Samsung Galaxy S6 pre-order and demo unit?

The pre-orders go up tomorrow for AT&T (and T-Mobile) but none of the stores around me have ANY information. They've also not heard anything about the demo units they are supposed to have tomorrow. According to the Samsung website both of my local stores will be getting a demo unit but neither of them have any idea about it.
I don't care so much about the demo unit but I want to know what pre-order bonus Best Buy will be including? I've heard some talks about the wireless charger being included if you pre-order but T-Mobile is offering up on free year of Netflix if you pre-order through them. Could we get a clarification please?

The release of the latest and greatest mobile phone is always highly anticipated, and while your pre-order guarantees you will receive a product, it does not guarantee an exact date.
As you may read in our FAQ, there have been reports that some of our stores did not receive some models. You should be notified by your local store when your pre-order is ready to be picked up. Until then, I apologize for the imposition on your patience.

With pre-ordering from Best Buy, you absolutely get priority for your order as you guaranteed the device even if we can’t provide it to you on its release date. If you are anything like me though, I’m sure you can’t wait to get your hands on your new phone and just want it as soon as humanly possible.
After looking through your account using your email address on the forum, I found that your Galaxy S5 pre-order is currently processing with an ETA of 4/15 to 4/22. However, I don’t show a tracking number quite yet. While you should get a system email when the item ships, I’ll be sure to keep a vigilant eye on your order and let you know when I see some movement. When one generates, I’ll be sure to send you a private message with a link to UPS’ tracking information. You should receive an email when this private message is sent, but you may also view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right-hand corner. Ordering a new phone and being able to purchase one at any time is certainly exciting. If you purchase a new phone and have not received it,you most certainly can cancel the order and keep your uprgade date the same. Was there any particular reason you were wanting to cancel the order for the iPhone 6? Was the order placed online or over the phone? We have all of the options available for you.

Destiny - $10 Reward Certificate for Pre-order and Purchase

So as the title states, according to BB's promotion,anyone that pre-orders the Destiny game and purchases it, gets a $10 reward certificate.
I was one of the lucky few that actually pre-ordered the Destiny Limited Edition and did not have it get cancelled due to limited suppy. Regardless, why doesn't the Destiny Limited Edition have the special offer for the $10 reward certificate for pre-order and purchase? I am hoping this is just an oversite.

The $10 Reward Certificate bonus should be credited to your My Best Buy account within 20 days after you receive your copy of Destiny, whether it be picked up in-store or shipped to you. The Diff Between Pre-Order and Reserved

Pre-Order:
You walk into the store between the 24th and the 1st of July and walk out with an iPhone 4.
Reserved:
You stand in line after all the pre-order people have gotten their iPhones (or if they don't show up, their phone is held for 7 days) and any extra phones are given to you, in a first come, first serve of the people who reserved. You are not guaranteed to get one.
No Pre-Order or Reserve:
You get dibs on the phone after all the reserve people have gotten their phone.
End of story. Please stop asking.

Sorry, that doesn't make any sense. I mean, I get that a lot of people don't know there's even a difference between "pre-order" and "reserve", but why would "reserve" people have to wait until after all the "pre-order" people get their phones? The Apple store employees know not to give away the pre-order phones, I'm assuming they're pulling from a different "pile".
And there have been a few people on here who have said that Apple employees assure them there is an actual phone with their name on it. Difference is, their phone isn't programmed to their account yet and the reservation expires at the end of the day (as opposed to pre-ordered phones which expire after 7 days.) Not that the Apple store employees know all, they sure didn't today, but if it's a consistent answer like this, I'm inclined to believe them. Also, then, what's the point in telling the reservation people to come at 7AM if they're not even going to start giving them out then?

Album wont download after i pre ordered and paid.

I pre ordered the album Salute by Little Mix and it came out today and it says purchased but it still wont download. I have money in my account so I have no clue why it wont download.

