SAP 4.7 ext 2.00 Installation error

Question

Hi,
I am trying to do an SAP installation of 4.7 extension set 2, i want to have a standalone database server and i am experiencing the following problem as soon as i specify the database host which is on the network sapinst stops and it issues the following error.
how do i go about fixing this error?

OK, there are 2 options depending if you are using Active Directory or will just install as local users, I mean if you will use an active directory user or not.
1.- If you are using Active Directory, just create a user at the Active directory and assign it to domain admins and local admins groups (this option is recomended when doing DB and CI installations on separated servers
2.- If you just want to use local users, you can create a user with the same name and password in both servers and those users must be in local admin group, the problem with this is that if you change the password in one server it must be changed in the other server too or problems will arise.
