Hi Shanti,
Thanks for your reply.
Can we able to change brandimage of sap portal 7.0 login screen as mentioned below?
Is it possible to change in the same manner?
Go to the file path
\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com
2. Open the folder
a. com.sap.security.core.admin
b. Navigate Till root folder through servlet-jsp/logon
c. Inside the root go to Layout folder
d. In the Layout folder there exists those branding images
e. Replace the branding Image (Keeping the same name of ur image as that of the existing one ).
3. Restart the J2ee engine and the Portal .
are the above steps will work out to change just the brand image in the logon screen
Thanks,

    Take a look here: Re: Customize Login Page
    As for
    I want to make home page into workflow page.I'm afraid it is impossible - for workflow a user has to authenticate first.
    Maybe rather than change default login page you want redirect to a different page? This is also possible - see Re: Custom page to log in

  • How to get rid of the Login page in Portal?

    Hi Guys,
    I have a newly developed intranet portal project for my company which does not need login no more. I hope you can help me how to get rid of the login page in portal which is I know in every application you create, there should be a login. Is this possible that I can just simply type in to the URL address bar my application then it will no longer ask for any logins? Please help! Many thanks!
    Russel

    Hi Russel,
    You can give public access to pages, applications etc. Users won't need to supply a username/password then, while you still can hide some of the pages to authorized people.
    Check the access tab for pages and the manage tab for applications.

  • How can I change the login page for an application

    Hello,
    I've created an application that uses some general login page (http://localhost:7777/pls/apex/wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.login_page).
    How can I make my application to use, by default, a custom Login page (in fact the 101 - Login page) ?
    Thank you.

    Create an authentication scheme using the wizard in the Application Builder. It will normally default to using page 101. If you need to edit the scheme, you can change 101 to something else.
    BTW, the procedure you named is not a login page and you should not use that procedure.

  • Brand/ Remove Office 365 Login Page for SharePoint Online

    Hi  there,
    HAPPY NEW YEAR!
    Thank you very much for setting up this great forum. I have learned a lot of good tips from here.
    We have a challenge which we would like to find a solution to.
    We are using Project Online with SharePoint Online with Office 365.
    We are trying to find a solution to brand/ (if branding is not possible) get rid of the Office 365 log in page.
    What we are trying to achieve is:
    1. Users click on a link, say:
    https://abc.sharepoint.com/project1/
    2. Instead of seeing Office 365 login page, we would like them to be able to see the login page with our own brand or a login box to enter username and password.
    Thank you very much in advance for the time you set aside to share your knowledge with us.
    Sincerely, we really appreciate your kind help.

    Hi Charlotte,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you want to customize the Office 365 login page for SharePoint Online.
    We can implement ADFS for the Office 365 subscription, then customize the ADFS forms based on login page.
    Per my knowledge, If no ADFS you will need to use the Microsoft login page.

  • Help in Changing the Login page

    Hi,
    I am new to this field.I have a requirement like follows " Need to remove the feature (forgot user id?) in both the admin and user login page.I have searched all the JSP's but with no result.Can someone help me in finding where can find these links so that i can remove them .
    Thanks in advance.

    Good news, the answer is very simple.
    In the System Configuration object, you will find the following piece of code:
    <Attribute name='disableForgotUserId'>
    <Boolean>false</Boolean>
    </Attribute>
    You have to modify more then one entry for User and Admin interface.
    To modify this object go to /idm/debug/, List Objects -> Configuration and fin System Configuration.

  • Adding !Doctype at top of page in login page of portal

    Hi Experts,
    I need guidance on how we can put <!doctype> tag on top of page ie before <HTML> tag.
    I have a requirement to build custom logon screens which i have build but when i put it in sap , it opens in Quirks mode in IE9 .
    I have seen that when i changed its mode to standard mode 9 then it looks perfect, also it works properly in Chrome and mozilla browsers,
    I have refer some SCN links which says to create java api to add <!doctype> , if we can follow the same then let me know it step by step as i am not that good in java.
    Kindly guide me ASAP .

