We have about 2300+ forms delivered through various SAP scenarios.
To get an overview of this list you could have a look in Service Market Place.

SAP Interactive forms for external consumption

Dear Experts,
We have a requirement in one of our projects to expose our SAP Interactive forms for external consumption. This services are in ICF currently and I am trying to get them into ODATA repository. I have even created a model for that but unable to get the ICF services intot the ODATA repository.
Need your expert help in getting this done.
Would appreciate a step-by-step help from you.

This is how I would approach.
SAP Interactive form content can be obtained by calling corresponding Function Module. So you create an oData service having a media entity. The 'read' (*GET_ENTITY) method would call this Function Module and return the form to frontend.

What are the differences between Smart Forms and Adobe Forms?
For both of them, SAP dynamically creates a function module that must be called from an ABAP program to generate the form
In Smart Forms, it is possible to add ABAP code during generation of the form, that is not possible with Adobe Forms
It is possible to add javascript or FormCalc code in Adobe Forms, which is executed during the generation of the form

Interactive Forms by Adobe in Web Dynpro for ABAP: offline scenario

Hi colleagues,
I have the following problem:
So I created a web-Dynpro with an interactive from. In this application there are two scenarios:
- An Online scenario: it works!
- An Offline scenario: unfortunately doesnt work (The problem persists in this scenario).
As I understood correct, I should be able to upload the PDF-file from my documents. But the up-load option doesnt work.
Please see the steps I follow:
1. I created a FileUpload-application and then I browsed a PDF- File by using browse-button. And I got a standard open-window and I was able to choose a PDF-file, which I want to open.
2. I click on the button upload and it doesnt work. But the current page is only refreshed. In case it works, I should see the information I have uploaded onto my PDF-form.
I already discussed this issue with my colleague, but couldnt find the solution yet.
Does anybody have the idea, why the Upload option doesnt work?

I got your problem. You have not done anything wrong.
It is WebAS version which is not supported for this functionality.
But there is solution to this problem
Please refer to the SAP Note number - 1055738.
I think you will get the answer and the scenario described there will match your requirement.
This is a know issues with WebDypro ABAP but this works fine for Java Web Dynpro.
I have also tried for 2 months but finally came to know about it.

Adobe Form - SO Creation Offline scenario - Posting problem

Hi,
We have created offline adobe form for Sales order creation using ABAP Workbench SFP.
After entering the Sales order details, this form is emailed to SAP to create SO and SO is created in SAP.
Our requirement is when user1 send this form to SAP, SO has to be created by SAP user1.
and when user2 send this form, SO has to be created by SAP User2.
For this we have maintained Inbound distribution list in SO28. but problem is not solved.

I am new to adobe so i dont have much idea about it.
Plz explain step by step how to proceed and also how the form should be uploaded in case of OFFLINE forms.
I have created a Z table having all the required fields to create a SO.
Then i have created an interface in SFP having import parameter as type of Z table.
Then i have created the layout for the form having header data and item data.
Am i required to give any submit button,If so then wat is the functionality of it.
Please help me how to proceed further in creating and uploading the form.
Kindly tell me step by step procedure.

Hi Preet,
Tracking number can be found in Delivery order
Goto --> Header --> Shipment tab . Here the Bill of Lading number or Shipref number is the tracking number. You can get this number from LIKP-BOLNR.

SAP delivered extractor for list price

Hi: I need to get the list price from R3 to BW. The two tables from R3 are A004 and KONP joined by condition record number.
Is there any built in SAP provided extractors for list price from R3 to BW?

Function Module is the only methodology for creating DataSources from Pooled or Cluster tables. There is a template Function Module, called RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE, that you can use along with taking a look at the following document:

I will be at a meeting to help gather requirements for a project in relation to Invoice-to-Cash.
Can you guide me to get the following information:
1. a high level list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
2. a detail list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
3. To see the SAP deleivered data flow to give me an idea of the extractors, DSOs, Cubes(dimensions...), etc.
Also, apart from your experience, is there a process to get this information for any requirement in general? I went to BI Content in rsa1 on our development system hoping to see some reports related to Invoice-to-Cash but to no avail?

