_sans font problem or bug..!?

Question

while using _sans font with 11px, the edge of W is getting cut. But wen i change to 12px or 10px it works fine...

Open Font Book and use the menu item File > Validate font.

I have never tried it in Snow Leopard, though, so I am not sure how well it would work.
To me it is actually surprising that Rare Ligatures ever worked for you. There have been quite a lot of people reporting problems with typographic features and OpenType fonts in Leopard.
