Sap certification course

Hi team ,
I have experience of 4 years 6 months into customer and financial operations as an associate , I would like to do SAP FICO with the certification exam. .Can you please let me know how the develop will be after doing sap course. can i get the JOB outside INDIA. how about projects on SAP will that easily available.

Hi,
Don't worry about certification at this point. Get some SAP-approved training, get a beginner's job, gain some knowledge and experience, then go for certification.
Yes, there are plenty of jobs all around the world for knowledgeable, experienced SAP people. Just look on jobserve! Certification is not a requirement for most jobs, it is just icing on the cake.

Have you already worked on SAP as a enduser / coreuser ? or you just want to do the certification to come in SAP ?
Because if you already working in SAP with any of above role then it can make big difference in matter of Salary & Position if you want to switch to other company or if you just have domain experience and want to do SAP Certification then don't depend on any job assistant or job guarantee program just focus on study and clear the certification because you are good at your domain so you can do better at SAP as well but go for faculty program only.
You can consider doing at Genovate because they have both Instructor as well as online based program and having good experience then any other certified institute in Pune.

literally saying its a problem with major IT/ Non IT companies that they never consider any freshers in sap , its a scenario in almost technologies, but its a major problem in IT companies. Yes i totally agree with you that, most of the career intitute provide fake matters like having tie up with major companies to take their students through placements.
Listen, whatever your previous experience will be whenever you will move towards sap module , you will be considered as a fresher only, and for a fresher its too tough to get a job in sap world, but its not impossible, if you have determined and you have enthuasism for the same, please don't care for hurdles, as you have industry exposure, you will surely get benifitted through it.
Now according to me, you can take training from where you finds more suitable for you, practice well during training period, and after that you can search job inittially in any non it companies, as they have less criteria requirements, once you will get placed anywhere you will become an experienced proffessional, then you can move easily towards any major IT companies. Initially it will be tough to get a job, but you can take the help from your all contacts in taking a job in sap.
It looks and perhaps its tough in first seen, but i have seen many people who have achieved their goal through consistent efforts.

I'm glad you are planning your certification exam. The material codes listed in your mail are actual SAP training courses offered by SAP education. You should be able to find them in the local training catalogue in your country. The SMI210/SMI310 have been offered for several years and only have been updated to ASAP 7 level. The new course ASA380 has been rolled out last year as part of introducing the ASAP 7 to the market. It is ASAP in detail course walking throuhg all the phases of ASAP and focusing on specific deliverables of each work stream in the methodology. The remaining courses are standard SAP training courses that are recommended as preparation for exam (e.g. OCM, E2E, BPM).

M currently working as a End user in SAP SD and m interested to prepare for SAP certification. Is that i can do self study using materials and go ahead with SAP certification exam . Is that possible to write the certification or any T&C that i should have attending any SAP courses.

consultancy experieince is a must to clear the certifiication , sap india will look for few criteras like that u should have worked in sap with same company i.e in consulting experieince and some times ask the experieince certificate from company hr department if they are not satisifed

To appear for a SAP HR certification exam, you would need to undergo relevant training from an SAP authorized training center or should have relevant experience subject to approval from SAP education center. Training materials are SAP copyrighted and may not be available on the net or outside. you could look at doing technical certifications relating to System Administration (Basis), HANA area.
Go to https://training.sap.com/g/en/ and search by Role (Certification) to see what is available. There are categories of roles such as System Administrator, Technical Architect, etc that you can drill-into to have a better look at options. HANA certs are under System Administrator.
The SAP Certifications map out the courses you need to cover to obtain the knowledge. You could look at enrolling in them or you could look at SAP Learning Hub Subscription to get access to all the training material. A key challenge you may find is access to a system to practice (unless you have access).

I am new to SCN. I want to know is it worth to do certification course from Siemens (SAP FICO)??
I am CA with 3 years of post qualification exp in Accounts & Finance. I have 4 years of exp in SAP FICO mudule as an end user. Also i am core team member at Reliance. I want to become SAP FI consultant and planning to do certification course from Siemens. Pls guide.

As far as SAP Certification exam,u have to get an exp certificate for 2 yrs (in implemenation only) and a company letter authenticating that SAP INDIA /SAP Labs was somewhere involved in any of your implementation.These 2 docs will be scrutinized by SAP INDIA upon which they will be allowing you for only certification...or else u have to get involved in ILT(Instructor Led Training) or OLT(Online) courses conducted by Siemens......but ILT wud cost u near about 3.5 lacs and OLT would cost u approx 1.5 lacs.....
