SAP customer number unknown for installation number

Hi There,
We're facing some problems after a reconfiguration of some things in Solution Manager. We have SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0. Have made two days ago the installation of the latest SP, but not the kernel yet.
The problem is in the job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP. The error is:

I´m faccing with the same error... I installed the solution manager Ehp1 and it have SPS20 applied which correspond to ST 400 level 20 (SAPKITL430).
When I am in transaction SMSY in section Systems and I press the button "READ SYSTEM NUMBER" is shown an error message that says "SAP customer number unknown for installation" the details of help says:
Diagnosis
Installation number &V1& that is assigned to some system(s) in transaction SMSY is not assigned to an SAP customer number in table AIINSTALLATIONS.
Procedure
Please check the log of background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT for errors.
So, when I entry in that job log I found this error:
No customer numbers maintained in view V_AISAPCUSTNOS | AI_SC_EN | 106
Then I went in table/view V_AISAPCUSTNOS and inside does not contain any data!!!
All the notes I found were related to lower versions and so I could not implemented the snotes corrections!! Any notes for my release that are related with this problem?
Joao Cesar what you did for solve this problem??? You didn´t mentioned!! You only mentioned that you implemented some notes.. but which ones?!!?

I 'm configuring SMSY and following the steps outlined in the IMG in the basic settings and trying to configure RFC connections to/from satellite systems. In SMSY, I have 2 systems configured SMA and BIF.
tcode SMSY-> Systems -> SAP ERP -> SMA , Tab "System Data in SAP Support Portal".
Click "Read System Number" returns error SAP customer number unknown for installation number 0020179718. <-Why?
Click "Installation Data" shows data from SMP with correct installation number and correct customer number 706822.
      The S-user listed under "Contact Persons" is not mine, not the correct one. <- Why? How to fix?
      The system number from SMP matches value in System Number field.
Click "System Data" shows data from SMP also shows correct data.
Why unable to "Read System Number" when the correct system number is read via "Installation Data" and "System Data"?

Why unable to read system number?
When I login to SMP with same S-user, under System Data Maintenance, the same data is displayed as in "Installation Data" and "System Data" links.

I don't know what happened. I came into work today and tested the "Read System Number" and it worked. I read thru the 2 notes you mentioned, just read now. The first notes I had already followed before opening this thread. The 2nd notes also talked about turning off BAdI implementation AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP, of which I did a couple of days ago before opening this thread. I had turned turned off BAdI and simplified the AISUSER table and removed the customer number field, in order to get back to the "single-user number" basic setup in the IMG.
I had found the problem with the wrong contact info on the SMA system. It was wrong in the SMP system maintenance under installation data.

I am trying to maintain Different Number ranges for Loans in ESS.
Once i maintain Define Number Range for Reference Number in Loans ESS and trying to raise a new loan from ESS is till see that the ref number is still displayed 0 while raising the New Loan.
No From Number To Number
10
I maintained range for number range number 10.
Pls suggest me on this.
The above scenario works for claims but not for Loans

Following steps are required in Serial Number Management :
1. OIS2 or Go to path SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Technical Objects > Serial Number Management > Define Serial Number Profiles. There enter "2" in Stkck column for your serial profile.
2.SPRO->SAP Customizing Implementation Guide->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Technical Objects->Equipment->Equipment Categories->Define Number Ranges
3. IQ01 Create Serial Number
4. MM02 You need to add the above created Serial Number Profile in the Material Master ion the work scheduling view .
5. CO02 Assigning the Serial Number through Production Order,
Also Serial Number can be created automatically by clicking on u201CCreate Serial Number Automaticallyu201D , Release the Order
6. MB31 Do the GR for the above created Production Order and Check in MMBE for serial Numbers

Number Exit for Document Number

can anyone tell how to define customer specific number ranges to Document Type. we have standard exit program MCDOKZNR for checking number ranges for document type. do anyone have zprogram for the MCDOKZNR number exit ?.

To define the number ranges for the document types please have a look at the SPRO settings:
SPRO -->Cross -->application components --> SAP Business Partner --> Business Partner --> Basic Settings --> Number Ranges and Groupings --> Define Number Ranges.

Number Range for MIRO number

Hi , We are using Park and Post functionality for invoice verification.
The number range (Logistics ) defined for RD (Post invoice ) and RS (Cancel Invoice) is 01.
The Number intervals defined for number range 01 are
Number Year From TO Current number
Range
01 9999 5105600101 5105699999 5105603042
But surprizingly when we do MIR7 (Park document ) , current number gets increased by 10 , instead of single.
For example , earlier the current number here (in spro) was 5105603030. I created a MIR7 document, the number given to me in MIR7 was 5105603029 and system didn't change current number in spro.
I created the another document , the number given to me in MIR7 was 5105603030 and system didn;t change the current number in SPRO this time also.
BUT WHEN I CREATED a another document in MIR7 , number given to me was 5105603031 but current number (in SPRO) was changed to 5105603040.
I am not sure , why it is changing CURRENT number with interval of 10 ??

Please check the custumized settings for MIR7, may be u have given in reverse order and the interval between two documents may be 10. please go through the accounting document number ranges.

Extend GL number intravel for an number range

I have question like, one GL number intravel of one number ranges are over and my client want to extend the number intravel with out creating another Document Type. can any one please tell me is ther any process to extend the same number intravel for the same number range.

Is your requirement is to extend the number range of a particular document? If the number is permiting it can be extended, however if it is overlapping with another range it cannot be extended. Also you need to look into the fact whether your number ranges are year dependant ot continuous.

- For performance reasons, SAP does not support installing both servers on the same machine, as mentioned in ESP Documentation here: SyBooks Online. (SAP Sybase Event Stream Processor 5.1 SP04 > Adapters Guide > Adapters Currently Available from SAP > SAP HANA Output Adapter > Performance and Tuning Tips for the SAP HANA Adapter)

Different Number Range for Batch number in MIGO

Hi Techies,
I have a requirement to assign the internal range number to Batch Number as K120101701 for CHARG field in MIGO. Where K1 is the Storage location, 2010 is year, 17 is current date 01 is the serial Number. Next day the number range should be K120101801, 18 is next day's date. How can I achieve this?

just check with following code . it will give all badi and user exit in the transaction . in selection screen u have to pass tcode and package

I trace Serial Numbers(SN) that contained in table mtl_serial_numbers, and that SN also have Lot Number(LN).
I search the receipt number of that SN but I can find with this script:

This will open up find receiving transaction window..Input your Item details...
you shouold be able to see all the receipts details in receipts summary window

Can't modify my credit card number, asks for verification number

Try clearing the App Store cache...

You need to check two things..
a. Requirements Class
b. Scheduline Category (Transaction code VOV6)
Check the above for your document whether they are activated for Requirement transfer.
Make sure in VOV6 you have ticket Req/Assembly check box.
Revert in case needed.