    Hi Amit,
    This is not supported currently. See my answer in Re: doctype tag for external facing portal logon application (NWP 7.3) and also the referred SAP-Note.
    @Andrew: The question was about the login page, and this has not yet a portal desktop!
    Anyhow, even if Dani Cohens explanation made sense at that point in time, meanwhile http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1713259 could be a good reason to change this. I would suggest to open an OSS message and ask for clarification, as with note 1713259 there is the possibility that also a HTML5 login page could be rendered successfully within a HTML5 portal.
    It should be the responsibility of the customer (and this can be stretched in the note about the HTML5 support for the login page) that if he uses an HTML5 login page for the portal that in this case the portal itself should be completely HTML5, too, as otherwise a login page within the portal might lead to issues.
    Hope it helps

  • Problems with the login page in Portal release 2

    Hi,
    I have problems logging into portal, release 2 on Linux. I get the following error message when clicking the login link:
    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login on this server.
    This used to work until I changes the password for the orasso user using 9IAS Enterprise Manager. The portal home page works fine. I've tryed to run the ssooconf.sql script, but this didn't help me much.
    Does anyone have any solution to this problem?
    Kjetil

    That's just a display of the license agreement. The login page is always at:
    http://127.0.0.1:8000/apex
    (You have to put the directory on there)

  • Problem creating login page in portal webapplication

    Hi all,
    I have been working with ADF for quite some years. Now, I have found webcenter portal on my path.
    I'm telling you this is square one all over again.......trying to figure out why the most simple things do not work like they should. like this one
    I'm on a project that has to build a new portal application. when you start it, you should be taken to a page where you have to log in.
    This is the only public page in the portal app. after logging in, you will see the start page of the portal app. From here you can go to other pages through a menu tree on the left side of the page (=within the page template).
    Anyway, I seem to no even get this to work........
    I have made two pages. a loginPage and a landingPage. I know you get a login.jspx and a home.jspx for free, but I want to make my own since I had problems attaching my custom pagetemplate. Some other thing that doesn't work........
    Anyway, I have made these two pages within the faces-config.xml I have tied the login_success action to my landingPage and the logout_success to the loginPage. I have also altered the login.html to redirect to my loginPage.jspx instead of the login.jspx On the loginPage Ideally, I would like to drag a login taskflow with a page-fragment where I have two inputfields and a button, which are connected to the o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean. But that is for later, since it doesn't even work when I have put those two inputfields and button directly on my loginPage.jspx
    I have tried several different configurations using both the pages.xml file and the jazn-data.xml, but to no avail.
    What am I doing wrong? in the pages.xml, what should be the one with home as it's id? should both the loginPage and the landingPage be in there?
    Even when I manage to get the loginPage first at startup, the button (who's action is pointing to the doLogin of the o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean) does nothing. Also nothing in the logs.
    Can anyone please tell me how I can get this to work?
    thanks a lot in advance.....

    Hi fisherman,
    custom login page can be created and it can be used in your custom template by simply creating your own login class :o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean instead of using the default one.
    otherwise the second type of solution is :
    create a subform and write the following type of code in your jspx/jsff page.
    <af:subform id="sub_id">
    <af:panelFormLayout id="pt_pfl1" >
    <af:panelGroupLayout id="pgl1" layout="vertical" >
    <table>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:activeOutputText value="username"
    id="aot199"/>
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:inputText id="pt_it1" simple="true"
    value="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.userName}"
    />
    </td>
    </tr><tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:activeOutputText value="password"
    id="aot198"/>
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%">
    <af:inputText id="pt_it2" simple="true"
    value="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.password}"
    columns="30" secret="true"
    />
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </af:panelGroupLayout>
    </af:panelFormLayout>
    <af:spacer width="3" height="3" id="pt_s2"/>
    <af:panelGroupLayout id="pt_pgl14" layout="horizontal" halign="end" >
    <af:commandButton id="pt_logincb"
    action="#{o_w_s_l_LoginBackingBean.doLogin}"
    >
    </af:commandButton>
    this is a sample code,may be some errors are present.but it should work definity if you mention the login success page in faces-config.xml.
    Hope ,it will help you.

  • Customize login page in portal 3.0.8

    To customize the login page you can put an url which points to a database procedure in the table wwsso_ls_configuration_info$. The procedure will then use this url/database procedure to draw the login screen.
    In Portal 3.0.8 the table wwsso_ls_configuration_info$ doesn't seem to exist anymore. Instead there is a wwsso_ls_configuration_info_t table, but when I put an url in this table it doesn't work.
    Where do I have to put the url to make it work.
    arny
    null

    When you update the first table, second one (ending with _T) is updated automatically in Release 2

  • Remove SAP Branding from Portal Logon 7.1

    Hi,
    does anybody know how to remove the SAP Branding image from the logon page in 7.1? Unfortunatly we are not able to export / import the logonpage from the portal (around 40 errors if we try to build the original(! just export and import) logonpage in the NDS).
    In the help I just found how to replace the two other pictures of the login page....
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    I think he is just trying to change the branding image on the logon on screen, this doesn't need any par file customisation or some thing else.
    You need to just make the image you want to place as your branding image of the same size of the exsisting one.
    Go to usr/sap/sid/instance/j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.security.core.admin\servlet_jsp\logon\root\layout
    Here Just rename the exsisting branding-image.jpg file to some new one and place the new jpg file you want to place and rename it as branding-image.jpg. This would do.

