can any one tell me what is the use of extended claim number and paymnent & reserves

Also, you may need to change the package for some of the forms to ID-FI-US as the note suggests. Use trx SE03 to change the package for a form that might not already be in package ID-FI-US.
We only use form MISC and none of the others, but I uploaded and did the note steps for all anyway.
I think this note lacks a bit of clarity.

There are few options to consider, here are two:
If you are not using [WCP|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/7b/4f828671c6484f88ebffcddfdeed69/frameset.htm] then you could create a warranty claim notification type. Then assign the notification to the order.
Or you could enhance the order to include a new field on the header Enhancement tab (IWO10018).

Error message when extending skype number

Hi guys
Really hope someone can help me with this. Been dealing with skype chat and email support for hours and hours over last three days with absolutely no progress.
I have 8 skype numbers within my skype manager account and for some reason, one of them did not renew properly last week (the others renew every month or quarter). When I follow the steps to extend the number within the manager control panel (features, skype number, click on expired number, select "reactive number", pick monthly, quarterly or annual payments), I get the following message.
Service Unavailable
We're having technical problems. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again after a few minutes.
The same message appears on IE, Firefox and Chrome. This is our main office number and its incredibly frustrating for us. If I try to extend via the individual skype account (rather than manager control manager) I either get an error message or a message saying "your request has been sent to your administrator"
Is there a solution out there? Is this a bug?

Any SAP program insert cheque number to assignment field of outgoing bank.

Hi Expert,
During outgoing payment, SAP has the following double entry:
Dr Vendor
Cr Outgoing bank
> After the above FI document created (clearing document), cheque is printed in order to issue to vendor for payment. At the time of cheque printing, SAP generate the cheque number.
In order to have smooth bank reconciliation process, the outgoing bank field is enter (edit the FI clearing document) with cheque number.
Question: Does sap have any program that can be used to insert assignment field with cheque number (after the cheque printed)?
Other than this, any other possible option for bank reconciliation problem mention above?

Hi ,
In the outgoing bank GL account use the functionaliyt of Sort key - put there assignment number as sort key .
In sort key IMG settings make settings for check no. so that when ever a document is posted check no gets populated in assignment field .
Secondly , use the T code FCHU to update the assignment field for the same .

Call you carrier and ask them how you can change this. The number of rings before voicemail kicks in is set by your carrier. Some have the option to do it from your phone if you know the sequence of codes to send, but you need to ask your own carrier how to do it for their system.

SAP Service named SAP SID _ Instance Number is missing in services.msc

Example :

Instance Number = 01
SAP Service Name = SAPDM0_01

To extract the short summary:
Platform edition = SAP HANA Database + Studio + Client + Host Agent + Information Composer

It depends on what licenses you already have and how do you intends to use HANA.
Platform edition = ETL via BO Data Services (you already have license for BO Data Services)

i need your help in how to Reset SAP GUI passwords for number of users one time, as we have non-SAP users, only ESS users that they are currently using Portal ESS, but we need to reset thier GUI passwords so that they will not be accessing the GUI.

You can also create an ABAP program which can be used to do a mass user password change.
Here are the functions that will do what you need
SUSR_GENERATE_PASSWORD - Generates a Password. Use this function only if you want to do random passwords. Otherwise you can upload your own password.
BAPI_USER_CHANGE - You can use this BAPI to change just the password of a user
Here is an example of some abap code. There may be some syntax errors and possible other issues. I just typed this out and didnt check it. You upload a comma delimited file which is the username,password. If the password field is blank the program will generate its own. Hope this helps

Under what condition does SAP populate the Contract number during dunning

Would anyone possibly know under what condition SAP populates the Contract number in the Dunning history transaction(FPM3). We have seen some examples in our production environment where dunning populated the Contract number(VTREF) in the dunning history header table FKKMAKO but there are other examples where the VTREF is blank in FKKMAKO.

Hi,
Please check if the contract is populated for the document posted for which the dunning is executed.
As per my understanding, If the document is posted at contract level, the document would have the contract populated, and the dunning basically is executed at CA level, but if the document is having the contract populated, it should be displayed once the dunning is completed for the dunning history. If the contract field is blank, it wont appear for the dunning history details.

Here is the method to register your printer and get the claim code.
Once you connect your printer with the wired network, let the printer fetch the IP address.
Now connect your laptop or PC to the same network.
Type the IP address of your printer in the address bar of the browser and hit enter.
You will now see the Embeded Web Services Page.
Navigate to the Web Service tab and click enable or Click on the web services button on the printers touch screen and hit enable and continue to register the printer.
Now the printer should get enabled and print an information sheet with the claim code.

Pass Vehicle GUID in FM - /DBM/VM01_VEHICLE_GET
You will get all possible vehicle information and claim information in importing parameter es_iobj_data_multi_com(its a deep structure)
or.
Use one of the flower pot method /DBM/CL_ORDER~INSTANCE_GET_BY_VBELN to get all the info of the particular Service order.
