SanDisk 32GB Class 10 MicroSD stops working || Lum...

Question

I have a 32GB Class 10 SanDisk MicroSD card that runs perfectly on all devices, except my newly purchased Lumia 730.
About 2 weeks back, I had purchased my Lumia 730 and installed my 32GB card, upon which it worked for about an hour or 2 and then the "About removing SD Card" message started to pop up. I tried rebooting the device, reinsterting the card, and all the basic fixes that one can think of on such situations and nothing seemed to work. So I connected the card to my PC to check if it worked, and it did, perfectly so. Yet, I formatted it, believing it might still work on my phone.
I have tried every file system available for my card, and all give the same message on startup, that the sd card needs to be fomatted.
Somewhere in this community, I read that resetting the phone muight help, but it didn't.
Now, my exact situation goes like this:
If (After inserting the card and turning the phone on):
     i. The phone reads the card-
          a. It stops working after some time.
          b. It asks for a format that it fails to perform and stops detecting the card.
     ii. It doesn't read the card-
          a. I format it, copy data, then insert
          same as (i)
          b. i format it, insert, then copy data,
          works well till I exceed a particular data limit, of about 4GB I guess.
In case (ii,b) I had formatted the card on FAT32 and inserted, upon which my phone read the card and kept on working well. So I added some music, installed some apps to test whether it works perfectly fine or not. For osme amoutn of music it worked. After a day or two, I thought that the card issue is fixed and so I copied all of my music that I need in my phone (about 5.5GB). When I reinserted the card with all my music, it stopped working. Same as case (i).
I tried resetting the device with the card inside, still the same issue.
Any kind of help is much appreciated.

Edit: I tried copying everything while the card was still in the phone. In that case, it could only copy a maximum of 186items at one go. So I copied in batches of 100. After copying, it worked fine as long as I launched the xbox music app, after which the same old "About removing the SD Card" message showed up again.