  • How do I change the look of the NetWeaver login page?

    Hi all,
    I searched and searched and did not find anything.  How do I change the branding/graphics on the login page in 12.0?
    Thanks,
    --Amy Smith
    --Haworth

    Hi Amy,
    I realize this question is answered, but I have modified the login pages for our MII instances.
    There may be a cleaner way to do this (ok maybe this is a hack), but I managed to locate the images on the server, located at.
    <DRIVE>:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.security.core.admin\servlet_jsp\logon\root\layout
    In my case, I modified two files and restarted the server:
    branding-image.jpg  -- "That sexy SAP graphic showing some sort of structure"
    branding-text.gif -- "The SAP NetWeaver banner at the bottom right"
    There are also two files named branding-image-portals.jpg and branding-text-portals.gif.
    I substituted these files with my own graphics.  My version of branding-image is a bit taller than the stock SAP graphic, but that did not cause any problems.
    I am absolutely positive that this is not the SAP recommended approach.  Also, some support pack installations will overwrite these files, so you may need to reinstall them if patches are applied.

  • Multiple Branded Login Pages

    Hi
    I followed the plumtree enterprise dev tutorial on the plumtree site on multiple branding using different url host headers, using custom activity spaces and PEI, making calls when login action events are triggered. It works for the most part, except for one case:
    I have url "X" which uses the default guest account, and url "Y", which uses a custom guest account "guest2". Both urls point to the same plumtree portal.
    I can go from Y to X and back to Y. Each time a login action fires and my custom classes swap the guest accounts being used.
    Where it doesn't work is if I go from X to Y. I think its because X logs in as the default "guest" account, and once its logged in, even if I go to Y, no login events are fired and my classes don't get a chance to swap the guest account.
    Looking at PTSpy, none of the login activity events get triggered so there's no way I can get my code to swap the guest accounts.
    Is there another way to force the guest accounts to swap?
    We are using Plumtree Portal 5.0.2
    Regards
    Polan Fong

    Hi Eric,
    We will be adding a Quick Start for a similar customization to the Developer Center soon. Our approach uses the Login PEI to login the user as a custom guest user based upon the url they use to hit the portal (http://www.mycompany.portal.plumtree.com). The custom guest user allows you to use subportal branding to make the login page match the portal after the user logs in. This is not a perfect solution in the 5.0.2 timeframe, but it works for the login page (guest user browsing has some issues). You could also use the Login PEI to do something similar to what you did in 4.5 with custom login pages.

  • Office 365 + Sharepoint Login page Branding + external user

    Hi,
    I have found, way to branding login page in Office-365 on this link
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn532270.aspx
    Is branding is possible to log-in in office 365 share point  of Organization accounts  and as well as external user also log-in through custom branding log-in page?
     i have required custom branding for office 365 login page for external user??
    please suggest me to full fill my requirement.
    Thanks in advance
    anuj

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you want that external user log-in through custom branding log-in page.
    You don’t need to custom branding for office 365 login page for external user.
    You can custom solution to capture user credentials and pass them to master login page.

  • Branding logo changes required

    HI Floks,
    we have EP 5.0 and want to change the Branding Images on the Logon Page.
    However, Direct Editing is not available.But User Mapping is availble
    The path in EP 5.0 was :
    "System Administration -> System Configuration -> UME Configuration -> User Mapping".
    its strongly encrypted
    am looking this info "Encryption of User Mapping Data: Strong encryption ". Ihave to change brading image
    Does anyone know why or if there is another way to modify the UME property ume.logon.branding_image. how to convert this encryption or another way is there to change logo .\
    if any links or suggestions are provide me
    thanks
    Preethi

    Hi Preethi,
    I'm wondering about your message. It seems you mismatch EP5 and EP6 with each other.
    In EP5 the logon screen can be found at the IIS. There are 2 different logon screens: form logon or HTTP logon. The branding image is only available for form logon. In the admin guide for EP5 you can find the following information:
    'You can customize the form-based logon to reflect your companyu2019s branding or other special
    requirements. The dialog is located at Inetpub\wwwroot\SAPPortal\FormLogon.asp.'
    see also
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ep50sp6/helpdata/en/a2/297c55fa2f5447973d25825c1a665b/frameset.htm
    Furthermore there was no strong encryption possible for EP5.
    The path you mentioned in your message reflects only for EP6 and onwards. And I'm wondering why you talk of strong encryption in this context. The way of encryption has nothing to do with the branding image.
