursor goes to the corresponding block, but does not display any data. Can you tell me how to get the data displayed. In the future versions, I'm planning to put variables in the WHERE clause.
