SAP CIN - Which Pricing Proc and which Tax Proc ?

Hi,
Can anyone help me understand the difference between Formula based Pricing procedures (JDEPOT, JEXPOR, JFACT) and condition based (JINDEP, JINFAC, JINEXP) ?
And Same for TAX  - Whats the difference between TAXINN and TAXINJ ?
How should we decide which one to use and when ?
Thanks !
CIN, Tax procedure, Pricing Procedure, SD, MM, FI

Hii Ron Borry,
1.TAXINJ-Is Formula based pricing procedure-The tax amount will be calculated based on Tax amount maintained in J1ID(Chapter ID) were as,
If you are using TAXINJ then rates are to be entered while creating tax code in FTXP & J1ID.
In TAXINJ procedure is formula based, where you can find Routine ( selection with logic in line of condition type) are play vital role in tax calculation .
2.TAXINN-Is condition based pricing procedure-the tax amount will be calculated based on condition records maintained in FV11(With what ever predified key combinations)
If you are using TAXINN then system will pick rate from condition record maintained using tcode FV11.
In TAXINN procedure, you can create tax code in FTXP & maintain tax rate for condition types basic excise duty, edu cess , H. Edu cess,VAT/CST in FV11 t.code .Otherwise you can maintain tax rate with respective condition types in FTXP during creation of tax code. But you should maintain condition record in FV11 t.code for condition types JMX1 & JMX2 are as 100%.
Connection with SD
================
The standard procedure with all excise conditions and Sales conditions is pre delivered. All tax calculations happen within TAXINJ. From the pricing procedure the net price gets transferred to the BASB condition of tax procedure. A/R Excise duty conditions are statistical in TAXINJ. These get copied to the SD pricing procedure and get posted from there. From release 46C it is mandatory that all tax conditions of the tax procedure be available in SD pricing also. The posting for the A/P excise duty as well as Sales taxes in both input and output happens from the FI tax procedure.
Benefit -  we should follow TAXINJ because it is condition based and it works as the normal pricing procedure works in SD. But this process is too much tough to implement.
Thanks and Regrds,
Santanu

I have got a lot of apps, which are not installed on any of my iDevices anymore. is there a possibility to remove all those apps from iTunes without searching which ones are, and which ones aren't installed on one of my iDevices?

Assuming all the device(s) have been synced to this computer as its Home computer. The easiest way would be to delete all the apps from iTunes. After which connect your device(s) to the computer (iTunes) and transfer purchases from the device(s) by right click (control click) the device name in the left sidebar and the click transfer purchases. When done only the apps on your device(s) will be in you iTunes library.

  • IPhone: which IKE proposal and which SA for cert auth

    Dear all,
does anyone know which IKE proposal and which SA I need to manufacture to achieve certificate authentication with iPHONE and a VPN3000?
I mean technically it must work, isn't it?
    --Joerg

    Under : Configuration\Policy Management\Traffic Management\SAs
You will find the IPSec Proposals, not IKE. For IKE proposals, you need to go to :
Configuration | Tunneling and Security | IPSec | IKE Proposals
There you need to check if your proposal is in active proposals list or not. If not, you have to add it to Active Proposals.
    Hope this helps.

  • Purchase Order Pricing Condition and Withholding Tax

    Hi
We have investigated Extended Withholding Tax functionality, which appears to be FI specific.
The problem is that we want to have the Purchase Order pricing conditions reflect that some amount is being withheld for tax purposes.
At invoice time, the vendor would invoice for the entire amount (i guess) (ie. 100$) but we would pay the vendor only 80$ and 20$ would go to a withholding tax account...or something like this would happen ...
I have some pricing config knowledge...but limited
    Can anyone tell me
    a) if this is possible?
    b) any hints on how to go about this?
Also noticed a 'withholding tax code' field on MEK1 - Create Condition Records. .... which appears as display only depending on how i configure my condition type - haven't figured out how to use this field or what is means...
    Thank-you !!!

    Hi,
If you are using the standard PO Print then check in M/08 and check for that Condition Type whether Print Indicator is "X"? If it is is Z-Print Program then take help of ABAPer.

