I have an ipod touch and a Samsung Galaxy S 3 phone. I don't know how can I have my smurfs village on both? Exact same level and everything. I called At&t and they said "I can't" :'(

Kneil31, I do not understand what you are saying? From the iPod you can text an phone with a third-party app like text+. You may have to pay to do that though.
Also as wfpIndiana says, you can typically go to that person's carriers site and send a text from the site.

Downloaded video from Galaxy phone onto Media Player

My daughter took some videos with her Galaxy phone, then emailed me a link to view them, and I was able to view them in the upright position while on this site, however since I have downloaded them to my computer I am unable to view them in an upright position. Is there a way I can rotate the view of these videos so that I don't have to watch them sideways? I'm getting a crink in my neck and it's very painful!

Well, I want to buy a new gadget for myself. But I currently don't know which one to choose yet. Both iPod Touch 4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab are great inventions! But i can't afford to buy both of them. I'm having the same issues you are having on my S3. I was on the phone with tech support (Verizon) last Friday for about an hour. I had to get a bit nasty with the tech when he attempted to blame Samsung for this (Samsung didn't release that update without Verizon's OK- and have you noticed Verizon has added their logo to the startup now?).
My data usage has gone up, battery draining much faster (and I have an extended battery!) and I had to re-load some of my widgets on the phone (including the My Verizon widget). The tech had me start the phone in Safe Mode (holding down the power, volume rocker and Home button at the same time until the Samsung logon screen shows then let go of the power button while continuing to hold the other two buttons until the phone logs on completely).
Whatever he did remotely seemed to make the phone act better yet he decided I need the update 'reflashed' to the phone. First he credited my account $30 to take care of any possible data overages. He then contacted my local Best Buy store to see if they could 'reflash' (upload the update again) the phone.
I went to Best Buy and had it done the next day. I think the phone was better before the 'reflash'! The tech gave me his personal Verizon cell number so I will be calling him back today.
An update for the update is coming yet the release date hasn't been confirmed. The tech said my account will be monitored for any overages in which I will received credits to cover it.

If the music was purchased via iTunes, you can transfer purchases from the iDevice to iTunes.
With the device connected, do not sync, select File > Transfer purchases.
If the music was acquired via other sources, you are SOL.

You don't get the itunes program on your Android devise at all.
You would need to read the directions for your phone to learn how to put music on it.

My friend upgraded his phone last night from an older version of the Samsung galaxy to the Samsung s4 galaxy. I'm an iphone user and now he can't receive any of my text messages. HELP!

So last night my boyfriend upgraded his old Samsung galaxy to the Samsung Galaxy s4. He was able to receive a few of my text messages, but then they randomly started saying "not delivered." I turned on and turned off my phone, and tried the turning off and on imessage and facetime but nothing has worked and I still can't text him. I am receiving his messages just fine, I just can't send any to him. I looked onlne at Apple Support for help but I noticed a majority of the problems were coming from people that switched from iphone to an android, but he has always had an android and I've been using the same iphone 4s the whole time. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I would like to get my ITunes music on my phone.

How do I get the music from my iTunes on my laptop to my Samsung Galaxy, if it's even possible. I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8. Samsung has an app called Smart Switch that I supposedly should be able to transfer songs from the iCloud. However, whenever I try to sign into to iCloud, after it was installed on my laptop, it says my Apple ID is valid but I don't have an iCloud account. I can't find where to set up the iCloud account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just locate the itunes folder on your laptop, then locate media files then music and just click and drag to move the music from the laptop to the S5. Just be sure to move the music to the music folder on your phone and you're good to go. You don't even have to change the file format when you're moving the music over because Galaxy supports the iTunes media files.
