SAP certifications for E2E RCA, change management

Hi,
I wanted to find out if the skill sets required for implementing E2E RCA and Change management really require training and certification. I am being asked to do it.
Is this a hot skill set to acquire, are many people implementing RUN SAP for Support.

Hi Sanjana,
There are 3 different options fro Test Management using Solution Manager. HP QC is used in the Test Management Option 2. You can also avoid HPQC if you go for Test Option 1 (CBTA, ECATT, QTP..). 1. Considering my profile can you give your honest opinion weather this would be the right time for to do the training in SAP EHS? => Currently there is a "hype" with Component Extension for SAP EHS Management; you will find job opportunities if you just use "google" and other platforms
2. I was told by one of the training institutes, based in Chennai, that currently there is no SAP Certification Exam for EHS, is this true? => yes: no certificate
3. What is the present Job Scenario for SAP EHS freshers in India & abroad, how one can target the global market? => refer to answers above; many companies do have locatons in India which deal with SAP (and SAP EHS as well); job opportunities come and go especially in area of EHS
4. Is online SAP EHS training advisible as i am short of time due to the work challange. => I do not have any experience with the online trainings; based on feedback of the community: training options in India seems to be limited, expensive and sometimes will not help for your career
5. Is thier only SAP EHS or something else & does SAP EHS covers the market requirement.
For Chemical industry (and related businesses) as well knowledge in SAP GTS is asked for often; Knowledge in the area of SAP BW and similar areas is helpful (topic of "EHS reporting" of any kind)

CRMD_ORDER: how to set default values for Requester and Change Manager

Hello Folks,
how do I set default values in TA crmd_order?
I drew my organizational hierarchy using TAs bp and ppoma_crm.
When a new Change Request (e. g. SDHF) is created, I want the four roles (Requester, Change Manager, IT Operator and Developer) to be set automatically, not manually.
Both Requester (= Key User) and Change Manager are derivable. I did not find anything in SPRO neither in the OSS neither here.
Points will be rewarded as a matter of course!

Hi Dirk,
look for Define Access Sequence & Define Partner Determination Procedure in SPRO and read the IMG Activity Documentation. You can find it in the Service Desk config, but it works for the other transaction types too.
Basically, you create Access Sequences where you tell the Partner Determination Procedure where to look for the values for the Partner Function fields.
The Access Sequence can use lots of sources for the information, including your org structure.

SAP Note for XD99 : Data changed but Output screen show error message

This is regarding the XD99.. Mass data update.
I am looking for SAP Note to fix it. Here data is changed KNA1-Name1 but output shows the Error message..
Is there any Sap Note for this.

At the bottom of the page, turn on '''Clear History When Firefox Closes.'''
At the far right, press the '''Settings''' button. Turn on ONLY '''Cache''' and

It depends on what field you are wanting to get into in IT, what is expected in that particular field of IT, and what experience you bring to the table. If you are going to be working purely as a Business Analyst, an SAP certification may be more than necessary unless you are looking to become a developer in the short-term.
With 10 years in the banking industry, I would leverage that as much as possible rather than trying to get a certification with limited experience on that solution. Your value as a BA would be understanding the business side and working with IT to put solutions together for the business.

1. There is one which says that there is a partial marking system. This means that if for example a question has 4 choices in which two are correct. I can get 3 out of 4 points by marking one of the correct answers. One point will be deducted for not marking the second correct answer
This was available before 2009. As of now, this marking scheme is not available for new exam takers. if you are appearing for recertification of old version, this would be applicable.
2. There is a second one which says that all the correct choices have to be marked to score points for that question. So its all or nothing in any given MCQ. So if I mark one correct answer in a MCQ with 4 choices and 2 correct answers, I will score zero for that MCQ.
This marking scheme is applicable now with passing percentage of 63%.

Pass grade is 63%.
You will have multiple answer questions, you will be told how many choices you should select, if you miss one the whole question will be marked wrong and you won't get points for the options you got right.
Also you will have single answer question...
I took it last month and passed it, you should study hard and read the material at least 3 times,

Why not use your description, for me, it explains what I'm hoping for in this forum:
We will discuss Change Management which includes Business Process Improvement changes, new paradigms, new role definitions, and all changes that are needed to make an organization fit for the ESOA requirements.
I'd still suggest "organizational change management" as the new name.
For the technical change management I'd suggest the term "SAP change and transport management" - I think everyone dealing with SAP will understand.
A description for the change and transport forum:
This forum deals with issues concerning technical changes to SAP systems, may it be transports within the ABAP world or SDM questions and problems.
From my point of view it would be good to provide a link to "the other forum" from both of these forums.