  • HT201317 for photostream which is upload and which is download?

I have an ipad2 and am simply trying to transfer my pictures from my laptop that I previously had taken and transferred to it.  Gosh it seems like it should be easy.  I'm about to give up.  I think it should be as easy as putting each folder into the icloud photstream folder and applying it to the upload, right??  It is late at night and I just want to make sure I am not screwing this up?  Any insight?

    Welcome to Apple Communities
There are two folders: download and upload. You can see them in iCloud Control Panel. To upload, copy your photos to the upload folder

  • Apple TV keypad. Which character is - and which is _

I'[m struggling to configure my 3rd gen Apple TV with a new fibre broadband router (it worked fine with the old one).
There may be more to it than this, but at the moment I'm struggling to input the new network password using the Apple remote and clicking through the onscreen alpha numeric keypad. My new password has dashes - rather than underscores _ but all three screens of the text input only seem to offer underscores.
Is there a ket that can be accessed on screen using the Apple remote that produces a dash? i.e   -  instead of   _

    Hello MarkAllwood
The minus sign is in the third tab next to the plus sign. That will get you your dash.

  • Which patch parameters "reset to saved value" on changes and which don't?

Despite having the preferences patch set to "reset to saved" AND all screen control inspector attributes set to "preference", AND updating to 2.0.1, I can't make sense out of why some parameters reset to "as-saved" and some don't when changing patches away then back again to a patch. Which parameters reset and which don't quite random and despite many tests and much manual reading I can't figure out the logic, so to speak.
I've been testing by changing a screen parameter on a patch, switching to another patch, then switching back to the first patch, expecting the first patch to be as it was when the concert was opened or last saved. Not so. I've tried this in many different concert templates and only gotten very inconsistent hair-pulling-out results despite much reading of manuals. I know that concert-level parameters take precedence over patch parameters but I'm testing what I am quite sure are patch parameters -- like instrument volume, or drive gain, or filters, etc. -- which do not perform consistently.
Eg: usually but not always, volume does NOT reset back to saved position when I return to a patch I moved it away from saved position on. Sometimes, but not always, deeper parameters like drive volume or bell volume (EP88) or EXS88 parameters will revert back to as-saved in one concert or even set, then in another they won't. On one of the preset concerts, everything works great ("Tonewheel organ"). On another, it's all over the map ("Keyboard with patches") with inconsistencies.
SO: Can anyone clarify if there's a certain type or family of patch parameters that I shouldn't expect to reset? Or are the factory patches buggy? Or is this still a buggy part of MainStage? Or am I looking at this wrong? Or what? Ahhhgggrrrrr.
This is a big deal as my keyboard tech and I prepare to use or not use MainStage's indredibly promising sounds on a European tour. I really want to, as I really hear a difference b/n even the best hardware and MS, but I have to know what to expect on stage. I was really hoping the new update would fix this, but no difference.
    Thanks much for any clarification,
    Neil

Actually I think the light bulb just went off, and it is indeed a semantic definition conflict. I thought "revert to saved" was about going back to the untweaked (saved) version of a patch every time you navigated back to it while playing, like in my hardware keyboard example. Upon dissection, I realize that this is about what happens when you actually SAVE the file after playing it; it either saves the file with changes to parameter values (keep current value) or saves the file without keeping the changed values (revert to saved).
The reason for the confusion is two-fold:
One why wouldn't you just "close without saving" if you want to revert to the saved values after playing? Like one does in other programs when you tweak away but want to retain the original version. Seems like overkill to have a preference dedicated to this, maybe you know the design philosophy.
Second, the language is very confusing:
The manual says, in this section, "You can set the default to either have parameters keep their current value when changing patches, or to reset their values to the last saved value".
This sounds like a behavior when changing patches. It's actually trying to say that this is the behavior for when you're saving after the playing time is over. Should have said "When saving a aconcert, you can set the default to either have parameters keep their current value including all changed patch parameters, or to reset their values to the last saved value, ignoring any changed patch parameters".
I still don't understand the reason for this VERY CONFUSING preference versus just closing without saving.
I'd appreciate it if you could confirm if we're looking at this correctly now, which would mean we have to re-think our tech approach to concerts.
Thanks for the help and sorry for the confusion, but hopefully now you understand the reasons.