I have experienced this exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.

you need to define the print control parameter in the customizing and whether you can print both(SU & TO) is depend on the print code which you specify in the setting under
LE----WM---Activities-----Define print control
After MIGO are you transferring the stock to SU managed storage type , as per STANDARD SAP stock goes to 902 which is Non SU managed so here you need to tell us the flow and the storage type where stock goes after MIGO also is that storage type is SU managed or not

Gaming Pre-orders and Gamers Club Unlocked

Everytime I pre-order a game, I'm charged the full price (minus the deposit) when I go to pick it up. I purchased Gamers Club Unlocked last October and should be getting 20% off until October 2016.
The first time I tried to use the promotion on a pre-order was last November (less than a month from purchasing the service). I pre-ordered a game that had the 500 Rewards points promotion for pre-order and purchase. When I went to pick up the game, I was charged in full. I told the associate that I had GCU, so he had to adjust the price manually. I'm not sure about all the math but it deducted points from that 500 point promotion.
The last time I went to pick up a pre-ordered game was 2 days ago; I also had a $5 reward certificate with me. Once again, 20% was not taken off the purchase so the associate asked for help from a few others. After about 15 minutes and a couple voids. They had to treat the pre-order as a normal purchase and refund me the $5 pre-order deposit. That's fine seeing as there really was no pre-order bonus on this particular item.
I'm just asking: do I have to go through this everytime I pre-order a game at Best Buy?

It is strange that you would have such difficulties with receiving your Gamers Club Unlocked benefits if it is appropriately attached to your My Best Buy membership. Receiving these benefts, especially when pre-ordering games, should be a painless process, and I'm sorry to hear it hasn't been for you.
Using the information registered with the forum, I see that your Gamers Club Unlocked membership appears to be attached appropriately. With having said that, I'm sorry to say I can't speak as to why you have encountered these issues.
I do see that when you originally went to pickup your most recent pre-order, that you did receive the Gamers Club Unlocked discount, and that your My Best Buy certificate was applied. However, this transaction left off your pre-order deposit, which led to the chain of reprocessing the transaction a few times to get it sorted out. I apologize for any hassle that this has caused.

You're not the only one with this problem. When I called to even ask my store about their shipment they were extremely rude about telling me that they wouldn't tell me anything other than to wait on the email. I too was told that the shipment had been delayed until Saturday at the latest, but still no email. I pre-ordered mine days after the preorder started, and nope. Rediculous that someone that pre-ordered gets theirs well after someone who just walked in on release day.

With new releases, we typically ensure inventory received is allocated to pre-orders before inventory is made available for walk-in purchases. Galaxy S6 Pre-Order "unavailable"

I am trying to pre-order a Samsung - Galaxy S6 4G with 32GB Memory Cell Phone - White Pearl (AT&T) and Samsung - Wireless Charger - Black on bestbuy.com. When I try to choose pickup in the Lafayette, IN store, the button is greyed out and it says unavailable. Please fix this so I can submit my preorder.

My initial suspicion is that the Lafayette, IN store has reached their limit for pre-orders they may be able to accept for this particular model. Galaxy S6 Pre-Order

I pre-ordered an AT&T Galaxy S6 two weeks ago, and when I went in on release day, They did not have the shipment in yet which kind of bugged me, but they offered to give me a non-preorder one that they got in a different shipment. However, they did not have my color in stock as they had already sold them to non-preorder customers which I think is awful customer service; that people who did not pre-order the phone have one and I still don't. In store, they told me that the shipment would be in later on friday, or at the latest saturday, yet on sunday night, They still don't have my phone in stock. Is there a way I could be told when to expect my phone because I am considering cancelling my order and just getting it from amazon instead. Also, if I cancel, what do I have to do about the wireless charger that was shipped to me?

I’m still sitting on a Samsung Galaxy S4 myself, but I do like the Galaxy series of phones so far and it looks like you do as well to pre-order the new S6 through us. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to pick up your phone at the time you posted.
It is my understanding that there was a delay in the shipping of some product for AT&T pre-orders initially, but it sounds like most of those shipments have reached the store. Specifically to your order, it looks like you were able to pick it up the day after this post and I hope that you are enjoying your new phone!