Hi,
invoice to cash is basically a sub process of the process: Customer Order to point of receiving Cash from Customer.
So, Invoice to cash as used in my original post actually is: The point at which Customer Invoice was issued to the point at which Cash was received.
So back to my original question, can you guide me to get the following information:
1. a high level list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
2. a detail list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash

I'm a very newbie to "SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe".
My requirements are as follow :
I want to send my users a PDF file containing drop down list box with data from SAP system.
I mainly want the forms to be my validation tool.
after word, when I will get the PDF back from the user I want to manipulate them and check the data into SAP system ...
as I understand ... I need a :
JAVA web Dynpro.
use the "SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe".
create some ABAP code for the last step...
can it be done by "SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe"?
Is that it ?
another thing ... is there any good example to this in the web ?
I've tried to download the "SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe: Offline scenarios possibilities" by Francois Gendebien.

SAP delivered Adobe Interactive Forms: how to identify in ERP6.0, CRM....

I am not an ABAPer, but I am trying to determine whether we need to develop an Adobe Interactice Form or leverage one delivered by SAP for following actions:
   o Return to work
   o Short term disability
   o Hire
I read the most important notes and FAQ and I didn't find a way to list all SAP delivered Adobe interactive forms.
I know from a colleague that SAP provides a Hiring SAP Adobe form (ISR_HRASR_SHI1) but I couldn't find it in SFP transactopm code nor in table TERPFORMLIST. This table I believe is mentioned In EhP4 release notes, however it doesn't provide a description of what a form is about.
Can you please provide the process or program or procedure to dump such a list of SAP delivered forms from ERP6.0, CRM, SRM, etc, where the list contains the Name of Adobe Interactive form, description of form, SW component, application compenent, and if possible any corresponding SMARTFORM...
Any help is much appreciated.

In IMG (SPRO) under
Personal Management -> Personal Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Infotypes -> Assign infotypes to countries
If the Country-Dependent Subtypes indicator is set for the infotype in view T777D Infotypes - Dialog/Database Assignment, you can also specify the permissibility of Subtypes for country infotypes.
At the moment, this indicator can only be used for infotypes whose subtypes are defined in the Subtype Characteristics view (V_T591A).
Examples:
Itype Itype text   Type Descript.   Cntgrp   Descript.    Status
0006 Addresses    J2 Guarantor      22       Japan       permitted
0012 Tax Data D    * all subtypes    01      Germany      permitted
There is no entry for the Personal Data infotype (0002). This means the infotype is permitted for all country groupings.
In the Addresses infotype (0006), the subtype Guarantor (J2) is only allowed for Japan. All other subtypes are permitted for all country groupings.
The Tax Data D (0012) infotype is only permitted for country grouping Germany. Other countries cannot access this infotype.

Offline scenario

Hi,
I have developed an application for the offline scenario of interactive adobe form. I tried to load the adobe form from my desktop. After pressing the button "Display form" it throws an error "Parse method is not possible for this type". Could someone let me know how to get rid of this error?

If I include wdContext.getNodeInfo().getAttribute("pdfObject").getModifiableSimpleType() in the doInit() method of the view I receive this error -
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.context.ContextException: MappedAttributeInfo(UploadView.pdfObject): must not modify the datatype of a mapped attribute
When I comment it out and upload I receive the error enclosed -
Parse method is not possible for this type
Any help is highly appreciated.

Adobe interactive forms for VA01

I'm looking for a list of all Adobe interactive forms that are available for ECC Enh4... we are looking to create an adobe template for SAP transaction VA01 (Create Sales Order).
I've looked at table FPLAYOUT but the form names are very cryptic.

There is a complete list of all available Adobe interactive forms on SAP's Service Marketplace.
Go to http://service.sap.com/erp -> SAP ERP -> SAP Enhancement Packages for SAP ERP -> Media Library - SAP ERP Overview.
There you will find a PDF named "Adobe Forms for SAP ERP" which contains all the delivered forms for EhP4.
I recommend you save it locally to your computer so that you can search for specific words.
