Integrating with SAP CRM / SAP ECC apps with SMP 3.0

Hi All,
I have some questions for integrating SAP ERP / SAP CRM applications with SMP 3.0, what my questions is
1) I want integrate SAP ERP / SAP CRM apps with SMP 3.0 from scratch. (which are available in the SAP Portal)
2) For that what are all the per-requisites, after integration is done if application want required any changes then how to update that app.
3) Provided SAP ERP / SAP CRM applications are all available executable only, is there any source are available for all theat apps.
Some of SAP ERP applications SAP ERP Customer Order Entry, SAP ERP Order Status, SAP ERP Quality Issue, SAP Employee Lookup and etc.. and
Some of SAP CRM applications SAP CRM SALES, SAP CRM SERVICE MANAGER, SAP Customer and Contacts, SAP Customer Briefing, SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet, SAP Customer Loyalty, SAP Direct Store Delivery and etc... which are all available in the SAP Portal.

CTI - SAP CRM & SAP BCM: ANI does not work in SAP standard

Hello Experts,
our customer wants to work with a CTI in SAP CRM WebUI Role (Non IC; CEBP).
For the CTI the SAP CRM 7.0 (on HANA) and SAP BCM where itegrated.
We are using the Slim Communication Toolbar as recommended by SAP.
The Problem ist that the ANI (Automatic Number Identification) does not work.
The Callers Number is not identified. Function Module BUPA_SEARCH2 is not called.
No Changes were made in this area. We are completely using the SAP standard.
Has anybody experienced issues related to this one?
It would be great if somebody could give me some help and/or information!

Hello Andrei,
the issue was solved by SAP.
The relevant startup component for ANI in the CMS integration profile (Tx CRM_IC_FW_PROF) was inactive:

Class:
CL_CRM_IC_FW_BP_SEARCH_SRV

Synchronize Business Partner from SAP CRM - SAP ERP

Hi experts,
I would like to synchronize our BPs from the CRM into our SAP ERP System.
What Ive done until now:
1. start initial load "bupa_main" from "CRM" to "OTLP"
2. check if everything is correct with R3AM1 - after ~ 1 hour -> done (green)
3. I check with transaction BP in the ERP System if dates were transported - no
4. I check the outbound queue of the CRM "SMQ1" - it seems ok
5. Now Ive checked the inbound queue of our ERP Sytem "SMQ2" - but there is nothing - that means no queues available
What did I do wrong.
Ive checked both rfc connections with "remote login" and it works out. But only if my "RFCUSER" is on usertype "DIALOG". In the document C71: CRM Connectivity - the RFCUSER Usertype should be"Communication data"? Maybe thats the problem?

Yes, RFCUSER dialog is not correct.
Change to system or service.
And that Tcode smw01 show?

Unable to view Spare Part Components in SAP CRM Service Order

Hello All,
We are implementing CRM 7.0 Ehp 2.0
As per the following video it is now possible to integrate the spare part components in the CRM Service Order, using the BOM replication and Product Proposal functionality in SAP CRM
SAP CRM 7.0 - Integration of ERP BOM Information in the CRM Product Proposal
However in our case we are not able to achieve the desired results.
Following configurations are done
1) The BOM is replicated from ECC to CRM the same can be viewed in commpr01
Material 4561 is the main product and 4562 is the component
2) The item category for the main product is YRVS where the customization for structure scope is done
3) For the Product Proposal customization's, I have created a new method schema
4) The transaction type and the sales org are assigned to the method schema
5) However now when I am creating the service order, I enter the sold to party, the product id
6) Next I go to the line item to click on product proposal.
7) The system issues the below message
Please advice if I am missing on any configurations.

Thanks for your reply, appreciate the same, I have now added the relationship objects as per your post above in comm_hierarchy for the particular category
Now in the product master , I am now able to view the tabs(screen shot attached)
Next I create my BOM in ECC with BOM Usage 5 and save the same
Next I run the initial download for the adaptor object BOM in SAP CRM
When I check in commpr01 for the material 4561 the component and the main material have not come.
Can you please advice further.

Variant Configuration in SAP CRM

Hello all
My client is currently using SAP R/3 4.7 and heavily use VC for configurable products and also for pricing but in the process of moving to ECC
Now we wish to explore the possibility of using SAP CRM 7.0 to enable our sales force to use CRM Web GUI to create quotes and sales orders ( in the future) for configurable materials.
My questions are as following:-
1. Is it possible to download all VC related data into CRM from R/3 including pricing? I understand that for different VC object, I will have to use different CRM objects but is it possible? If the data transfer is possible, is it typically done by a middleware resource?
2. I would also like to confirm that by creating a run time version and Kbase is required to enable the download to CRM.
3. No changes are possible on the product that can be replicated back to ECC
4. Looking at the forums - I gather that "from CRM 2007 the PME is replaced with WEB UI in CRM. IF you want to do the modeling of a product then u need to use WEB UI and also for generating the KB" - does anyone have any information on this using the XCM ?
If you could please point me to the appropriate help on this topic, I would really appreciate it.

Hope you have done the following settings -
The product is marked as configurable in the product master data.
Product configuration is activated. You activate product configuration in Customizing under Customer Relationship Management Master Data Products Settings for Configurable Products Allow Configurable Products for a Product Type . For more information about activating product configuration, see SAP Note 854170.
You have created a product model (SAP CRM), or replicated a knowledge base with the configuration master data from SAP ERP to SAP CRM

Integrating sap crm with the sap HR module

Hi,
We replicated HR data(employee and position) from SAP HR to SAP CRM system using ALE/IDOC.
Here I have one question,If I change the position to the employee in CRM system,will changes happen in SAP HR system automatically? or Delta changes will haapen? If yes pl explain.
Using change pointers master data changes flowsfrom SAP HR to SAP CRM .

Difference between SAP HR & SAP CRM Extraction

Can some one please explain me what is the difference or changes that we need to do while extracting the data from SAP CRM, SAP HR and SAP FICO (I know to extract the data from SAP FICO, by using Geniric extractor)

Hi,
Extraction procedure is the same,But when we want to Extract the data from CRM we have standard Extractors for the Attributes,Texts,Hierarchies and Transactional data.Apart from these we want any other data to be Extracted in BI we need to design the Generic Extractors.
Same in the case of SAP HR and SAP FICO also.

CRM5.0 is based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0
CRM7.0 is based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 EHP1.
According to Note 1248905, when the source version is NW7.0 SPS19, the
target version, is required to be SAP EHP1 for Netweaver 7.0 SPS5.
And this requirement is mandatory.
