Samsung S4 taking most of the day to charge
Had my S4 back in September 2014. Started having problems with battery expansion in March 2015, contacted samsung (I had a faulty battery) battery was replaced all was well. This last week I've noticed the battery is taking forever to charge. If someone could please suggest some ideas (hopefully I've added something I shouldn't?), I don't think it's the battery again, could it be the wall charger? Any info gratefully received TIA
Have you updated to Lollipop yet?
If not, you should do as Kit Kat did have an issue with slow charging.
Alternatively, when you put it on charge, put it on Airplane Mode and see if it charges faster - this would then indicate that some app was keeping the processor running too much.

Entire days of pictures are not loaded on iCloud, while most of the days are loaded. Weeks has passed, while I was connected to wireless, so I dont understand why still entire days are missing...

have u tried calling 611? sometimes it will still go thought if that doesn't work then go to a Verizon store and if u explain they will call for u or let u use one of theres if your not near a Verizon store then ty to barrow some ones phone that works maybe a friend or co worker the number to Verizon is 800-922-0204 and that is about all u can or if none of those options will work then wate it out

Is there anyway I can get buy a Moto X customized phone? I spent most of the day talking with Motorola and Verizon.. it seems the two companies need to have a chat on how to freakn work together to order this phone online. I feel like a bunch of dementors sucked the life outta me, I need chocolate and alcohol to help me feel better... eeeek!
One thing that I finally had to do when I got my phone on MotoMaker was to buy it outright, after getting an account with Motorola--that way I could get a customized one with 32GB storage. I recall that I could not get it in that size with the usual contract term with Verizon. The Edge option for some reason was not available to me either, don't recall why.
But by buying it through Motorola credit, I could spread the purchase price over 12 months--kind of Edge lite. Then when my contract status changed over to month-to-month instead of the old-fashioned 2 year system, my line charges went down to $15 per month, as it would using the Edge option. -
Having spent most of the day trying to get a trial of Lightroom on my MAC and failing because all it does is CRASH. Being forced to sign up to Creative Cloud, which I don't want. Trying to contact Adobe, impossible. I've decided that life is going to be so much easier sticking with Aperture. Sorry Adobe, now I know why MAC users mostly use Apple products . . . they work!

I spilt tea on my macbook pro this morning. I got it off instantly and have backed it up and left it stood on it's side ( I found that advice before I shut it down). I tried it a couple of times during the day and it worked fine. I shut it down twice also and left it to dry. It seems to be working fine now...but is it really ? Have I done any damage that I need to get sorted out or is it really ok because I can use it as normal ?

The logic board might be damaged or another part of your MacBook Pro. I recommend you to make a backup of your data and take your computer to an Apple Store or reseller because your computer may fail at any moment.
You should do this to guarantee that your computer is safe. Furthermore, you may need a new computer if liquid has affected to a lot of parts, being cheaper a new Mac -
Can anyone advise if apple is having issues with the APPLE ID portion of their site? I have been trying all afternnon to update my apple id from "Manage your account". It will not allow a revision with the instructions given. THis is most irritating since with the new update your apple ID must now be your email address which is incredibly old and I would certainly like to change it to my current email address!
You have the option to do that but THAT OPTION is also not working at this time.I am having the same problems. Firstly found out that I had a duplicate email address on two apple ids so I fixed that but now it wont let me verify the email address. When I click on "verify email address" nothing happens. So frustrating cos cant set up Facetime or iMessage on my iPad.

There is a lot of discussion around locations services and the notification centre however many users are experiencing different levels of battery drain and there is no definitive fix at present. You may want to try some of the 'fix' suggestion in those posts and that may help but I would urge to keep an eye on the thread as that is where the majority of the community is focussing and discussing the issue. @screen as the speed is to slow to connect to the internet most of the day. Using Open Call we tacked the speeds on three Verizon smartphones and the congestion starts in the morning and is useless until past midnight (on most days). Everyone using 4G LTE and experiencing internet speeds of less than 1mps should log these tests via this application. We are paying $$$ for service we ARE NOT GETTING . Called & opened a ticket but we know how effective that can be on issues as broad as these can be. Verizon has ackoowledged they were not prepared for the demand (CEO) but have not come to terms with taking their subscribers money regardless of the problem(s).
download this app (if you can) OPEN CALL & start keeping records via this application, it will store every test you do with & without Verizon's network ( WiFi ) for easy comparison & tracking. Then if the congestion persists start a billing dispute using this information. Of coarse that is AFTER you open a trouble ticket, which is only way they will allow billing disputes on service. What is the customer suppose to do, pay and be without the product being SOLD or complain.....?OK.,..here are my specs..

Why is my Samsung suddenly taking forever to load emails? It has used almost 1 GB of data in two days! All in background data; very little in foreground.

My icloud emails arent arriving most of the time and a few days ago my iphone and ipad started showing "Can't Get Mail" box. This has not happened before since I set up the iclud email address with the purchase of my ipad about a month ago.
That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it... -
My backup to Time Capsule is taking over 4 million days. How can I shorten the time? I am not able to connect through ethernet. How do I fix this?
Not only that but my Mac Pro keep running and does not stop, my Address book has a blue light under it but wont open, the light for my monitor in the bottom right corner wont turn on or off. Please need help...It sounds like there is an issue with the Mac itself.

Even if you cannot connect by ethernet, at current location.. you can simply disconnect the TC from the network and bring it to the Mac and plug it in by ethernet. The TC can be reset if you haven't got a suitable current setup (save previous setup before you change it) and run just as backup device.. do the backup and then return it to the network.
If this is just a standard incremental backup.. then something has broken. The issue is not the TC pe se but failure in hardware somewhere.