  • SAP report showing sales orders on which pricing conditions have been chang

Is there a SAP report that shows a list of sales orders on which pricing conditions have been changed.
    My knowledge is:
Review pricing condition transaction data table (‘KONV’) helps is some way.

    Hi Ashish,
I don't know any such a report, but I guess you can play arround with table CDPOS.
    Change doc. object = VERKBELEG
    Table Name = KONVC.
Actually this will take lot of time.
    Thanks,
    Mandar

  • In how many ways we can load hierarchies to SAP BW and which transfer mthd

    Hi guru's,
In how many ways we can load hierarchies to SAP BW and which transfer method is best.
can anyone explain me with suitable example.
    Thanks,

There are standard datasources available for hierarchies also. If the standard datasource does not satisfy your requirement you can always load a hierarchy using flat file. Refer to the below link for the same

  • Which SAP products require Netweaver and which do not

Hello,  does anyone have slides or a link that shows which SAP products run on Netweaver?  For example, some Sybase solutions do not run on NW but I'm not sure which may and which may not.  Things like Aleri and probably some other components don't require NW.   How about Business Objects, does that require NW or run on NW.   A nice diagram showing what were would be great.
SAP Event Insight is shown as one server but I know Sybase CEP (Aleri) is part of it, so, I believe that one server can be solely NW.
    Thx

  • Is there any BAPI which combines web and SAP??

Is there any BAPI which combines web and SAP??

    Hi Krishna,
<b>Good .. check the following documentation
BAPIs are technically nothing else but RFC-enabled function modules meaning that they provide us with external access to the SAP system.
However, BAPIs are more than "normal" RFC-enables function modules in that they generally access SAP business objects (like customer, sales order, etc.).
Usually, a BAPI corresponds to a certain dialog transaction dealing with a SAP business object (e.g. BAPI_USER_CREATE -> SU01 to create SAP users).
In web terms RFC is similar to HTTP and BAPIs are CGI applications.
RFC will normally provide sy-subrc 0 or >0. Most of the BAPIS will provide a return-structure.
RFC and BAPIs are remote enabled function modules. They are practicly the same. A BAPI is one step further as it usually is a self contained business function, such as "Create Purchase Order", or "Change Sales Document". BAPIs interface is very well defined and documented. BAPIs can be found in the BAPI browser via transaction BAPI. RFCs are just remote enabled function modules.

  • Z68A-G43G3 Won't Post with Proc and RAM which work on my ASUS board

I bought two i7-2600K procs and a z68-G43 G3 board, along with an ASUS board because the store didn't have a second MSI board.  The CPU and RAM (Kingston DDR3 - 1600) work fine on the ASUS board, as I built that one first.  When I boot up the MSI board I don't get the normal bios screen, I get a message which says
    EFI Shell version 2.10[4.640]
    Current running mode 1.1.2
map: cannot find required map name.
Press ESC in _ seconds to skip startup.nsh, any other key to continue.
    Shell>
Since I bought the board and left town for a project, I built the system after the 15 day return period offered by the store, so I am here since I cannot take it back.  Is this a BIOS issue?  I assume that since I cannot get past this point that I cannot flash the bios, but wanted to get some opinions here.  I am in a bit of a time crunch and don't want to spend money on a new board if I don't have to.
    Please help!

Problolem solved.  I placed the RAM in the same slot order as instructed on the ASUS, but the MSI suggested order was different.  I am putting on my dunce cap now.
Can you elaborate on what you mean? I am receiving this same issue and I am not sure what to do. I plan on swapping the 2 RAM DIMMS when I return from my business trip; however, I am skeptical that it will resolve the issue since the 2 DIMMS are identical. Specifically, the components are:
MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 FM2 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
    Team Dark Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (Blue Heat Spreader)
